successes become failures in my mind so
if I say to myself I'm going to meditate
every day and I meditate for 39 days and
day 40 rolls around did I meditate every
day Mel have I succeeded in my goal you
did for 39 days it's still a failure
because you didn't do it on the 40th so
now I'm looking at 39 days of success
and I'm calling it a failure because I
didn't do it on day 40 crazy crazy
