and it's so simple and so easy where you
can do that on a positive emotion. So
like whatever you want to create more of
apply the four permissions to what you
want to create more of. So if you guys
want to create more ease, more flow,
more creative inspiration, more
happiness, more joy, go through those
four statements of it's okay for me to
feel joy. I'm allowed to feel joy. I
give myself permission to feel joy. It's
safe for me to feel joy. and keep
breathing through and like regulating
your system to feel safe in those
positive emotions so that you can stop
flooding your system with the habits
that basically are creating like toxic
or the habits that are creating outcomes
that you don't want. Right.
