Taking Delivery of my $115,000 Bike Rack: My Cybertruck! (Meet Kevin's Cyberbeast).

well boys and girls it's official it has

governor but anyway let's focus on this

right here we got the Cyber truck the

Cyber Beast it's here this is actually

really exciting

uh I'm on my way to pick up my first

road bike ever uh mostly because I have

these crazy shin splints right now when

I go running all the time it's really

really bad so I want to get into biking

and so I thought okay well if I'm going

to get into biking I also need a bike

rack and the mission is that this fits

the bike and closes and seals it in

there all the time so we'll see so we

joke that uh we're getting a bike and a

bike rack today uh no but honestly I'm

I'm really excited about this

I I I kind of get emotional about this

because this reminds me of

2017 when I bought my Tesla Model X and

it led me to be so enthusiastic about

the Tesla brand and what elon's doing uh

I like I want Tesla solar panels in the

power wall I have Nas it's still good

but it's it's not Tesla right uh I I I

had the Tesla Roadster which just

reiterated every day I drove that

original roader how far Tesla had come

uh and now we're on Hardware 4 the Cyber

trunk is here we're getting an

Administration that's going to help us

push Robo taxis look are there going to

be like ups and downs and hoops and

hurdles could we go to World War III

could there be a recession are there

going to be people who you know

unfortunately die because of the robot

tax yes all that crap could happen or

will happen this stock will always go up

and down and up and down forever but I

think averaged out over the long term

you can't bet against this company and I

always want to be a part of it so might

not be the best at perfection in terms

of Market timing but I'll tell you don't

bet against Elon this is really exciting

so let's do a little bit of a review

together and let's go pick up my bike

and see if it fits uh so uh here we go

they the only thing they mentioned by

the way that was a little funky was they

said and they put in a bill for it that

there was like a little bit of a scratch

or I don't know it's not really a

scratch it's more of just like a little

bit of Polish or whatever off the bed I

personally don't really care because I'm

going to get wrapped anyway I might get

it touched up because they said hey like

we'll touch it up for you just you know

bring it back uh and then wrap it it's

okay we're going to Matt matte black

wrap it oh man it's actually kind of

cool because it's mine uh instead of me

like like trying out somebody else's

right and w W it feels like the future

in here

dang wow look at that I love it it's

just a little touch not even that

expensive to do that but like

everything's like triangly and and I

mean look at this look this is so cool

let me I'm going to flip camera this is

just so cool I really really like this

honestly these sharp kind of edges and

stuff I love it it's so futuristic and

this like octagonal or hexagonal thing

right here I love the shapes over here

oh my gosh actually this leather is a

lot nicer than I remembered it look at

that seat it looks like the Optimus

robot can you see it I see it oh this is

exciting wow the dash is huge I don't

remember this wow the sunroof for the

children and I was looking at this and

I'm like it's got three uh anchors for

Kids one one two maybe a booster seat

there and three look I got seven

children I'm going to need this so where

am I going I got a shout out to uh

them they said they were going to hook

me up with a deal if I um bought a bike

today so uh let's go all right so uh all

right first drive in the uh brand new CT

this is uh oh man the steer by wire I

will say it feels weird yeah this is

something else this is really cool wow

it's like a little wobbly because I suck

at driving it uh I got to alarn this

steer by wire oh this is nice I think

they put it on the highest setting when

you take delivery of it so it feels

larger and higher I wouldn't be

surprised if that's what they did with

the suspens

I mean that's what I would do uh let's

see I mean I'll look at it later I got

some software updates it looks like Okay

cool so we've got the Yoke which

personally I like the yolk a lot of

people ask they say Hey Kevin like

what's it wow oh the turning radius is

so nice I barely have to even move this

yoky thing holy

smokes yeah that's nice okay that's

that's very nice so a lot of people ask

me they're like Kevin you know why the

Yol uh you know get a normal steering

wheel instead of a Yol and my reply to

that is I actually personally prefer the

Yol because in my Model S I could see

the dashboard a lot easier uh now here I

don't have a dash but now I'm used to it

so it doesn't really M well I don't have

like a display right in front of my

wheel right uh so I personally prefer

the yolk I will say had some quality

issues with the leather where the little

Edge peels off a little bit but who

cares uh Tesla would you know they

recognize that as sort of a warranty

issue not a user issue because I'm

almost always on FSD so I'm like dude I

have 13,000 miles on my Model S after

three years why why does this peel off

twice and they're like it's our fault

not yours uh so and and I don't put a

lot of wear and tear on it when I'm

turning so they recognize it's an issue

it's an issue a lot of people have but

anyway uh maybe they fixed it by now

but I use FSD so much now that I really

don't need to touch the wheel that much

and I do try to maybe it a little bit

more now uh this is a nice ride I keep

telling myself I'm not going to sell my

Model S because these are all butter

purchases my Model S lost so much money

uh and like I couldn't be happier

because I just love it like you know

having having a Tesla it's like you know

I just lost 20 grand driving off that

lot you know it's 11 15K or whatever

with tax and you know now I I probably

with 17 miles on it or whatever couldn't

even sell it for

95 but I don't care it's mine it's brand

new I'm going to keep it until the

stainless falls off uh and I'll do the

same with my ass uh so I'm very excited

about this uh I've also never had a road

bike before so I'm like today's kind of

an exciting day and love the mirrors

I'm a mirror person when I drive uh I

don't generally use the um uh the

display here especially for backing up I

back up a lot and guess I back up every

time I park into a spot I like backing

in uh so I know some people say you

could get rid of the mirrors and maybe

there's even a tool for getting rid of

the mirrors but oh how do I go where do

I go south is this South hold on a

second let me figure out where to go

that's North oh okay uh anyway so uh oh

this is nice this is nice ride feels

very tests I honestly I feel a lot

bigger than I do with the uh Model S

this is a huge difference I would like

to figure out how to uh get the

suspension readings up I guess I could

turn on autopilot they said when you get

these and I'm going to pay for it I I'll

buy autopilot uh

I I just hope they drop the prices on it

but whatever um I'm going to buy it

either way camera oh yeah cruise control

unavailable continue driving to allow

cameras to calibrate I remember when I

bought my Model S I drove back from

Santa Barbara and it took the entire

drive to calibrate and as I got home

it's like your cameras are calibrated

I'm like thanks I was really excited to

try the full stop

driving uh you know back then it was

just autopilot but the freeway autopilot

hasn't changed that much and uh it's

just the fact that now we can do stop

signs and traffic lights it didn't used

to recognize traffic lights it would

just run a red light if you let it uh or

stop

side but anyway wow okay let's let's get

to the bike store and uh let's let's

pick up on this I don't know I'm kind of

giddy about this I told myself I wasn't

going to do this because I was going to

buy a sprinter

instead and then as the day got closer

and closer I'm like

buy

both it's very stupid don't do these

things don't buy a car do as I say not

as I do buy the stock not the car not

personalized

advice uh but um although if you did

that in

2022 down to like you know the summer of

2024 you would have been better off

probably buying the car instead of the

stock and I don't know with where it is

now if politics War

recession uh you know Trump hopium

fading I I don't know if those are going

to hurt or help I don't know I'm not a

uh oh wow look at that the blind spot

sort of or the uh someone's in your

blind spot sensors in the

speaker that's cool one less sort of

like hole you have to run that's what I

noticed when I took my model S2 I'm like

ah there there's Elon saving money again

but honestly respect man I respect that

kind of stuff I am I I want to run my

businesses efficiently like he does you

focus on margin you focus on cash flow

baby cash

flow and uh that doesn't mean you don't

take risk that doesn't mean you don't

focus on growth but uh but you know cash

flow understandable but FSD not yet

because software update required oopsies

that's all right though it's all good oh

does it feel driving it amazing and when

you back in the back wheels make it so

much easier to back in I purposefully

turned them to show it uh it you don't

have to turn that steering wheel at all

cuz it's like it's steer by wire so you

turn a little bit to go turn you're

probably to make a full left turn you

probably to turn the steering wheel like

that and it and it does the full turn

for you it makes makes it so chill I'm

going to see if I can always ride it at

medium because I look like medium ride

height cuz I think it's going to look

really sick but you got to try it like

so smooth comfortable drives like a

Tesla you know it's got the power I

haven't yet uh but you know a big toe

stomped on it uh and um yeah it's it's

sick I I'm excited to see is Elbo going

to fit

so oh it's soft closes or opens

that's nice because I was worried it was

just going to drop and plummet on

me oh yeah that's nice yeah and then

uh this uh it'll be cool to see how the

kids fit in here and stuff I'm sure

it'll be fine but uh there we go nice so

I didn't know this m but McKay says

there's a special thing you could do

with this so this is for all your Diet

Cokes you can fill this with ice it's a

cooler you keep your Diet Cokes back

here and when you're done with your diet

coke folks there's a little plug right

here and it's kind of an Easter egg they

made the plug like a cyber truck logo

and then you let it drain and all the

ice water will fall out you close it

back up you can even hose it out that

way if you spilled some Diet Coke easy

easy and then another thing is this is

like the Mercedes track system at the

back of the sprinters I actually think

Elon Musk was inspired by the sprinters

which were some of the most functional

bands that just exist almost vertical

walls you get so much space in them and

you can kind of see that here this

almost vertical wall to maximize the

space you have uh and then this just

gives you the ultimate customization

flexibility this is very very exciting

and I think we got power back here too

yeah look at that I got 240 to charge

someone else's car and a couple um these

are 20 amp 120s see with the little T

plug there that's cool very nice now

another thing that was pretty cool was I

was worried that this was just going to

kind of clunk open and slap down McKay

do the honors when we press the button

to open the back soft open oh that's

nice and the front powered open and

close all right I understand this might

look a little clownish yes I did wear

shorts to come here under my jeans you

got to be efficient in life okay but

let's see if this new bike which they

just hooked me up on this what was this

or wesle these guys are great they're

getting a five star Yelp review they're

so helpful they're professional they

like I ordered the bike

rack then I bought a bike and now I'm

going to test if the bike that I bought

fits in the bike rack that I

bought all right very

nice so uh I guess I should have

lowered the vehicle but since I'm on

medium height here and I'm on these

clippy shoes which I've never had in my

life they're like tap

shoes

works thank you my bike works too so

set so yeah for what it's worth I've

never had shoes like this before they

have cleats which when they're on both

sides you have to learn how to like

unclick before you stop and break

otherwise you fall over they were

teaching me how to do that they're so

nice to do that uh and then they have

these things which make me feel like I'm

snowboarding again uh to actually take

the shoe off which is kind of

cool there we go look at that that's

pretty awesome and so now uh we'll put

those in here there's probably a good

way like if I lowered the height of the

cyber truck I could probably get the uh

uh bike in and out a lot more easily

normal like it's not worth it I'm not in

a hurry uh you know when I was a younger

lad I I feel like an old person now not

that there's anything wrong with being

old I'm just just saying uh I don't I

don't really drive fast anymore I just I

leave earlier and and then I don't have

stress and then it's like I don't have

to hurry so it's great uh so anyway but

wow it rides so smoothly you don't even

notice nice Sunset though well I

mean we just missed it
