number five look out for those
catastrophizing thoughts if you don't
notice them you can't do anything about
them number four when you spot a
catastrophizing thought label it this is
crucial because you're recognizing that
it's a biased thought not a factual
statement about what will happen
and number three don't try not to think
about it if you do that you're already
thinking about it instead allow it to be
there as one possible perspective number
two shift your focus anxious thoughts
are ideas about the future so ground
yourself in the present moment by
focusing on something in the here and
now like an object or your breath and
number one start to consider alternative
perspectives you know the worst that
