CPI monitoring tool developed by

tarantos integration team this dashboard

application provides the monitoring

capabilities primarily payload retry and

reprocessing that are not covered by sap

the user can search logs by payload

reprocess and retry the same from UI

capabilities also include single click

information on errors and exporting logs

to Excel file we have achieved this

using standard apis and even some custom

apis

the application is designed in a more

business user-friendly way so that even

the business users can use the features

seamlessly

search criteria can be defined using

business or data terms additional

screens for Aggregates and statistics

are available which will be shown in the

demo

we also have role-based access

permitting the users who can read

download and retry the payload

as we have seen the features of the tool

users can also filter out data by

specifying the sender system receiver

system or any user defined search

criteria value message ID or correlation

ID iflow name or status of the message

such as completed failed retry or

escalated

here we see the criteria defined as

customer number the log information

presented in this way helps the business

users in understanding the message

details

all this information is stored in a

separate database

here I specify the receiver system as

Kafka and here all the I flows are

filtered out based on the Kafka receiver

system the user can sort out the details

based on certain options

the user is also provided with options

such as filtering out utility flows

export the data to excel

provided against each eye flow

when the user filter out message based

on interface name and click on the

respective detail button the user can

view the messages of that specific eye

flow and also of all the related flows

clicking the payload option displays a

source and Target payload

for reprocessing of the payload is

possible or the user can take the target

payload and re-push the same to the

receiver in case the integration was

failed due to Target connection issue

you have an option where reason and

reprocess are available or only one of

them is available based on the status of

the message we can customize to provide

retry or reprocess option only for

failed messages or even success messages

based on customer needs

next we see the aggregate screen where

you can view the number of messages for

any specific time period

as completed failed escalated messages

count can be viewed by clicking the

fetch data option A

and get an overall idea of the data flow

this feature is extremely helpful in

case of a heavy load in CPI the user can

identify the volume of messages received

from various sender systems

messages has come from sap

which system caused an exceptional load
