Posting This Feels Incredibly Vulnerable

so I don't usually share personal things

on here but some time ago I found a lump

in my breast and my first thought was I

don't have time for this I was six weeks

away from handing in my new book and I

considered for a moment waiting until I

was finished before calling the doctor

but a few weeks later I did have some

tests and about a week before handing in

my book I got the news that I had early

stage breast CID

and the reason I'm sharing this with you

is only because I read that one in five

cancer patients wait more than three

months before seeing a doctor about

their symptoms and I can't stop thinking

about how many other people will be in

the same position that I was I made this

video purely to share the message that

if you notice something please don't

delay make it a

priority because it could save your life
