if you wake up exhausted I'm a
psychologist and here's my top 5 sleep
hacks number five caffeine has a
half-life of six hours so even if you
have a coffee at noon by midnight a
quarter of that caffeine will still be
in your system disrupting the quality of
your Sleep Number Four alcohol disrupts
your REM sleep so if you have a drink to
help you fall asleep you won't feel as
rested when you wake up in the morning
number three your circadian rhythm is
set by light using a sunrise alarm
builds like gradually so that you feel
more alert by the time you have to get
up number two moving your body also
supports your sleep wake Cycles so get
outside for some exercise number one not
all sleep is equal being asleep doesn't
mean you're getting good sleep so start
monitoring your sleep habits and track
their effect on your sleep personally I
