one toxic relationships they work like
addiction your brain will romanticize
the past blur out the bad memories and
make you crave them it will push you to
check their stories text them like Just
One Last Time don't do it cut off all
contact it's like detoxifying your brain
step two you will go through waves of
emotions like anger sadness emptiness
and grief see it's normal if you miss
them that's okay you're human but that
doesn't mean you should go back feel
everything without guilt step three
toxic relationships consume you they
make you lose yourself to heal you need
to rebuild yourself pick one thing like
one job or a hobby something you
genuinely love rebuild your sense of
identity through that activity and step
four you won't heal if you're trying to
prove something to your ex like see I'm
doing better without you that doesn't
work you work on yourself for yourself
that's the only way you can truly heal
