TRUMP BREAKS SILENCE: Responds to Elon Apology

Donald Trump responds to the Elon Musk

freakout. Let's listen to this clip.

Apparently, it's an exclusive from the

New York Post. See what they got for us

and uh what it could mean for Tesla.

Now, what happened with Elon? Um is

there anything that that it's Alon now

to forgive him? Could you see that

happening? Well, I look I have no hard

feelings for you. I was I was really

surprised

uh that that happened. He went after a

bill that's that's phenomenal. It's it's

the best thing we've ever signed in this

country. And that's phase one. I I will

say expanding the Trump tax cuts are a

big deal for a lot of small and medium

businesses, especially what they were

talking about in the Bessant hearing.

They didn't say it very clearly, but

they talk about this, you know, 100%

deduction for businesses. They're

talking about basically these these

accelerated depreciation benefits where

they're bringing back through this bill

the opportunity to buy equipment or

machinery or whatever and expense it all

in a year. I I'll tell you really

quickly and I want to keep going with

this Trump thing, but why that's so

important. Imagine that this aircraft is

is like a piece of machinery for a farm

or it's a data center server. It's a

computer or whatever. Okay. Now, let's

say this this piece of machinery is uh

$13 million and uh you got a loan on it

for $9 million. Uh through Trump's tax

policies, you would be able to write off

the full $13 million and basically

eradicate that from your income by

assuming that this is now worth zero

through tax policy. Uh and so that's

just an example of one of the big things

that gets extended and is talked about

getting extended in this. Uh, and so

that could actually be a boom for the

uh, aircraft manufacturers again. Uh,

you know, whether that's Cirrus or Embra

or whomever. Anyway, let's keep going.

In phase two, phase three, all of a

sudden is, you know, it all comes

together. It's coming together so well.

And when he did that, I was not a happy

camper. Yeah. So, it's too bad. You said

he had pro Wait, I want to see his

facial reaction to that. I was not a

happy camper. Yeah. This is pretty much

classic Trump. Happy camper.

So, it's too bad. You said he had

problems. What kind of problems? I mean,

is it the drugs? I don't know what his

problem is, right? I haven't thought too

much about him in the last little while.

And uh he just didn't get I think he

feels very badly that he said that

actually. And maybe it was something

else. I mean, he I don't know. I I feel

like maybe I'm reading into this a

little bit more, but there's like this

subtle facial expression that you get

there from Trump. It's just slight like

a slight little jaw movement after I

think he feels very badly. That to me

indicates our suspicion that the Trump

team told Elon you're going to disappear

andor your companies are going to

disappear if you don't shut the f up. I

I feel like you could see a little bit.

I'm probably way overreading it, but you

tell me. Okay. As I think he feels very

badly. You see this like jaw jitter and

I feel like it's like I effing hate that

guy and we creamed him and got him to

U-turn. You know, outwardly remember

Trump will have a bias of wanting to

come across as, you know, the big heart

human. This is part of, you know, like

when you see him at Fort Bragg yesterday

and he's like, "Can we get a doctor?

There's a there's a beautiful woman. She

needs a doctor. Can we get a doctor?"

And then he patiently waits. Thank you.

Thank you, doctor, for coming, right?

Like these moments are designed to make

him seem like the big heart candid

human. And and maybe he is, right? But

but that's that's the point. Like part

of it can also be like by design. But

anyway, watch watch for that movement

there. Maybe I'm reading into it too

much. I think he feels very badly that

he said that actually. And maybe it was

something else. I mean, he had the fight

with Scott Besson outside your office.

Yeah. Well, they had not a fist fight,

you know, people, but I guess they had a

little bit of a shouting match, but

that's Did you hear it? That's typical.

I know a little bit. That's sort of

typical about, you know, Yeah, that

happened.

Wow. Okay, that's really interesting.

So, what did we get from this? Well, we

got at least this public commentary is

we got this idea that, hey, all right,

no hard feelings. He's over it. That's a

big deal. Uh, so no hard feelings, big

deal. Hopefully this translates into no

big punishments for Elon, Tesla, SpaceX.

Again, you know, I've got exposure to

Tesla. I've got exposure to SpaceX uh

through our VC company. Like these we we

maybe I'm a little biased here. Uh but I

want to look at these things from a

realistic point of view. You there could

still be some punishment here. Like Elon

kind of crossed Trump here. Now, it's

good that Elon apologized this morning

on Twitter. Really on X. really good

that he apologized. Really good that

he's sort of walking back the attacks

because it would just be a death

sentence to keep the attacks going,

especially for somebody as as you know

with the reach that Elon has. You know,

it's one thing if if you know I yap, I

don't have the reach that Elon does,

right? Uh but that this is this is a

very interesting response from Trump.

So, I I think there's more resentment

from Trump here. And even though he's

saying that like, hey, you know, it's

not a priority to reconcile, but maybe

we could patch things up. Even though

that's being said, I don't I really

think when Trump says it's not a

priority, I think Trump's done with him.

Think, you know, once you cross Trump,

it's kind of hard to come back, but who

knows? You know, m maybe over time, time

will heal the wound, but I think Elon's

probably going to be in a penalty box

for at least the next year or so.

Interesting to hear Donald Trump's

reaction though. Curious also to see

what um what some of your comments were.

Some some of you right here, somebody

says, "I think the whole Trump Elon

upset was planned by both." I don't

know. I mean, maybe I I know that's that

is a thought that's out there that this

was sort of planned and staged for

Elon's exit. It just it felt like too

much of a lowblow and it kind of it was

characteristic of what Elon would do.

So,

I don't know about that. Like this

morning, I think it I think it was in

our course member live stream. We were

talking about how if Elon selected his

MMO RPG character of like his real life

self, he basically took like social EQ

and dialed it down to zero. So he'd have

more points to put into like innovation

genius. And so his character is like

really unbalanced, like strong on one

end, but like really flawed on the

other, you know? Uh so I I I don't know

about that. Somebody else says, "You see

it in his jaw." Yeah. Somebody else

says, Brandon, what's up, man? Says,

"Uh, what drugs do they claim Elon

took?" Uh, well, there there are claims

that Elon flies around with a pill box

of 20 different pills, uh, aderall,

ecstasy, mushroom, psychedelic

mushrooms, uh, ketamine, uh, you know,

various

different drugs. Elon also describes

himself, you know, obviously denying

some of these more recent reports

because it's not a good look, but Elon

also talks about being, you know,

depressed. Uh, I mean, if you think

about it, sure, he has a lot of kids,

but he's not home with his kids. You

know, he's he's not like I think he he,

you know, kind of carries around XAI to

sort of at least have some feeling of

belonging and being a father. But I

think Elon, you know, from his childhood

has kind of always been an outcast and

is looking for that feeling of belonging

to some form of community and like the

Doge hit, like Doge having a smaller

impact than he had hoped. Uh, and now

kind of getting ostracized from the

White House, I think it hits hard. So I

think Trump is actually right when he

says, "I think Elon feels very bad." I

totally agree with that. Some people say

math, I don't know about that. Uh but uh

so basically the same drugs Diddy

accused of using you know I haven't paid

much attention to the uh uh uh to the

Diddy thing. Somebody says I never saw

Elon use ketamine. Just an internet

rumor. Well no that's false. Elon has

actually himself said that he's used

ketamine. Now his argument and he's

obviously going to downplay this but he

says he might use ketamine you know once

or twice every two or three weeks.

That's his line. Other people say that

his ketamine dose has kind of gotten out

of hand lately. And while maybe that was

true in the past, he's ramped up his

ketamine use, which of course he has

denied. So, but he himself has agreed

that he does use ketamine. That's that's

very clear. Uh so, let's be clear about

that. But hey, you know, they didn't

find baggies of cocaine in the White

House this time, so you know, maybe it's

just not that bad. Sorry. You always got

to bring up Hunter Biden, right? Wait,

who says it was Hunters? Hey, quick
