your potential now as human beings we
all have some basic physiological
non-negotiable needs like food water and
sleep and once we have those things in
place then we can focus on our safety so
things like security employment our
health and once we have that safety
secured then we have that human need for
love and belonging and acceptance from a
group of people be it friends family
sexual partners romantic partners now
here's where it gets interesting once
you've met your physical needs then
you're freed up to focus on your need
for things like esteem so building
confidence through accomplishments and
gaining respect from other people now
only when you've met all of these needs
are you free to live your full potential
focusing on what we call
self-actualization so imagination
creativity and problem-solving are they
all essential but if they're not done in
order or balanced out it becomes
unstable now we're going to take an
essential away like sleep now guys this
