that most people make is they think they
have to control or eliminate those
thoughts you can't control the thoughts
that pop into your mind right the good

thought diffusion and it teaches you how
to Simply get some distance from those
thoughts and feelings and when you step
back you get to see those thoughts for
what they are which is just one possible
perspective that means that instead of
being controlled and driven by any one
of those thoughts you get to choose how
you respond
