hi and welcome
back let's get you prepped for some
karate
chops before we get started I want you
to take a few deep breaths for
me our bodies are going to be feeling
feeling really good after these karate
chops we're going to be massaging the
muscles along the way we're also going
to be moving around any stagnant
energy so I want you to get fully
prepared now about we take a few deep
breaths very well
let's go ahead and get those karate
chops of choing shall
whe we're going to first we're going to
first start over here on this
side get the Shoulder nice and
prep

go making our way down the
arm
karate chopping those hands really
well making our way back
up and we're going to continue doing
that to each side going up and going
down
now let's go ahead and get this side

there's a lot of stimulation going on in
that
body
relax perhaps take another deep breath
before we start at it
again nicely done another deep
inhale and a long
exhale there you
go we're going to give it a few more
seconds here before we start back
up adding just a little bit of pressure
to both arms

okay going to really focus on the wrists
here
think of karate chops as in chopping up
all that stagnant
energy that way if we can chop up chop
up that
stored up energy it's easier to get rid
of just chopping it into small little
pieces chopping the stress
away chopping the stress
away it's exactly what we're doing here
we are chopping
away chopping
away all of that stagnant
energy chopping away all of that
stagnant
energy getting a little bit harder now
adding a bit more pressure
here especially to the larger
muscles our thighs need more
chopping these bigger muscles need more
pressure and more
chopping
we're going to give it a second before
we before we start the other
side let the
body
relax that was a lot of stimulation so

breath

now adding a lot of pressure to the
thigh
