number one is explosions of anger that
seem to come out of nowhere and not just
a bit of anger but so intense that it
feels out of proportion to the thing
that triggered it number two it takes
constant effort to push painful memories
to the back of your mind but as soon as
you let your guard down
those memories come out of nowhere hit
you so hard you can barely function and
number three the withdrawal when things
get too much the emotional shutters come
down and nobody can connect with you not
even you you feel numb to the world
