6 How To Access The Answers
FULL TRANSCRIPT
like do a little sermon. Um like this is
this is this is a really great question.
Whenever you guys are doing anything,
whether it's market research, whether
it's coming up with a new offer, working
on your offer, whether it's writing
something, whatever it is, right?
Doesn't matter what it is. Like this is
and I I I'm doing this now in my book
writing process and I'm kind of like I
have to remind myself to come back to
it. But it's it's probably just like one
of the most profound
principles that I think really applies
to anything. And I I just I just want
you guys to remember it. Like write it
down. Put it on a post-it note. Put it
on your laptop. Like like put it like
make it a wallpaper. Like it's so good.
So when we look for the answers,
it implies that we don't have them. And
we can we can never but this is the
thing is that we can never find the
answers from a paradigm of believing
that we don't already have them. It's
like solving the problem at the level
that it's you know at that level of the
problem. You you can't solve it at that
level, right? You have to go to a
different a different level, right? So
this is the thing about like trying to
find the answers is that you have to
surrender the seeking and remember that
you already know,
right? And so it's because whenever
we're seeking it implies that we don't
know, right? So to ever be in if you're
ever in an energy or in a mindset of I
have to figure this out, call yourself
on it. Observe yourself in that and be
like no, no, no. I actually don't have
to figure this out because I I do have
it already. It's already available to me
because God like consciousness is always
working. It's always with you. It's
always available, right? And all
timelines are all parallel at any given
moment. And it's just our level of
access to that timeline and to that
information.
>> And in order for us to access it, it
usually involves like really elevated
states of consciousness, right? So like
what are the things that we can do?
Well, a relax the [ __ ] body, right?
So, like, you know, probably Naomi could
do like a sensual dancing to get us all
relaxed and out of our minds and out of
our heads. Um, but yeah, like doing
something sematic, you know, and that
that example of like going and washing
the dishes for a week. That's that's a
great example of surrendering the
seeking. It's like I just need to go
back into a moment where I can remember
and allow it to come to me because we
can we can do things to thin that veil,
you know? And I think a lot of the time
like spending more time with ourselves
sitting in meditation not for any kind
of purpose other than to just create the
space
for something to come through. So like
something that I've really been
experimenting with is like how much
spaciousness can we create for answers
to come through? And I think like for
anyone that has a habit of being really
busy, like really look at look at how
busy you are and look at how much space
you have for yourself where you can
receive the answers that you know maybe
you don't normally have access to when
you're in that because think about your
your brain wave states, right? Like
you're going to be in like alpha beta,
you know, and and to access like high
level stuff, you need to be in a gamma
brain wave state, but we're not in
gamma. We're always in alpha. like we're
doing our dayto-day [ __ ] go go go
[ __ ] copy this [ __ ] got to get on
that meetings blah blah blah [ __ ]
Zoom you know and it's like no nothing's
[ __ ] profound is going to come to you
like when you're running around like a
[ __ ] chicken you know
>> so like profound things always come like
in the shower driving it's always an
inconvenient moment you know because
that's when there's we can't do anything
else right because there's space so
think about like when your most creative
ideas come to you like you can
manufacture that environment. You can
create that environment to allow more
creative ideas to come to you. And maybe
that looks like an extra hour in the
morning where you're like, you know,
just visualizing, maybe you're playing
with yourself, maybe doing breath work,
but just creating more space. And I I
because this is the thing, right? If you
set the intention, like eventually it
will come through. Might not be
immediately, but like you know, maybe a
couple days, maybe a week later, but you
got to create the space for it to come
through.
Surrender the seeking. That's the
principle. So good. Neil Donald Walsh,
guys. What a guy.
>> I love that. Thank you. That's So I
guess then I'm I'm on the right track.
>> Yeah, 100%. How did
>> I think I was feeling um I was trying to
like do the program in the order because
I know in the beginning it it you said
in the video like you know it's designed
to be cumulative and then um for a while
there I I kept getting stuck in the
brand story and I felt like I couldn't
move forward and I wanted to and so I
feel like maybe it's like like a flow in
and out of
>> you know even just these three things
like look at your clients look at the
brand message look at the then the brand
story I'm like I haven't even like
really touched because I'm just like it
just seems so big.
>> It it can feel that way. I mean I I you
know I do want to say something else as
well in regards to like doing things in
order. I think
I don't know if there's like something
in design that points to this like
because I know that if you're a quadr
like you're very flowy and like I've got
three arrows pointing right which is
like you know it's pretty flowy. Um but
I do know that it can be a lot easier to
do whatever is present and to just
follow the energy of like what's alive.
So I think you know the way so like and
again I'm going to liken this to my book
writing process because I've been
learning a lot about creation through
this process but like what I did was I
had a structure and I was like cool I
think this is going to be like my
overarching structure and I would
probably do the same thing in terms of a
program like I would outline like I
would draw like a big overview because I
usually start big picture and then I go
down into details. So I would outline
like the major things that kind of need
to happen and then when you wake up in
the morning you can kind of sit with the
like the consciousness of your business
or like the consciousness of your genius
or your creativity or whatever you have
relationship to and you can kind of just
tune in and be like okay like what's
alive today and like what is ready to be
expressed and to be worked on today and
you can literally just start to work on
like little bits and they don't have to
be in order because you're following the
current of what's live and then you can
kind of put everything into your big
overarching thing and just accumulate
the jigsaw pieces and then you can kind
of stitch it all up and then go over it
like beginning to end and then you know
it might look different and it might
make more linear sense because it's like
you can do things in a nonlinear way but
the brain will always read in a linear
way. So you can do it nonlinear and then
go back, stitch all the puzzle pieces
together and be like, "Oh, this this now
all like the pieces all fit in the
jigsaw puzzle." Like try that and see
how that works for
