0:03

You're not lazy.

0:05

You're just lost, my friend.

0:09

Don't know where you're going. And so,

0:11

you don't know what all this is for.

0:15

And it's really hard to justify doing

0:18

hard things when that's the case. It

0:21

just is.

0:22

And so if you find it difficult to wake

0:26

up early in the morning or go to the gym

0:28

consistently or eat healthy,

0:32

it's because you're not

0:35

immersed in a future vision you have for

0:38

yourself, right? You don't see it

0:41

clearly

0:43

or maybe you just don't know that it's

0:44

possible. Well, could be one of the two,

0:48

but it's probably the latter.

0:51

As you know, you can do anything. You

0:53

have that capability so long as you put

0:55

in the hard work.

0:58

But perhaps you just haven't immersed

1:01

yourself within that vision quite

1:02

enough.

1:04

You haven't felt it. You haven't smelt

1:06

it. You haven't touched it. You haven't

1:08

tasted it.

1:10

And so it's just like this distant fairy

1:12

tale that people say that you can have

1:14

if you work hard. But like really, can I

1:16

really have that?

1:19

The answer is yes, of course.

1:22

But it's hard to know that when it

1:25

exists in this in this matter.

1:30

And so the reason that you can't do the

1:32

things that you know that you should be

1:34

doing in order to be a better version of

1:37

yourself

1:40

is because you haven't identified the

1:42

point B. Right? Like where you're at

1:44

right now is point A. If you don't have

1:47

a point B, you don't have a destination.

1:49

If you don't have a destination, then

1:51

you're just lost.

1:53

You're lost.

1:55

And so on that early morning when it's

1:59

cold and you're warm under your blankets

2:02

and you got to get up and go to the gym

2:04

or go on a run or or make a healthy

2:06

breakfast or meditate, whatever it may

2:09

be, there's going to be that voice in

2:12

your ear and it's always there

2:16

and it's going to try and convince you

2:17

to just stay in bed.

2:21

And

2:23

you know, if you if you don't have a

2:24

real reason why, if you're not connected

2:26

to a deeper why, you know, if you ever

2:29

if you're not fueled by anything,

2:32

then like why not listen to that voice,

2:35

you know? Why not just stay in bed? Why

2:37

not just eat the unhealthy thing? Why

2:39

not just do what you want, you know? Cuz

2:43

that's what it is at the end of the day.

2:44

Just doing what's easy.

2:48

That's why it's so important. But I

2:50

wanted to make this video because

2:51

there's a lot of people out there that

2:54

are like victimizing themselves or or

2:57

turning against themselves even worse.

3:01

But you're not

3:04

like there's nothing wrong with you.

3:05

It's not that you're not capable or

3:07

you're not strong enough. It's just that

3:10

look 1 plus 1 equals two.

3:13

So if you want to make it really simple,

3:16

if you don't if you have a starting

3:18

point and no end point, then you're not

3:19

going to have direction. Okay?

3:23

And we need direction as human beings.

3:26

We need direction.

3:29

That's where we get meaning. That's

3:30

where we get purpose. That's why we're

3:33

able to find confidence in the steps

3:35

that we're taking. That's why we're able

3:37

to justify doing difficult things.

3:39

That's why we're able to justify

3:41

struggle and suffering, you know, like

3:43

that's what we're built off of. We have

3:45

a vision and we go after it no matter

3:47

what stands in our way.

3:50

But if you don't have the vision, like

3:52

what are you doing it for, you know? So,

3:55

you're not lazy. You're not lazy, okay?

3:57

You just you're just missing the why.

3:59

So, how do you find the why? Well,

4:04

you need to spend more time with

4:05

yourself.

4:07

Because the way you are created,

4:11

you are created with an identity, with

4:13

an energy, an essence,

4:16

one of divinity, one that is boundless.

4:21

And so this identity, this energy that

4:24

lies within you, it

4:26

it has a DNA to it, right? It resonates

4:29

at a at a unique

4:32

vibration.

4:35

And if our purpose in life is to pursue

4:38

our full capability in mind, body and

4:40

spirit,

4:43

if you want to view that process as

4:46

watering your own plant, okay,

4:51

what your flower will look like fully

4:53

blossomed will be different because you

4:56

have a unique DNA, a unique essence to

5:00

your identity,

5:03

right? And so if you from this day

5:05

forward do everything it takes to

5:08

prioritize pursuing your full capability

5:11

in mind, body and spirit, going to the

5:13

gym, reading books, networking, working

5:16

on your skills, pursuing your craft or

5:19

your venture to its full capability,

5:23

taking risks, putting yourself in the

5:26

face of discomfort, all the things,

5:27

right?

5:29

what that best version of you will look

5:31

like will be different than the next

5:33

person.

5:34

Okay? That is a result of you having

5:38

your your identity resonating or or or

5:41

vibrating at a unique frequency.

5:46

And so where do you get the why from

5:48

this? Where do you get the vision?

5:51

Well, you need to understand your

5:52

frequency.

5:54

You need to understand your identity.

5:58

what resonates with it

6:01

and you can only do that by spending

6:03

time with yourself.

6:05

Okay, this is like

6:07

maybe you're not used to getting answers

6:09

that are, you know, deeper because a lot

6:12

of, you know,

6:14

not to throw shade at anybody, but a lot

6:16

of personal development guys or or

6:19

personal development

6:21

videos you'll find on YouTube or

6:23

Instagram or whatever,

6:26

they don't talk about real stuff. They

6:28

just say what's easy for clicks and

6:30

likes and views.

6:32

But this is real, you know, like this is

6:35

a real solution. This is a real way of

6:37

understanding this. And it's it's it

6:39

will help you greatly if you pay

6:41

attention

6:43

um and be present in this video.

6:49

The only way that you can understand

6:50

your identity and immerse yourself

6:52

within it, embody it,

6:56

is to spend time with yourself with no

6:58

distractions, no light, no no sound, no

7:03

outside forces. You want all of your

7:05

energy and focus to be shifted within.

7:09

And so dedicate 30 minutes of your day

7:12

even to just no screens, no light, just

7:17

silence.

7:21

And what this will naturally do is your

7:23

mind will have nothing because your what

7:26

you're doing is literally depriving

7:27

yourself of your senses.

7:30

And when you deprive yourself of your

7:32

senses,

7:34

your mind has nothing external to grasp

7:36

onto.

7:38

And so what happens is all of your

7:41

mental focus, your consciousness goes

7:44

within.

7:46

And

7:48

most of us, especially in a world like

7:50

today, are we're not used to being in

7:52

that kind of state.

7:55

And it seems really simple. It seems

7:57

really innocent, but it has a weight to

8:00

it. It has a depth to it.

8:04

all the noise, all the

8:07

the thoughts, like your mind is kind of

8:09

like a hamster wheel when you're going

8:11

throughout your day on autopilot.

8:14

And when you enter the state of sensory

8:16

deprivation,

8:20

the momentum, the the fuel that that

8:23

keeps this hamster wheel of thought

8:25

moving

8:27

stops

8:29

and eventually it comes to a standill.

8:32

And now where do you find yourself? You

8:35

find yourself in a really special place.

8:41

You find yourself in a state of mind, in

8:43

a state of being really, that is quiet,

8:46

that's still,

8:48

that is grounded.

8:51

And

8:53

you know, the dust starts to settle and

8:55

you see what remains.

8:58

All the noise starts to fade away.

9:02

what's left.

9:04

That is you.

9:07

That is you. And you know, I can't

9:10

really tell you what that will be like

9:13

in words because it's not meant to be

9:15

described in words.

9:18

We are beings that feel.

9:21

That is the truth that we know most as

9:23

human beings

9:25

is truth that is felt.

9:28

And so if you want to know who you are,

9:30

you have to feel it, not describe it or

9:34

not discover it, you know, in an

9:38

external manner

9:40

or by reading a book or or even watching

9:43

a video like this. This is the

9:45

instruction, but you have to implement.

9:50

And so the dust settles and the noise

9:53

fades and you're you're left with this

9:55

essence, this energy in which you feel

9:57

deeply.

9:59

And if you spend enough time there

10:01

consistently,

10:03

you'll slowly become aligned with it.

10:08

And your connection to it gets stronger

10:11

and stronger. And

10:14

this feeling is really like a resonance.

10:17

It's an energy. It's a vibration.

10:21

And the better you understand, the more

10:23

you immerse yourself within this

10:27

identity of yours,

10:31

the better you'll be able to look out

10:34

into the external world into like

10:36

physical reality

10:38

and identify things that resonate at the

10:41

same frequency

10:43

because everything in the external world

10:45

does resonate as well at a frequency.

10:49

has a resonance to it. And so

10:52

whether you choose to wear all black or

10:54

you choose to dress more in an eccentric

10:59

manner, the movies you decide to watch,

11:03

the music you decide to listen to, the

11:05

people you decide to spend your time

11:07

around, the passions that you have,

11:10

the career you're pursuing,

11:15

the destination you choose to travel to

11:18

for your annual vacation.

11:22

the perfume or cologne that you choose

11:25

to wear.

11:28

The reason you do that is because you

11:30

feel like it aligns with you.

11:33

Okay? And so if you want to think about

11:35

this in terms of energy,

11:38

you're taking one energy which is you or

11:40

your identity and you're taking

11:42

something in the external world that

11:43

also has an energy a vibe to it. You

11:46

know, that's where we get this word

11:50

and you resonate with it, you align with

11:52

it. And so you pick that thing, you make

11:54

that decision, you choose that path, you

11:56

choose that person.

11:58

Okay?

12:02

So the better you understand your

12:04

identity, your energy, your frequency,

12:07

the more confidently you can make

12:08

decisions in the real world, in physical

12:12

reality.

12:14

And so, how does this tie back into

12:16

deriving a strong sense of vision for

12:19

your future?

12:23

Well,

12:25

a good example that I like to use

12:30

since we're talking about identity

12:34

is brand identity. You know, think about

12:37

some of the most popular companies in

12:39

the world.

12:41

For example, Nike.

12:44

Nike has a brand identity.

12:49

You know, we all know Nike

12:52

and we know

12:56

all the little different aspects

12:59

of what it feels like to experience

13:02

um or engage with Nike. Okay. Right. The

13:05

brand, the company,

13:07

everything from from the the way the

13:09

storefront is designed to

13:12

the

13:13

what uh the the C or rather the

13:16

employees are wearing

13:18

to their design and their products to

13:22

the way they position themselves in the

13:24

market, their mission, their vision,

13:26

their advertising, their color palette,

13:28

their aesthetic, everything. It's a

13:30

bunch of different aspects to it.

13:33

But it's not just like one of these

13:35

things that makes the Nike Nike. It

13:38

doesn't just make their brand identity

13:40

what it is.

13:44

It's like a conglomerate of things that

13:47

create a cohesive experience

13:50

in which we feel. Okay? And if we know

13:53

that feeling well enough, then we can

13:56

take Nike's brand identity and plug it

13:59

into an industry that's completely

14:00

unrelated.

14:02

for example, the hotel industry.

14:06

Now, Nike's never made a hotel,

14:09

but because you understand Nike's brand

14:13

identity well enough, you know that

14:15

feeling well enough,

14:18

you could probably with with pretty good

14:20

accuracy,

14:24

u envision what a Nike hotel might look

14:27

like, how it would be designed, the

14:30

layout of it, what it would smell like,

14:34

the aesthetic, the overall aesthetic of

14:36

it.

14:38

Okay. And and maybe take a brand like

14:41

Marboral, the uh the cigarette brand

14:45

or or maybe a cigar brand you could use

14:48

as well.

14:51

And that, you know, Marorrow's hotel, if

14:55

if they made one, would look drastically

14:57

different than Nike.

15:00

Well, why can we make that distinction

15:02

even though

15:04

we have no experience

15:07

with Nike or Marorrow making a hotel?

15:11

It's because of the identity aspect.

15:14

And so if you want to apply this to your

15:16

personal life,

15:19

if you know your identity well enough,

15:21

if you know what that feels like, the

15:23

energy, the vibe to it,

15:25

then you can plug that into your future.

15:30

You can look into your future and

15:32

understand

15:34

how that future version of yourself

15:36

might dress.

15:38

You can understand the type of cologne

15:41

or perfume that they might wear.

15:44

You can understand what they do for a

15:45

living.

15:47

You can understand the type of people

15:50

that they choose to uh spend their time

15:53

with, the things that they choose to

15:55

associate with,

15:57

the type of lifestyle that they live,

15:59

the type of car that that they drive.

16:03

You could also determine

16:06

the house that they live in,

16:09

where they go for their vacation spot,

16:13

everything, every little detail, the way

16:15

they decorate their room.

16:21

All those things have an energy to them.

16:23

And so if you understand your identity

16:27

that lies within you, which is not

16:29

changeable, it is innate to you. It is

16:32

of divinity.

16:35

then you can plug that into your future

16:37

and understand what that really looks

16:38

like.

16:40

And so when you reenter these moments of

16:42

being with yourself

16:45

where you remove all distractions, all

16:47

noise, all external forces

16:51

and you shift all of your focus within,

16:53

you can really envision your future and

16:56

feel it. And you can kind of tie an

17:00

alignment between your identity that you

17:02

experience and feel right now

17:04

and the future that you envision.

17:07

And that connection is your point A to

17:09

point B.

17:12

Yeah,

17:14

that's powerful. That's that's like a

17:16

lifechanging uh perspective.

17:19

If you adopt this, if you really

17:21

understand this and take the time to

17:22

immerse yourself within this

17:25

ideology, I guess if you want to call it

17:27

that,

17:30

it's changed my life certainly

17:33

entirely. You know, I used to be what

17:36

you might consider a lazy individual,

17:41

but I just didn't know where I was

17:43

going.

17:45

The moment I started doing this this

17:47

process, the moment I started to

17:49

understand these things,

17:52

I became confident in where I was going,

17:55

I became confident in the decisions that

17:57

I was making. I started to align myself,

18:00

my my present self with my future state,

18:04

the future vision that I had painted,

18:07

which was derived

18:09

from the

18:11

identity that I had immersed myself

18:13

within.

18:15

And with time, with every step that I

18:17

was taking toward that point B, toward

18:19

that vision,

18:21

I could feel myself embodying my true

18:24

self,

18:26

my identity.

18:30

Now, all of a sudden, doing the things

18:32

that put you into alignment with your

18:34

future self

18:36

becomes a lot more exciting.

18:40

You become a lot more willing to do

18:42

them.

18:44

Right? And you know these things on a

18:47

day-to-day basis that you know that you

18:48

should be doing that you actually don't

18:50

want to do and end up not doing because

18:52

of that

18:55

become

18:57

enticing.

18:59

They become

19:01

exciting. They become easy, effortless.

19:06

They flow like water.

19:08

What if you could reach a state like

19:10

that?

19:12

What could stop you then, my friend?

19:17

I don't think anything.

19:20

Because the only thing that has stopped

19:21

you thus far is that voice in your head

19:24

that justifies your feeling for not

19:27

wanting to do something.

19:30

But now you do. And so I don't think

19:32

that voice has anything to stand on. And

19:35

that voice is evil. By the way,

19:38

spiritual war is a whole another aspect.

19:40

But

19:42

you strip evil's power, its

19:46

presence.

19:50

You strip it completely and you look at

19:52

it for what it truly is. It it it's

19:55

almost pitiful really.

19:58

Um but this only happens when you

20:00

connect with when you connect your

20:03

innate identity, this gift that God gave

20:06

you,

20:08

and you use that

20:11

in conjunction with your ability as a

20:13

human being to envision, to imagine,

20:16

to paint a future for yourself that's

20:18

aligned with this identity.

20:22

And naturally, you just start to take

20:24

steps closer to that.

20:27

And so, moral moral of the story is that

20:29

you're not lazy, you're just you're just

20:32

lost.

20:34

But hopefully after watching this video,

20:35

you're a little bit less lost.

20:38

And I hope that you implement some of

20:39

the things that I talked about

20:43

because I

20:46

can't even express in words how much

20:49

this this process, this

20:55

perspective,

20:57

this way of life really, I guess, is uh

21:00

has and is changing my life in real

21:02

time.

21:05

I've done videos in the past like that

21:07

go really in depth about my story and

21:09

and where I've gone and where I've

21:11

gotten to and where I'm headed and so I

21:15

won't bore you with that now. But

21:20

this will help you transform

21:25

and at a pace that I don't think that

21:27

you would think is possible.

21:35

I'm excited for you truly.

21:40

Thank you for your time

21:42

and I'll see you soon.
