to walk away from someone you care about

who cannot meet your needs is one of the

bravest acts you can do and it's not

just any needs it's the really important

ones it's the foundational ones the ones

that you've communicated about the ones

that you've likely compromised on

and it's not about them being bad it's

just about this really isn't actually

about them at all it's about you and

your courage it's about your willingness

to face the music to face the reality of

who this person is and what their

capacity is without creating a whole

story around it that makes them bad or

you unworthy and ultimately it is about

choosing yourself which again is not

about making them bad but rather just

recommitting yourself to the life that

you know you must lead
