if you never feel good enough in your

family and you're constantly trying to

seek their approval then i want to show

you this box that has changed people's

lives now imagine that you were given

this box from a very young age and you

were led to believe that there was

something really special inside all you

had to do was find a way to get in so as

you grew up you tried so hard from every

single angle to try and work out how to

get in but nothing ever seemed to work

what if i took that box after all this

time

and opened it up for you and i showed

you

that there was nothing inside meaning

that no matter how hard you had tried

that special thing the approval you've

been seeking was never available to you

anyway

realizing that the box is empty feels

devastating after all that time spent

trying to get into it

but it's also liberating because your

life choices no longer need to be based

on what's inside there

they can now be based on what matters

most to you
