holy smokes 69 off flash sale going on

0:03

now through Valentine's Day dang may as

0:05

well take advantage of that because that

0:07

is a deal link down below and remember

0:09

that's a flash sale that's an investment

0:11

in yourself for programs on building

0:14

your wealth and since these programs are

0:16

an educational expense and tax season is

0:18

coming up remember these programs could

0:20

be a perfect tax deduction for you check

0:22

with your CPA but investing in yourself

0:24

or your business could be the perfect

0:26

tax deduction for you take advantage of

0:29

that 69 off flash sale before it's gone

0:31

let's just say he's not very happy that

0:34

uh his team lasts the game and uh when

0:39

the Chiefs make a pretty easy kickoff

0:42

look at what happens to this guy here oh

0:45

we'll go ahead and play and we'll have

0:46

the audio on too all right ready for

0:48

this here we go

0:52

[Music]

1:01

destroys the TV

1:06

this almost like he's gonna start

1:08

attacking people so anyway

1:11

destroys the TV completely off the wall

1:15

um this is a pretty pretty um let's just

1:17

say he's very passionate but uh then

1:20

again you know he had somebody uh

1:22

rooting for uh you know his team that uh

1:26

generally uh you bet against I hate to

1:29

say that but uh we did find out that yes

1:33

one of the biggest fans near Billy

1:36

happens to be

1:38

Jim Cramer so of course we had to in the

1:42

honor of it had to mention inverse

1:44

Kramer is back again and so when Kramer

1:47

went to the World Series

1:49

well let's just say fairly lost and now

1:52

the Eagles have lost and uh Jim Kramer's

1:55

on that side as well so so maybe that

1:57

individual

1:58

needs to talk to Jim Cramer about what's

2:00

going on here but anyway one of the most

2:04

entertaining ads that I thought if you

2:06

haven't seen it yet and I'd love to

2:08

touch on it briefly was and we didn't

2:12

even realize it was a car ad at first

2:14

because we missed the early part of it

2:16

the first five seconds or so of it but I

2:18

have to say that premature

2:20

electrification ad was absolutely fire

2:23

uh that would be this ad right here if

2:26

you haven't seen it I'll give it a quick

2:27

play because it's just worth mentioning

2:30

and bringing up they did a great job

2:32

listening are you excited about buying

2:34

an electric vehicle but worried that it

2:36

could leave you unsatisfied then you

2:39

could be one of many Americans concerned

2:41

about premature electrification symptoms

2:45

may include fearing you might not be

2:46

able to last as long as you'd like there

2:49

was plenty of charge before and

2:50

sometimes it goes away a lot of times

2:52

I've been working a lot being unsure if

2:55

you have enough power to handle your

2:57

payload

2:58

so just I'm going to pause quickly for a

3:00

moment keep in mind the Brilliance of

3:03

this Dodge Ram ad is that you literally

3:06

have uh people who consider electric

3:10

vehicles when they want to go buy a new

3:12

car but what happens is they're worried

3:15

about the whole range anxiety aspect

3:18

because we have gas stations All Over

3:19

America and even though we've got great

3:22

Tesla supercharging networks a lot of

3:24

electric vehicle companies don't have

3:26

great supercharger networks for example

3:28

Lucid uses the Electrify America

3:30

supercharger Network and so you have

3:32

this commercial that's playing this

3:34

double innuendo it almost makes it seem

3:37

like it's an ed ad on a retail

3:39

dysfunction head

3:40

um but anyway

3:42

the Brilliance of it is uh this this uh

3:46

worry about basically running out of

3:48

power too soon and having to stop and uh

3:52

really uh as a as a Dodge Ram commercial

3:54

pickups being essentially the number one

3:57

selling vehicle in America is in my

4:00

opinion just pure Brilliance in terms of

4:02

marketing uh of course anytime we get

4:05

electric vehicle ads like the GM

4:07

electric vehicle ad you end up seeing

4:09

Tesla searches Spike without Tesla

4:11

sending it and spending a dime that

4:13

happened yesterday during the game as

4:14

well as soon as the other manufacturers

4:16

started running EV ads Tesla searches a

4:20

spiked tests actually adjusted their

4:22

prices just minutes before the game

4:23

which I thought that was quite

4:24

interesting but we'll talk about that

4:25

later but let's keep going with the ad

4:27

for a moment

4:28

I don't know if I got the power for this

4:30

baby I'm adventurous I like to go all

4:33

the way I don't want to have to question

4:34

if we're even going to make it yeah it's

4:37

a concern lacking the confidence about

4:39

getting and being able to keep a charge

4:41

having to stop every time we got really

4:43

excited that wouldn't work for me stop

4:45

start stop start if PE premature

4:50

electrification is something you're

4:51

worried about go to ramrev.com and find

4:54

out if the Ram 1500 rev with options

4:57

being designed to extend range in

4:58

satisfying ways is right for you this

5:02

this was by far the one of my favorite

5:05

ads and uh there was only really one ad

5:08

uh that beat this uh until this

5:11

particular ad uh I I mean the one that

5:15

I'll show in a moment until the next ad

5:18

uh this one by far in my opinion took

5:21

the cake it was it was so good uh so I

5:24

really enjoyed that one uh the the

5:27

entire game in my opinion really really

5:29

good though uh with the exception of

5:31

course a lot of folks really frustrated

5:34

about the holding call and I'll go to

5:36

that ad and just a moment but it's worth

5:38

just bringing up the holding call a lot

5:40

a lot of upset people uh talking about

5:43

this uh on the internet uh Twitter's

5:46

going crazy over the holding call uh

5:49

probably a lot obviously of Eagles fans

5:51

not very happy but uh here's just

5:54

somebody who happens to have the clip so

5:56

shout out to that's good sports uh and

5:58

their Channel but uh here's your within

6:01

the last you know two and a half three

6:03

minutes of the game

6:04

the nice reset to first down the Chiefs

6:07

get to milk the clock down and end up

6:09

kicking the field goal but uh this

6:11

holding call right here a lot of people

6:14

pretty frustrated over this because I'm

6:17

not even in a catchable position doesn't

6:20

look like they're impeded whatsoever on

6:23

the move over here and getting called

6:25

out for holding on that uh setting up

6:27

the Chiefs there a little bit of a

6:30

stretch I mean hey you know they could

6:32

have won anyway but it's leading a lot

6:34

of people to think okay all right that's

6:36

it it's official the Super Bowl was

6:38

rigged people had a lot of bets going on

6:42

the Super Bowl in fact there were

6:44

potentially 50 million online bets

6:48

that's 50 million individual online bets

6:51

made online on the Super Bowl and what

6:54

you ended up having was over 16 billion

6:59

dollars of bets riding on various

7:02

different aspects of this uh of the

7:05

Super Bowl really incredible that is

7:08

that's a lot of money uh and this is the

7:10

first time that you've seen so much

7:12

betting happen and

7:14

as well because betting is actually

7:16

sports betting is actually legal or the

7:18

Super Bowl was being held unlike last

7:21

year when it was at the Sofi stadium in

7:22

California where you're not allowed to

7:24

bet one thing that did frustrate me

7:26

though is they didn't show us the color

7:27

of the Gatorade that ended up getting

7:28

spilled on the winning coach we didn't

7:31

they totally missed that angle cut where

7:34

Rihanna announcing her pregnancy was

7:36

really like awesome like what a cool way

7:39

to do it and good on her I mean she's

7:41

got to be like six or seven months

7:43

pregnant but for taking the cake by far

7:46

what I'm about to show you absolutely

7:49

destroyed us because let's just say and

7:52

I'll explain afterwards but we fell

7:54

victim to this as well so we're watching

7:57

this ad on Jesus and then after the

7:59

Jesus ad we're like all right looks like

8:02

we're going back to the game and so what

8:04

happens here here's the ad

8:06

Vice

8:09

you expected yeah so far these teams

8:12

they've really

8:21

let's take a journey so basically you've

8:24

got Toby here

8:26

and this is by far marketing brilliance

8:31

the game supposedly comes back with two

8:35

sports commenters talking about oh game

8:38

is it going as expected not saying

8:40

anything particularly about the game but

8:42

they set it all up to make it look like

8:45

we were back at the Super Bowl and that

8:49

the commercials were over and then all

8:51

of a sudden it looks like somebody on

8:53

the smart TV is starting to screw with

8:55

the settings like they're sitting on the

8:56

remote control as soon as the little

8:58

thing came up all of us started looking

9:00

at each other and we're like What who's

9:02

sitting on the remote get off

9:04

and I felt so embarrassed afterwards

9:08

because by the time the ad was over I'm

9:10

the guy standing there with like I I got

9:13

up to get the remote we have a little

9:15

wall mount for it and I'm I'm getting

9:16

the remote and I'm trying to hit the

9:17

cancel button on the TV when we realized

9:19

we got had I was the idiot holding the

9:22

remote like my God that was marketing

9:25

Brilliance I mean we got trolled so hard

9:29

that was by far uh the uh the the

9:32

greatest uh that was that took the cake

9:35

from premature electrification my gosh I

9:39

was for sure a win right there uh so

9:41

Super Bowl that was pretty intense uh

9:45

and really enjoyed that uh that was also

9:47

a very good game I enjoyed it I mean I I

9:49

know you've got some of the you know the

9:51

the ref calls are going to come up as uh

9:54

as frustrating I mean I I don't know I

9:56

feel feel like being a ref is probably

9:57

the most thankless job there is you

10:00

don't really get any of the glory you're

10:02

kind of only hated when you make a call

10:04

it's like you're better off just sort of

10:06

Disappearing into non-existence now I

10:09

you know I didn't have a hat in this

10:10

ring in terms of who would win or or

10:12

whom I was betting on I didn't make any

10:15

bets on the game although we'll be doing

10:17

a big trading challenge starting this

10:19

week probably with CPI with our team and

10:22

then of course posting those trades with

10:24

the course members one of the things

10:26

that we're actually thinking about doing

10:27

and and it's this one's more for the

10:29

lulls but what we might do is anytime

10:32

Jim Cramer says something we might try

10:34

to figure okay what's what's best

10:36

positioned from like a volatility point

10:37

of view to potentially volatility trade

10:40

uh the opposite of of some of the Korean

10:43

Retreats uh he should double down on

10:44

that like he he should own that because

10:46

he gets so much attention uh for for

10:49

people inverse training him uh it's it's

10:51

pretty incredible so uh but yeah and I

10:55

mean look Super Bowl absolutely awesome

10:57

Elon Musk was there uh with Rupert

11:01

Murdoch and founder of Fox News News

11:03

Corp and his wife you did have one

11:06

anti-tesla ad but apparently the guy

11:08

didn't have enough money to actually air

11:10

the anti-tesla full self-driving ad in

11:13

every state and not even in like the Los

11:16

Angeles area we didn't see it we're all

11:18

like we we were all waiting for the

11:20

anti-tesla ad

11:22

we never got served the anti-tesla ad so

11:25

I guess the anti-testly guy he is able

11:28

to say oh yeah we were an Advertiser in

11:30

the Super Bowl but didn't like select

11:32

markets ah stupid probably probably

11:35

doesn't want to invest in California ads

11:37

because people like Tesla's out here but

11:39

uh otherwise look I hope you had a great

11:42

time at the Super Bowl if you watched it

11:44

that was uh that was fun it was very

11:45

entertaining very engaging so uh do I

11:47

think it's rigged

11:49

oh man you know I don't want to upset

11:51

half of the people involved uh in the

11:54

Super Bowl but you know I I I don't

11:57

think it was the best call uh to rigged

11:59

hashtag rigged is literally trending uh

12:02

on Twitter right now uh you know do I

12:04

think that was prematurely rigged

12:07

probably not uh is it possible sure

12:11

maybe but what's fascinating it or what

12:14

I think should come out of it is this

12:16

potential for maybe some like

12:19

transparent voting on these sort of

12:21

calls right where basically maybe you

12:23

have a council of I don't know uh some

12:26

sort of uh statistically significant

12:28

number of refs and maybe they do this

12:30

but it's not super transparent to us

12:31

right we just get the call out of the

12:33

box oh okay yeah it's that way or that

12:35

way right

12:37

um maybe what they need to come up with

12:38

is some form of uh uh you know

12:40

transparent Board of of people who

12:43

review it and maybe it's like uh let's

12:44

just say a 21 person board or something

12:46

like that or 12 person board whatever

12:47

and you could actually see how each

12:50

individual person voted that goes into

12:53

making that call because then that way

12:54

if it comes or you know you come to find

12:57

out that maybe one of the people on that

12:58

board that voted one way was actually

13:01

making bets on the game that would

13:04

benefit from that call uh you know we'd

13:07

be able to smoke that out right

13:09

that's probably where in the future

13:11

things need to go we're big fans

13:13

obviously here on the channel of

13:14

transparency and I think most of you in

13:16

finance are big fans of transparency in

13:18

fact there was this uh Bloomberg piece

13:21

this morning talking about uh basically

13:23

insider trading now happening not

13:26

through individual stocks of companies

13:28

but through basically ETFs that have a

13:30

lot of exposure to certain stocks so

13:33

basically what what could happen is you

13:36

might have the SEC watching it in and

13:38

this relates to Super Bowl but you might

13:39

have the SEC the Security and Exchange

13:41

Commission watching uh insiders to see

13:44

if they're buying and selling let's say

13:45

Tesla stock right before earnings and

13:49

and then if they're not by if they're

13:51

you know doing that they might be

13:52

subject to insider trading

13:54

investigations but if they're doing it

13:56

through an ETF maybe those disclosures

13:59

aren't necessary because they're not

14:01

actually buying or selling any kind of

14:03

Tesla shares so they could just go YOLO

14:06

call options on an ETF let's say that

14:08

has a lot of EXP exposure to Tesla

14:10

before earnings that really play

14:12

earnings with Insider information

14:14

the Bloomberg piece talked about they're

14:17

potentially being a weird set of about

14:20

200 million dollars of moves per year in

14:24

ETFs before mergers and Acquisitions and

14:26

earnings especially in healthcare and

14:28

Tech interesting but see that is the

14:32

kind of you know frustrating thing about

14:34

untransparent markets right people are

14:36

like ah we don't like Shadow markets we

14:38

don't we don't like to feel like people

14:41

are making bets without being able to

14:42

know that they could be making Insider

14:45

moves right I think the same sort of

14:47

reason is why we have very transparent

14:50

Insider stock sales and buys at

14:52

companies and those are required uh and

14:55

I think that's probably the same reason

14:56

why you probably ultimately want to end

14:59

up having that happen with the uh

15:01

uh with with sort of sports and and ref

15:04

calls as well I think that transparency

15:06

would be good uh I'm a big fan of that

15:08

but uh who knows you know again on one

15:10

side you're gonna have people going hey

15:12

look who cares uh yeah the Chiefs would

15:14

have won anyway right uh and on the

15:17

other side I think people who just lost

15:18

a lot of money around man it's rigged so

15:21

there's obviously going to be a massive

15:23

bias on each side but who knows but

15:26

that's my take on the Super Bowl I

15:28

really enjoyed it I hope you did as well

15:30

it was great so um anyway all right so

15:34

moving on we've got a lot to talk about

15:35

I think uh next we ought to talk a

15:37

little bit about

15:38

Tesla and then after we talk a little

15:41

bit about Tesla we'll talk a little bit

15:43

about the market and we've got a lot of

15:44

catalysts actually coming up as well

15:46

actually you know what we should do

15:47

Catalyst first I think a lot of you

15:49

folks are curious about the Catalyst

15:51

coming up uh join Congress insider rules

15:53

don't apply

15:55

ouch

15:56

uh only one bad call that's pretty good

15:58

for the NFL ah people are calling out

16:00

two holding calls from the NFL during

16:02

the last uh game and there were two

16:05

where it was kind of like ah come on man

16:06

that was holding but you know whatever

16:08

whatever
