2 How To Raise Your Frequency

Welcome to the energetics of marketing.
So today we're going to talk about how
you can raise your frequency and become
a magnet for your ideal clients. We're
going to go through what I call the
magnetic messaging method. You'll also
be able to learn how to test if your
energy is congruent with your offer in
the following module, which is a video
module and instruction where I'll teach
you about muscle testing and
kinesiology. And that's going to really
come in handy when we go through
congruence today. So to get started on
this, I'm going to go through a couple
of key dot points about magnetism and
I'm going to really talk about the
science of magnetism and how you can
really be and embody um you know the the
magnet, how you can activate this
magnetic effect and it really is a
science and I'm going to take you
through the science today. So just a
quick recap first, always follow your
strategy and your authority in your
human design, right? So there is a human
design module in the course and you will
also have a copy of the marketing with
your unique blueprint ebook. I want to
make sure that you are writing based on
your marketing archetype that you are
living based on your marketing
archetype. So if you are a generator,
make sure that you are responding.
Remember you have to activate your
sacral. You have to turn it on. If you
are a manifesttor, make sure you're
initiating and informing. If you're a
projector, wait for the invitation. But
really, you know, how do you activate
those invitations? So how do you get
them to come to you? You demonstrate
your level of expertise, your
experience, and you showcase your wisdom
as a reflector. You really tap into
those intuitive powers and that wisdom
that is really all-encompassing.
The second do point is for you to
practice intuitive writing. So you would
have started this course with the
intuition module. Make sure that you are
writing from your intuition. Make sure
that you are listening to it and really
practicing and building and cultivating
the relationship with intuition. How
frequently is it asking you to write?
How frequently is it giving you
instructions? The more you can follow
those instructions, the more effective
you and your writing and your marketing
will be. Lastly, just making sure that
you've set an intention as we did in our
orientation. making sure that you felt
that intention and regulated that
through your body and making sure that
that intention is part of your
consciousness and part of you know your
vibration and that it's it really
becomes a part of you and that you
believe it. It's not just a piece of
homework but it's something you got to
visualize. It's something you have to
really feel. It's something that you
have to really decide. Have you made the
decision that your intention is going to
manifest that you are going to create
it? You know really making sure that you
have regulated that.
All right. Now, diving in. So, first
we're going to talk about your energetic
state and really being aware of the
state that you're in when you're
marketing because your energy is what
speaks first. You know, as much as
you're going to learn about tone of
voice, about storytelling techniques, as
much as you're going to learn about all
of the technical stuff, it's really
important that you master your energy
because this is what is doing 90% of the
heavy lifting. And this is why this
course is so special because you will
learn about the energetics in here and
you'll also learn about the technical
aspect and when you have both you will
fly. So rule number one on the
energetics of marketing is be clear on
your energetic state. Never ever write
content and push out a launch or an
offer if you're tired, stressed or
anxious. If you
are in this state of like obligation,
like I have to do this, remember that
you're operating from a place of lack,
you're operating from a a feeling and an
energy of like I don't want to do this.
This is a chore. And that is the energy
that you're going to be putting out.
Like it's it's going to be in your
words. It's going to be in your copy.
It's going to be in your live streams
and your webinars. And everyone who's
watching you, everyone who's reading
what you're writing is going to be
picking up on that energy of I don't
really want to do this. I'm tired. I'm
stressed. I'm anxious. If you're not
excited, if you're not like genuinely
really wanting to be there, your
audience are going to feel that and they
are not going to want to be a part of
that because they can feel all of the
repelling energy, right? So, make sure
that if you are in this state because
here's the thing, it's really important
that you understand that I'm not saying
don't feel that way because we're human
beings and of course we're going to feel
that way. But the the key differentiator
here is that when you do feel tired,
when you do feel stressed, when you are
like, "Fuck this shit." That's a sign
like that's a feedback mechanism from
your body that you need to put your
laptop away, that you need to take a
break, that you need to come back to
things when you feel better, you know,
like literally don't force yourself.
Don't push yourself. Remember that the
strategy of the undefined sacral is
knowing when enough is enough. Now, if
you have a defined sacral, you will you
will never probably know when enough is
enough. And that's why you have our our
non-energetic friends um our non-sacral
beings to help guide you to know when
enough is enough. So, take a nap, you
know, have a massage, like go and just
take the day off. Like, make sure you
have your time for rest. Make sure you
have your time for for your self-care
and your self-love. And make sure you're
meditating. Make sure you're doing
whatever activity it is that puts your
overall state of being in in a state
where you are clear. You know, where
your mind is clear, your emotions are
clear, your energy is clear. Rest. Come
back to your projects. Come back to your
business after you've rested and you are
really really like a clear empty pallet,
you know, and you're not just coming
from this place of like, oh, I have to
do this because I think I have to. Ask
yourself like why am I really doing
this? Like why am I excited to do this?
You know, like why do I want to do this?
and really tap into the energy of the
what's motivating you here. What is
motivating you? Make sure that your
motivations are clean. Make sure that
you're not just chasing significance and
and validation of your ego. Ask yourself
like, why am I really doing this? Why am
I enthusiastic about this? Speak to your
current and your former clients. This is
a really great tip. And get their
feedback. And that's going to be fuel
for you because you know a a really big
reason why we do what we do is because
we love seeing the reaction on people's
faces. We love seeing the
transformations. That's why we're in
this field, right? So that is our fuel.
That's like petrol. That's like petrol
for you. If you are feeling low on
energy, have some conversations with
former clients and ask them for some
feedback. Like ask them like, "Hey,
look, what have you loved?" and you know
um I'm actually just would love some
feedback and I would love some um you
know some positive feedback. I'm trying
to fill my gratitude cup and let their
feedback be your fuel. I promise you
it's it's really really effective
especially on the days when you're tired
and you don't know if you want to keep
going. We all have those days. Okay.
Rule number two, don't market to sell.
Uh, this is one of my favorite rules and
it's something that's really changed the
game for a lot of people who've gone
through this course and this program and
it's something that I it really blew my
mind when I was really thinking about it
the first time ever in 2019. And really,
it's like people people hate being sold
to. People hate it. Not all the time.
Uh, people love it when I sell to them.
Um, and people will love it when you
sell to them. But it's really reframing
and understanding like what sales is.
It's really reframing and understanding
like the process, right? Like if you
have the intention of just like seeing
someone as a walking dollar sign and
you're like you you will do anything for
the sale
and you're marketing with the frame of
like I want money. Remember like this is
like basically um it's a give and take
energy. Okay. So if your intention is
give me money, then the energy that
you're basically emanating and putting
out into the world is a taking energy.
And whenever we have a taking energy,
the people who are picking that up are
going to be like, whoa, like I don't
want to give you anything. And so they
naturally put their guards up. Whereas
when you have a giving energy, people
are like, oh wow, thank you so much.
Like that's so lovely of you to give me
this and let me give something back to
you. And that's that's the law of
reciprocity. Reciprocity is one of the
key triggers in psychological influence
and in the marketing and in sales
process. It has to be genuine, right?
But it's really important that you
understand that when you market for the
purpose of selling, meaning taking and
not giving and again where we're
refraraming using this this language of
give and take. If you are holding a
frame of like you know give me your
money, give me your money, give me your
money, people are going to shut down. If
you hold a frame of like, I have the
most incredible secret that I've just
discovered and I would love to give it
to you. People are going to be like,
whoa, I'm so grateful. Thank you so
much. I can't believe that you would
give me your secrets. Thank you. So
remember, like you don't ever have to go
to people because you have the answers.
Like you have the discovery. Like you
have the secret. You have the missing
link. They can come to you because you
have the magic. You are the magic. You
have the answers to their desires.
All right? You know how they can get
what they want.
And as long as you hold that frame of
I'm going to give you this valuable
thing,
people will always come to you because
you're not asking, you're not taking,
you're giving. Remember that. Rule
number three, get excited and enthused.
Now, if you are someone who has, you
know, uh, an introverted personality and
someone who maybe doesn't express a lot
of emotion,
it's important to differentiate what I
mean when I say get excited and enthused
because I'm I'm not saying like go and
yell and, you know, be like like Russell
Brunson, but you really have to have an
energy of like being you have to
genuinely believe in what you're doing.
And you can do that silently. You can do
that as an introvert. You can do that as
someone who doesn't have to be loud and
doesn't have to make a lot of noise.
Because remember, we're talking about
energy here. We're talking about an
excited energy. We're talking about an
enthusiastic energy. That doesn't have
to be loud. It doesn't have to be the
person who is the center of attention
from across the room. It's about you
internally
believing in what you're doing and what
you're offering. Right? So remember, 95%
of all buying decisions are based on
emotions and then justified with logic.
So if you're able to create a feeling
which again is occurring on an
unconscious level and people are feeling
that people are picking up that
vibration of this person believes this
person is certain this person is
confident this person is excited about
delivering this experience to me this
person is excited about like you know
facilitating this experience. People are
going to respond to that. So be
enthusiastic about your work. you know,
really give a damn about your work. Um,
so it's a really incredible story. Like
Russell Brunson is obviously one of the
best marketers in the world and I love
to joke about him a lot and I love to
say that, you know, I'm very different
to him, but at the end of the day, like
this is this is a it is a rule. Uh, this
this energy rule, this being
enthusiastic about what you do. And
Russell Brunson is a master of pitching.
He's a master of delivering webinars and
selling from stage. As anyone who sells
from stage will tell you, the most
important thing that you can learn how
to do when you're pitching is know how
to get people excited, right? And you
don't have to be an extrovert for that.
You don't have to be loud. You can do
that in a very calm and composed way.
But a lot of that comes from what we're
going to go into in this module, which
is just confidence and certainty. That's
what it all comes down to. But it is
about you holding that point. It is
about you really deciding,
hey, everyone is going to have an
amazing experience and they're they're
going to feel amazing about buying this
and I'm feeling amazing about delivering
it and I'm feeling amazing about
pitching it. Because if you have
resistance to selling, if you have
resistance to pitching, if you have
resistance to going on a live stream,
they're going to feel that. They're
going to feel your hesitance. They're
going to feel your reluctance. So, you
know, so much of the work that you're
going to be doing in this course, in
this program, and on our live calls, um,
you know, through the coaching aspect is
going to be working through those inner
barriers and reframing your perceptions
around selling and marketing. Because
once you see marketing as as you giving
insights as you delivering an amazing
experience and you're not seeing it as
something gross and we can get you to a
point where you're feeling authentic
about the way that you're showing up,
that's when the energetics of your
marketing will change and that's when
the people who are receiving your
marketing are going to be like, "Wow, I
love tuning into this person's stuff."
Because all of a sudden, you don't feel
gross about it. And so they don't feel
gross about it.
So now I say this again and again and
again. The energy that sells is
confidence and certainty. So now we're
going to go into energetic mastery.
After you've set your intention. So for
example, let's say you want to do a 90
9K launch. Let's say you want two paid
consults this week. Your intuition is
going to give you the instructions. So
you will get inspired action steps. So
you'll be guided either to write, to
speak, to do something. You know, I've
got a million and one crazy intuition
stories and I love it when people post
them and share them in the Facebook
group. to make sure you are sharing your
crazy intuition stories in the group.
When you're guided to write, you know,
when you're guided by your intuition,
check in with yourself. What state are
you in? What voices come up?
Is there resistance? Are there beliefs?
If there are, write all of those
internal thoughts and self-doubt down
because all of that doubt, all of those
beliefs, all of those voices are the
voices of your internal like, you know,
your internal self- sabotur, right?
whatever you want to call it, you know,
like there's no right way. It's, you
know, I don't really mind how you want
to frame this. Let's let's call it your
shadow. Let's call it your sabotur.
Um, and and that's the energy of
illusion that keeps you in a dense and
repellent state. So our one job in this
in this part in in module 2 in in
energetic mastery is transmuting this
dense energy is is transmuting and
cutting through the [ __ ] and the
illusion and actually coming to the
truth because the truth has a frequency.
And that's what I'm going to share with
you in this module. It's really going to
blow your mind. The truth is what
changes your frequency. The truth is
what changes your overall vibrational
state. And when you are writing and when
you are speaking in a state of truth,
what comes through you
is is like content that you will never
consciously be able to comprehend where
it came from or how you know it. Like
what will come through you will be
Shakespearean mastery and magic will
happen. You will not know how you became
such a good writer. And the only way
that I can truly authentically teach you
how to become a great writer is to teach
you how to connect to your intuition and
master your energetic state and cut
through the [ __ ] and get to a state
of truth. Because your soul is going to
deliver better copy to you than any
other copywriter in the world. Your soul
is going to deliver better content to
you
than than anybody else. And so, you
know, my key job here is to connect you
with your soul and to connect you to the
highest possible state of being that you
can access in your own consciousness.
And the way that we do that is by
cutting through the [ __ ] and
transmuting the density. This is
energetic mastery.
This brings us to congruence and
understanding congruence and pricing.
So, in the next module, I'm going to
teach you how to check your congruence
through muscle testing. And you can you
can, you know, really come up with a lot
of creative questions um around pricing
or around your own belief level in your
in your offer and in your pricing. For
example, like do I believe in this 10
out of 10? And you can really see how
congruent you are because remember, you
know, if you're not congruent, you're
not going to be creating the results
that you want because that internal
inongruence
is going to create disarray. We we want
your unconscious and your conscious to
be totally congruent. We want we want
all parts of you to be on board with the
same mission.
Now, if you're not receiving
instructions, and this is probably the
most frequently asked question, like,
"Hey, Phoebe, um, so I asked my
intuition to give me some instructions
and it didn't give me anything. I can't
hear anything. What do I do?" If you
can't hear your intuition, if it's not
delivering you any instructions,
transmute the density. What that means
that there is that there is a thick
layer of illusion between you and your
soul and it means that there are beliefs
and there is illusion between you and
the truth.
So you have to check in with yourself
again and you have to go through this
process that I'm going to take you
through now where you are 100% sure that
you're feeling confident, certain and
congruent and you just wait. You just
wait for the inspired action to come
through because it will come through.
But if you don't receive instructions,
it means that you are there's there's
too much illusion around your soul and
so you're not able to hear the messages
of the soul. So I'm going to take you
through the science of this. Now I'm
going to take you through um the science
and and this is really honestly when I
figured this out and I figured this out
because I um I studied, you know, I
stuck to I studied Dr. John D. Martini.
studied uh Jody Spenza's work and I've
done some hacker here and stuff and I
really put it all together and I
realized you know with the basic level
of quantum physics that this is really
how this was working and I kind of put
this together and was like holy crap
like this is this is the game changer so
this module is probably the most
important module in the entire program
um second to the intuition module uh but
this will obviously help you access your
intuition and really help you build an
insane relationship with it where you're
basically becoming psychic So, we're
going to get into this right now. Here
we go.
Okay. Now, this is a graph or a, you
know, it's a it's a visual depiction of
of basically how your mind and body
relate to your soul and your intuition.
And this is the science of magnetism and
attraction. So, this is how we access
the quantum and really bypass all of the
the density. This house works on a on a
scientific level. Now the body and the
mind are dense mass. We're talking about
dense particles in spaceime, right? So
it's it's physical, right? So we're
talking about like atoms. We're talking
about, you know, not just the body and
the mind, but we're talking about, you
know, water bottles and TVs and coffee
tables and anything that is like 3D has
it's it's dense. It has mass and it's
finite, right? So anything that is dense
and physical and has mass is repellent.
Okay? It's not attractive. It repels
other things. So it's heavy. So you know
when you talk about like energetics, you
sort of talk about how like people feel
heavy or like emotions feel heavy. Oh,
it just feels heavy. That's whenever
we're in density
and whenever we are in a survival or a
scarcity. It's what brings us down to
our animal primal nature. Right? So you
can see here that we're we're really
moving. So this is kind of like the
movement or the vibration
of particles in spaceime. So in the body
particles move slower, right? So this is
really we're talking about how quickly
your mind as a processor is processing
information. So mass everything is
consciousness. Everything is moving.
Everything is vibrating. Everything has
a frequency, right? But the frequency
and the vibration of dense matter is
extremely slow. It's there. It's moving,
but at, you know, light years, like just
really, really slow. Not light years,
the opposite of light years, really
slow. Whereas when you get to higher
realms, so when we talk about the soul
and we talk about intuition, what we're
actually doing is moving up the ladder
and we're talking about increasing the
speed at which you are perceiving
reality or actuality. Okay? So this is
the mental processor of your mind. And
the faster you are processing
good and bad, white and black, light and
dark, and polar opposites, the faster
your mind can process polar opposites
and come into a point of equilibrium,
the faster you process the truth because
you're seeing both sides, right? So, if
we understand like a a perception and we
go, "Oh, like let's say use let's use an
example like um let's say a woman and a
man are having an argument and let's say
the woman says to the man, you're a
[ __ ] cunt." Um and you know, she's
seeing all of his bad sides, all of the
negatives and in that moment they're
having an argument and then two weeks
later um let's say she's like, "Oh, I
love you. I love you so much, baby. I
love you and I'm sorry and I forgive you
and D." So, that's when we're sort of
down here. It takes two weeks for her to
see both sides, right? So that's a slow
process. And you can get even slower
people. It might take them two years to
see both sides. You know what I'm
saying? So if we look at a chair, you
know, we look at something that's an
inanimate object, it's going to take a
really long time for it to move. Um, and
obviously as humans, we can have
different levels of consciousness. So
we're processing things at different
speeds. Now, as we when we talk about
ascension, when we talk about, you know,
really developing our consciousness,
what we're actually talking about is
transcending beyond duality and
transcending beyond polarity. So, what
we're talking about here is seeing the
truth beyond good and evil, as Nichi
says. So, as we see the truth, what
we're actually doing is seeing all of
actuality without just seeing one side
and oscillating between the polar
opposites. When we can see both sides
very quickly, we are accessing higher
realms of wisdom, timelessness,
infinity, and lightness. So really, when
we're seeing both sides, we're seeing
the whole picture, and that whole
picture is the truth. We cannot have the
truth when we're only seeing one side.
So if we're ever blaming someone, if
we're in a victim pattern, for example,
it's very unattractive. Why is it
unattractive? Well, it's unattractive
because we're not seeing the truth.
We're seeing illusion and so our whole
consciousness is vibrating on that dense
scale of illusion which is unattractive
and repellent. So if you want to be
magnetic,
if you want to change your frequency and
your vibration, if you want to attract
people towards you, you need to see the
truth and speak the truth. And your
intuition cuts straight to the truth.
Your soul knows the truth because your
soul lives beyond spaceime. Your soul
lives beyond density, beyond mass. Your
soul doesn't have mass.
Your soul is is made up of of photons
and particles of light.
So the more you access your intuition,
the more you let it guide you and
instruct you, the more you are actually
transcending the limitations of your
physical body. There's a really really
incredible inspiring quote about the
limitlessness of the soul, not the
limitations of the body. This is what
we're doing here and this is how this
works on a quantum level on a on a
fundamental you know particle level.
Okay.
Now
what this looks like in terms of being
able to measure this ourselves is we can
actually measure our own brain waves.
And so, and this is where I've kind of
like run some experiments and some tests
is if you measure your brain waves and
if you measure your states of
consciousness, you will see that when
you access
layers and states of truth, you are
actually when you when you are having
breakthroughs and when you are really
having let's say the breakthrough
experience, you know, when you are
really seeing these epiphies and these
insights beyond space and time, time
beyond good and bad beyond polarity and
duality your brain waves will actually
change to gamma brain wave states okay
so you know how I said here the speed at
which your mind is processing becomes
faster when you access the truth
that's what happens in a gamma brain
wave state you can see here at the top
that the brain waves are moving
incredibly fast that's your mental
processing speed so if we look at this
graph for example you see how as we get
to the top and we access the realm of
the soul and intuition that the
processing speed gets faster and faster
and down at the bottom as we have more
mass it's slower and slower and I'm
talking about the difference between
seeing the truth in in two years versus
two weeks versus at at the top when
we're actually in a gamma brain wave
state where we can see the truth
spontaneously instantaneously okay that
insight that expanded state of
consciousness those gamma brainwave
states are evidence of your
consciousness
being in a particular frequency where it
is attractive and a magnet to the things
around it. This this is this is proof.
This is proof that you can actually
scientifically attract things towards
you. You want to talk about the law of
attraction? This is the law of
attraction. You can measure it in your
brain wave states, guys. So, when you're
asleep, when you're asleep, you're in
delta. Well, you're in you're in theta
and you're in delta, right? You're in
you're depending on whether you're
dreaming or whether you're in deep
sleep, you're somewhere between theta
and delta brain waves, right? When
you're relaxed, when you're meditating,
usually you're in alpha. Depending on
what type of meditation you're doing,
sometimes you can access different brain
wave states in in meditation. Throughout
most of the day, you're going to be in
beta. Throughout most of the day, you're
going to be concentrated. You're going
to be learning, right?
throughout the day normally we don't
access gamma brain wave states. It's
it's a bit of a myth you know like
people are kind of like oh gamma like we
don't really access gamma like gamma is
like the you know infrared ultra ray of
of consciousness and and kind of we
don't access that but we we actually do
the brain emits gamma brain wave states
when we transcend our perceptions of
polarity.
So the the easiest way that I can
explain this is by saying we are
transcending our perceptions of good
versus evil, of right versus wrong, of
morality and cutting straight to the
[ __ ] truth. It's it's beyond the
limitations of the physical realm.
That's when we access gamma brain wave
states and that's when we are attracting
and pulling things in towards us. So
remember the shorter the the wavelength,
the higher the frequency of the
electromagnetic wave. Okay? So up the
top you can see that these wavelengths
are really short.
Okay. So with the shorter the
wavelength, the higher the frequency.
Remember the higher your frequency, the
greater your attraction and the greater
your magnetic pull is. Okay. So the
greater the energy of the wave or the
photon. So the faster your mind is
processing the truth, the more
attractive you become, the higher your
frequency is
and the more magnetic you become. Okay?
So time and space cannot exist without
mass and mass cannot exist without
spacetime. So I'm going to show you
something else here. So this is the
truth and frequency of perception. So
you can see here that so on the bottom,
you know, we're moving really slowly.
The brain is processing really slowly
versus at the top when the brain's
processing really quickly, right? So,
you know, eventually hopefully most of
us kind of realize the truth and you
know, sometimes it takes 10 years for
people to realize the truth of their
marriage, but you can see it
instantaneously the more you practice
looking for it and realizing that it's
there. And that process is what makes
you attractive.
So, I hope I I trust that this makes
sense. I know it's it is it is a very
mind-boggling process. I don't want to
get too caught up in the science of it
because I want you to just sort of
understand that what I'm saying isn't
you know it is it is scientific like I
have done the research behind this. I
want you to trust that there is a way
for you to get to this point where you
are changing your frequency and whatever
comes out of your mouth you know
whatever comes out of your writing uh
when you're in this frequency is is
really going to hit people in a very
different way. So, you know, it's you
don't need to get too caught up in the
science. You're more than welcome to
research it if you'd like. Um, but I
really want to focus on the exercises to
help you get there. So, I'm going to
give you two exercises. First one is for
you to write down all of your doubts and
thoughts and feelings, right? And
recognize that all of your doubts and
thoughts and feelings are illusion. Most
of them probably, you know, if they're
doubts, then yeah, they're illusion. I
want you to feel them all and allow
yourself to really kind of, you know,
sematically connect to them. If you want
to cry, cry. If you want to dance,
dance. Do what feels good. Let the body
do what it needs to and regulate your
nervous system. You know, accept the
feelings. Don't judge them. Don't reject
them. Allow them. You know, practice the
full permissions like we talked about in
the orientation.
When you're complete with the feeling
aspect, you know, when you've really
connected to the emotion of the doubts
and the thoughts and the feelings, go
back to your list of doubts and and
really go through them and acknowledge
that this is all illusion. And so, for
every piece of illusion, write down the
actual truth. And then we're going to go
into creating affirmations. So for
example, like I might say, "Oh, I don't
know if people will buy my thing because
the world I don't, you know, people
don't need it. People don't need what I
have to buy." Is that true? It's a
doubt. It's a doubt that people don't
need what I'm selling. Right? So sit
there, look at it, look at that
sentence. People don't need what I have
to offer. Well, is that true? Does
someone out there need it? Someone does.
So rather than focusing on people don't
need it, why don't you get to the truth
of the matter, which is that somebody
somewhere does need it. And I trust that
the person who needs it will find it
because people will pay the price
if they value the work. And the people
who value my work and value, you know,
what I do will find me because they
value it. And there is always somebody
out there who will value the skills and
the experience that I have. And that is
the truth. There is somebody out there.
So don't be all broad and vague and be
like, "Oh, people don't need it."
Somebody does. And that's what I mean by
get to the truth. You know what I mean?
Like be real specific and get to the
truth. And you'll know because you'll
feel it. The truth has a feeling. and it
resonates in your body and the more you
feel what the truth feels like the more
you'll be like ah got it and your
intuition and all of that will really
you'll be able to really cultivate a
very very intimate relationship with
your intuition. Here are some great
affirmations, you know, I am worthy of
receiving simply because I am. I
determine the value of my work. The
market doesn't determine the value of
your work. You know, so here's a good
one. Uh, you know, the belief or the
doubt that, oh, well, people won't pay
what I want. Well, do they determine the
value of your work or do you determine
the value of your work? You do. I
determine the value of my work. I
determine the price because it's it's
the truth. The truth is that my
perception of of the value of my work is
what is reflected in other people's
perception. That's the [ __ ] truth.
They will believe what you say because
they are influenced by your belief. So
really the truth is that they don't
determine the value. You do. And this is
what I mean. You can hear the the
certainty in my voice. Yes. So really
it's about coming to the truth in all of
your beliefs and practicing this.
Practice practice practice until you get
to the truth. And the more you practice
this, the more you will change and raise
your frequency. The more certain you
will become. People won't be able to
argue with you. You should try and see
people have a go at arguing with me if
they can't. They can't because I'm so
[ __ ] certain. It's it's fun to get to
this level of certainty because people
don't ever argue with you. Um, when they
try, it's very entertaining.
But you can do this through practicing,
you know, finding the truth because you,
as long as you always confident in your
ability to get to the truth, you will
always always, you know, feel certain.
You'll always feel confident. And that's
that's what we're going for here. We're
going for that feeling because that's
the energy that we're attaining. That's
the energy that makes the difference.
Now, people will listen to me because
I'm worthy of being heard. You know what
about this classic one? Oh, people no
one's going to listen to me. Is that
true? Is that Is that really true? No
one's going to listen to you. [ __ ]
[ __ ] No one's going to listen to
you. Of course, people are going to
listen to you. Why? Because you're
worthy of being heard because you have
important [ __ ] to say. And someone's
going to value what you have to say. And
are they going to listen to it? [ __ ]
yeah, they will. Because they value it.
Somebody out there values what you do.
And that's the truth.
You determine what you get. You create
your experience. These are the
affirmations that will continue to
reinforce your level of power,
your self empowerment.
Okay? This is going to raise your level
of influence. Now, your second exercise,
and I want you to just also note that
like the more you do this, like this is
like a daily thing. Like I'm not talking
like do it once. I'm talking like if you
do this every [ __ ] day, watch your
life change. So, for context, I did this
every day for like 2 months. And boy oh
boy, did my life change. I did this
probably every day from about March, the
beginning of March 2019 through to the
end of April. And then I kind of like
did it as needed. But I did it pretty
much every day for about 60 days. And in
that time frame, that was also when I
was going through the intuition
experiment. And I pretty much became
psychic. Like the level of of you know
instruction and you know that I was
getting from my intuition was so
specific and you know it's it's just
given me the most specific things. But
it's because I've cut through all the
[ __ ] to be able to get to the truth
and I've practiced it very religiously.
Just keep practicing it. Keep practicing
it. Keep asking yourself what's the
truth? Is this true? You know it's a bit
of a Byron Katy exercise as well. This
isn't, you know, I don't I don't really
think that there's one person in
particular that's invented this. I think
it's just a lot of people practice it
and they have different approaches for
it. I think that D Martini kind of does
it in his own way. Um, you know, I know
some other people like uh probably
Carolyn Mace has done it in her own way
through archetypes and uh, you know,
she's had a lot of students who've, you
know, kind of taken on her work and
reought it and made it their own. And I
think Byron K does it in her own way.
But lots of people teach this. You know,
this doesn't belong to me. um it doesn't
belong to anyone. It's it's a great
exercise. Now, the second part of this,
this is again to help you raise your
level of confidence and certainty and
your belief in yourself and in your
offer. All right? So, I want you to
write this down. I believe that people
should pay X dollars for my offer
because because again, remember, we're
talking about congruency and we're
talking about your belief in the value
of your offer. So, I want you to really
go into this in detail. I want you to
list 20 reasons why people should pay
what your offer is, you know, what you
charge because and I want you to get to
the point where you're like, it's it
would they would be crazy not to. All
right? Like absolutely insane if they
didn't because this is a brilliant
offer. You know, if you have any doubt
about people paying for your offer,
guess what? They're going to have doubt.
Okay? So, 20 reasons why. If you can
keep going, keep [ __ ] going. Don't
stop until you feel your internal state,
your energetic state change. And when
you get to the point where you are so
confident about the value of your offer
that if I questioned you, you would slap
me in the face. That's how that's how
certain I want you to be in the value of
your offer that you would be like,
Phoebe, if you question the value of my
offer, you're a [ __ ] idiot. That's
that's how certain I want you to be.
Okay? Like, keep going until you're
there. like keep going until you're
personally offended that that someone
would question the value. But I want you
to really, you know, I don't want you to
just make up [ __ ] I want you to
really list real reasons, real actual
reasons, you know, list list reasons.
And if you really struggling to list
reasons, I want to know why you're
struggling to list reasons because I
think that that highlights what the real
problem would be. You know, and it's not
that you have imposter syndrome, it's
maybe that there's you need to work on
the offer. You know what I'm saying? So
this is really going to be a very
valuable exercise for you to increase
your level of certainty, increase your
level of, you know, frequency at which
you're vibrating and for you to get
super clear on where there are gaps for
you in your offer. And when you get to
that level of confidence and certainty,
go and write a post. I guarantee you the
frequency that that post is resonating
at will be off the charts. So that's the
end of module two. That is the end of
the energetics of marketing. Um, in the
next little video I will teach you how
to muscle test and check your own level
of congrency so that you know after you
can test where you're sitting before
this exercise out of 10 and then you can
muscle test where you're sitting after
this exercise out of 10 and you can play
around with that. I think that'll be
really fun for you to notice like you
know the difference in your energy
before and after this exercise or before
and after you know this exercise. you
can actually test it. And if you have a
um if you have a a brain wave monitor or
if you have some kind of monitor that
will uh test your you know your brain
waves or your heart coherence um it'd be
very interesting for you to test your
brain wave states and and look at you
know if you're having a breakthrough
experience for example if you get into
that state of truth if you can actually
look at your own brain waves and and
look and see you know what do they look
like in comparison to kind of when I'm
frustrated you know like it depends on
how deep into this you want to go some
people love neuroscience and so they're
like really into it. Um, but that's
that's not most people. That's like a a
small minority. But hey, if you're in
that minority and you're a bit of a nerd
like me, then um I invite you to
experiment with that. It's really fun.
It's very interesting. I find it
interesting. So, um, thank you for
