in Israel who is saving youth.

Our rabbis tell us

Israel, if you save one life, you've

saved an entire world. Thousands of

worlds have been saved by this hero.

Welcome Assaf Weiss, founder and CEO of

Magalim.

Good evening everyone and thank you all

for being here tonight. I'm Asaf Weiss,

founder of and CEO of Magalim mentorship

program for at risk youth in Israel. And

as Sha said, I first I want to share

very personal 16 months ago, June 15, I

lost my brother while on a mission in

Gaza. My brother alone was 49 years old.

Father of seven kids,

continued to do reserve duty even when

he didn't have to. He sacrificed his

life for other and for the country. I

want to bring his memory together with

all the soldiers we lost in order to

save our country and help bring and

today we can say all the hostages back.

We pray every day that God will protect

our soldiers and save them from harm.

bring them all home safely

and we will say amen.

Everyone in this room remembers exactly

where they were on October 7.

We all remember that heavy painful

feeling that went deep into our heart.

But today after two years and three and

a half month we can finally feel the

change. We can see the light coming out

of darkness to light is Magalim. We work

with teenagers that coming from darkness

from underprivileged

families and neighborhood. The mission

of Magalim program is that inside in

their heart they have hope they can

succeeded in life. Magalim mentorship

program for at risk youth in Israel

bring each teacher teenagers mentor that

brings them hope and first time

unfortunately that brings them love

and help them to realize that the events

that they come from darkness they can

share their future they can gain success

magalim is a mentorship program

supporting 6,000 teenager all of Israel

50,000 graduate

a unique program that brings them hope

and brings them to enlist and to do

meaningful service in the army. Here

we have graduate from Agalim program.

She serves in elite unit in the army.
