What's up? What's up?
>> How you doing, man? I miss a couple of
faces here,
Adam.
My brother
on
>> I saw your name.
>> I saw your name today and I missed you,
man. I'm like, [ __ ] this guy.
>> Yeah, I knew I was surprised you,
>> bro. You got to you got to come work
with me, man. Seriously.
>> Yeah. Why they got me here, mate?
Seriously, bro. We're growing. We're
growing, man. We're growing. Um, thank
God. Good to see you, man. Guys, this is
Mini Me. We used to work together and he
was known as Mini M. Like Bum Tums, but
yeah, we did really well.
>> Awesome. Who we got? Uh, Grace, Nar,
one of my favorites. Good to see you,
Nick. Nick, you're legend.
You legend, man.
Hey, man. Man. All right. Who we got
here, man. All right. Steve. Steve. Good
to see you, buddy. Awesome. Renee, is
that Renee? Renee. It is, isn't it?
That's your You guys look similar.
That's funny.
Similar hairstyle. Hey, Deborah. Good to
see you, Deborah. We got Rob, Kimberly,
Janine, Barry, the man.
Barry, Barry, Barry. We got Helen P. I
know Helen P. Debbie. Hi, Debbie.
>> Oh, we've got Deborah and Debbie. We got
a We got a couple of Debs here. Um, hey,
good to see your face. Awesome. You guys
ready? We're going to do we're going to
have an amazing day today. It's going to
be value packed.
It really is going to be value packed.
So,
>> let's get some, you know, little bit of
that energy going with them with the
music in the background and wait for a
couple of people as they come on.
All right,
there we go. All right,
I got Wayne jumping on here. You're a
co-host race, correct? You're all good
with co-hosting.
You guys okay if I drink a little bit of
vodka while we go?
It's mixed with coffee, so it's okay.
Just kidding.
All right. Hey, Wayne. Good to see you,
buddy.
Always good to see you, my friend. All
right, cool. So,
ah, Barry. Barry, you got a couple of
moves for us.
All right, guys. I'm so pumped to be
here and uh look, we we decided to start
off the year with the uh master. We got
a couple of events in our series. We
have a very valuable events from high
ticket sales events to personal branding
ones. Uh there's a there's a couple but
the AI one I mean who agrees AI is kind
of hot right now. So I kind of knew you
know people would you know maybe want to
get involved in some I AI tactics but
I'm doing this a little bit different
because you know the today we're not
going to be talking about specific
softwares or specific apps. It's it's
just we're we're talking more about the
architecture and the engineering behind
how to run a whole business empire with
AI and multiply your speed. Okay. So, I
I'd rather do that because the
philosophy and the mindset that you will
get, you'll be able to apply it in any
software, any app. So, it doesn't matter
about the AR or app. It's how do we
actually value stack this so it becomes
like a fullblown company with employees
that just don't sleep and they're very
intelligently structured. So if you are
ready say I am ready as Tony Robbins
says but I'm not in the room so I can't
hear any of you but you can say it in
your head you can put your hand up dance
do whatever you got to do. All right
cool Helina good to see you at the
second chapter coach. All right Steve
you're ready. All right. Yeah. Why not?
Why not? Drop it in the chat if you are
ready. Let's go. All right. So, as I
said, it's going to be One second. Let
me get my clicker. I put it on charge
before. So, it's going to be value
packed. And please let me know by the
end of this if it's not valuepacked, and
I will do whatever I can to make it a
little bit better, but I believe you're
going to tell me that it is very value
packed. So, I would say maybe don't
overdo it with the notes because I'm
going to give you you can take some some
important notes, but I have to give you
as much as I can in 90 minutes. So, I
don't want you to miss certain points
cuz many things are caught, not taught.
You with me? So, if you catch something,
sure, put that down. But if it's just if
you're forcing notes, you can always go
back over your notes later. You've got
your own booklet and you can go over the
recording as well. We're going to keep
that recording for about 24 hours as
well. So,
all right, we got Marian jumping on
board, but I want you to drop in the
chat and be honest with me. Put in the
chat if you actually believe this or
think this. I'm probably only using
about 10% or probably even less of what
AI can actually do.
Drop that in the chat if you think
there's way more available.
Not about just the tech and the
software. In fact, I my recommendation I
don't know about you guys, but I'm a
simple guy when I say simple. I can be
radical on one thing, two things, sure,
but I don't like to do a 100 things
because I get scatterbrained and then I
spread myself way too thin and this app
and that app and this tech and that tech
and if I have too many things, I'll just
offload it to my team and and they can
help out. But for me personally, as the
CEO, as the owner, as p as the person
that's running the company, I like to
pick my strategy with simplicity.
Okay? But the way I'm going to be
sharing this is you can really just you
can take it to 80% 90% plus of what AI
can do. And of course there's just
always more. It's growing so fast AI
world. Even I can't keep up. You know I
I've got seven kids for the ones that
don't know. Um we just had a newborn
recently as well. Some people think I'm
a psychopath and that is totally true.
My wife is too. Uh but we're busy. So,
so for me, I've had to build the most
efficient systems around our life. So,
as as I share this with you, understand
it comes from a very busy person. Um,
but it has to make money. It has to be
strategic and make money. So, here's the
problem and the truth. Most coaches,
they use AI at about 10% capacity. And
it's like driving a Ferrari in the first
gear.
Okay? It's it's like driving a Ferrari
in the first gear. It might sound loud.
It might rev. It might be like, "That
sounds cool." but you have not taken it
around the track. You haven't used it to
its full capacity. Okay. So, today I'm
going to stretch that thinking. Well, I
hope I do so I can give you ideas of how
to think with AI.
Okay? And most are using AI to create
content, send emails. Actually, it's
funny. my my wife, it took me a while to
actually convince her that babe, you
can't actually just don't waste your
time write AI. And then when she wrote
it, she's like, "Oh my goodness, this is
actually really cool." And then my wife
is uh she's sometimes a tough cookie to
crack, but once she she gets it, she's
like she she gets it. So I'm like,
"Babe, instead of typing, why don't you
just voice record into AI and just tell
it what email you want to write and all
these things?" And so it took her months
to start voice recording. So recently I
start hearing her talking and doing all
these voice notes. I'm like, "Baby, who
are you talking to? You're talking to
this person all of a sudden so much.
It's AI. It's it's it's chat." And I
started seeing the conversations in my
chat. I'm like, "Ah, that's not me.
That's my wife." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
Got it. Um, but it's it's it's very
efficient with emails. It's very
efficient with with certain things, but
it can be used at a much higher level.
Okay. And it it could be used to build a
whole coaching and a business empire.
Not just coaching, whole business
empire. But we're we're talking to
coaches and consultants mainly here.
But this suits everybody by the way. Now
AI is 10 employees working 24/7 to build
what's in your brain.
Okay? It's rocket fuel, but only if you
have clarity first.
You have to have some sort of clarity.
Now, I'm going to show you how you can
get more clarity with AI, but sometimes
people haven't figured out what they
actually want to do and what they're
executing and what their niche is and
what their SOP. Yeah, they haven't
figured out what it is. It can help, but
if you're confused and you don't get
that clarity first, it can actually, if
anything, speed up your confusion.
So, garbage in, garbage out. Clarity in,
empire out.
So, it doesn't fix confusion. It
actually speeds it up. And I used to do
everything manually, by the way. Who was
who was doing everything man? I think
everybody was doing everything manually
just a couple of years ago. I can't
believe how ridiculously fast some
things have become. And I don't know if
people aren't using AI, but if they're
not, I just I it's it's like going to
the library and picking and going to the
person in the front, the teller,
whatever the whatever the name is, and
saying, "Where's this book?" And they
say AD and aisle 27. and you go there
and you're looking and you're dusting
off the book and you're going to the
pages and and then it it moved to
Google, right? So Google was the next
thing and and that the gap between
Google and AI is the gap between
catching a bus going to the library and
going and searching for books manually.
That's the same gap from Google, the old
school Google search to AI now. Okay.
Now I'm I'm going to show you how AI
changed everything for me. I didn't just
replace myself. I actually multiplied
myself. And this is this is actually the
real me. So, we took a picture of this a
few days ago. You can't actually see
this unless it's through a certain
camera. I'm kidding. I use this with AI,
but it looks pretty I actually use this
on my ads, by the way. It worked pretty
well. Um, I use Gemini. Gemini is really
cool with image creation. If if you
haven't dabbled with that, if you have
dabbled with that, Karima, it is good
with images.
We have this debate going on with Chad
GP and you know Gemini but just so you
know a little bit more about me because
you know maybe it's the first time
you've met me who's this bold guy and
you know where do you come from and I I
thought about I'm like do do I share a
little bit more about my background? I
am going to I always share a little bit
of my origin story but I'm going to
share a little bit more about my back
background so you can know a little bit
more about me. Okay. I like to get to
know people I work with or people I
listen to. Um, and so, so for me
personally before I'll show you those
pictures. Um, I was actually born in
USA. So for any Americans on the call
now, God bless you. By the way, drop in
the chat where you're from. I'd love to
know where you guys are from.
Whereabouts in Australia, whereabouts in
New Zealand and in Europe, in USA,
wherever you are, would love to know
where you're from. I always read every
single comment. It's actually one of my
my favorite parts.
But, you know, I was born in the US. I
come from a Middle Eastern background
and my dad is a you know smart guy
engineer PhD and he was studying his PhD
in America but then things changed. We
ended up coming coming down to Australia
from went to Jordan came to Australia he
was very influential and I saw my dad he
was a very charismatic guy that led
organizations. I remember we had an
organization he joined it was about 20
people when we attended. I used to be
the young guy with my brothers attending
and my my father became the president of
that organization and took it to two
three thousand people rocking up to big
events and bringing big speakers to come
and speak and we used to start stalls
and sell books and tapes and uh we used
to record the actual speeches and
lectures and my dad used to get me to
record um you know who remembers VCR
tapes back in the days? My dad used to
get me, we used to stack VCR tapes and I
used to record all of them at once and
get $1 for each one once they're sold.
So, I I kind of had entrepreneurship
embedded in me since a young age. Uh,
truth be told, I've actually never had a
job before. I've had one job with my
brother uh and it was demolition, but he
was a contractor with someone else. I
kind of worked under my brother. I
didn't really enjoy that, but we didn't
actually get paid. the the the boss was
an ex police officer that ended up
scamming people and uh he was a got done
for fraud and he actually didn't pay
anyone and the whole company shut down.
So, yay. 5:00 a.m. wakeups and and
cleaning brick and all this. Oh my
goodness. Anyway, so I was I'm you know
I'm not an employee type. I'm an
entrepreneurial type. And I learned that
a lot through my dad. I respected him. I
loved him so much. I still love him. But
for some time that changed because my
parents had a divorce. He went overseas
to work, got his PhD, went to Saudi
Arabia, wanted me to go there. Man, you
know, you're making friends here. You're
14 years old. You're telling me you want
to want me to go to Saudi Arabia in the
desert while you're working in Aramco.
It's a big company. I was young, you
know. I I want I want to be my with my
friends. And he's telling me, "No, good
education, American schools, and blah
blah blah." And I didn't go. My mom was
torn apart back and forth.
Unfortunately, they ended up divorcing.
And that was uh one of one of the most
uh most horrific experiences of my life
because my parents were very close. And
I just, you know, the warmth of a of a
close family. Um that that was that just
disappeared forever. And I had to watch
my mom
pretty much get dumped and um
crying herself to sleep every single
night with the type of cry that is a
weeping cry. It's like your heart's
crying. It wasn't just tears. It was so
so much so much pain that for me I just
had so much anger and I I just wanted to
take it out on the world and I actually
hated my dad. I I just hated him. I was
the youngest one so my brothers were
out. I was I was seeing this and I said,
"You know what? Screw it. That's it."
And I became a rebel. And so I ended up
um taking out my angle on the world. A
lot of times rebels that you see and
street guys, they actually have daddy
issues or some sort of issues. You know,
I had daddy issues. I really did. My dad
wasn't around and he was a leader. So I
I just rebelled. And I u what went from
small stuff into, you know, drugs and um
drug addiction from from marijuana to
speed um to ice. And I got addicted to
ice. If you know what ice is, it's one
of the most evil evil drugs in the
entire world. It is so addictive. I
mean, if you look at a documentary, I
watched a documentary not that long ago
and it just confirmed how bad it was.
I'm like, "Wow, it takes your endorphins
up to a to a level that is it's just
unrealistic."
And then once you come down, it goes
down so bad that you can you can become
a excuse my language very violent to a
you know a level that
you'll regret one day if that makes
sense. So it was bad and I to avoid that
I stayed high most of the time. 80% of
my awake time was was high and I was
around bad people and um you know it
didn't it didn't end up being being
going too well but thankfully thankfully
some things changed and you know I tried
to change so many times who's who's
tried to change multiple times and just
kind of kept going back to the maybe
it's a relationship and you get out and
you go back in it's familiar it's
familiar so I tried to change by by
trying to get away from that environment
but I kept the same friends uh and and
it's like no but I just I'm not going to
touch my stuff. I want to stay away. I
had so many charges to my name, you
know, from fights and all these things.
And I was in a mess. I mean, I got my
license at the age of 22. I believe it
was 22 23. You could get it at 18. I
lost my learners. Who loses their
learners?
I lost my learners. So, I was I was like
headed towards being a total loser.
Everybody that knew me knew me as sin is
going to be a loser. is going to either
be locked up. My friends got locked up.
One of my best friends got in for 13
years. Got out. His his brother passed
away cuz we had a falling out. His
brother passed away. So I called him to
send my condolences. And um he said he
wanted to change his life and he he was
telling me um how he felt like he lost
his so much of his time and he's 30
something now and he wants to go to
Dubai to Dubai to start from scratch. So
I went and visited another friend of
mine not that long afterwards
and he's like oh yeah know you know the
I was about to say his name. He's like
he's back in. And I'm like what what do
you mean? No. I think he said he's in
jail. I said yeah he got out though.
He's like no he's he's in he's in jail.
I'm like what do you mean he's in jail?
He's like look it up. I look it up.
Herald's son machine guns stole a truck.
Machine guns shooting at another bikey.
Boom. got raided explosives if you know
what's going on with the tobacco stuff
in Australia involved in all that stuff
blah blah blah back in for for for
another 10 years. So when I looked at my
life and I looked at where I was, who I
was around, and then the transition that
happened, thankfully having falling out
with some people as well, and then
changing my environment,
and then meeting somebody along the way,
and
you know, back then I didn't admit it,
but men need love, women need love. And
I found someone that actually loved me.
It wasn't there was no agenda. She just
she just loved me. She just cared about
me. And I was straight for a whole year
at that time when I when I met her. And
um I ended up having a surgery,
anesthesia, whatever they call it. When
I woke up, I had this feeling and urge
to go back and and have some more of the
bad stuff. We had a little bit of little
little argument. I ended up taking it
again like an idiot. I took it again.
And I just realized what I did when I
was taking it. When I actually was
taking it, I just realized, what the
heck did I just do? She didn't leave my
side. She was never around this stuff
ever. Totally against it, but would not
leave my side because she didn't want me
to get hurt or harm myself or anything
like that. Tolerated me doing that
disgusting stuff in front of her. Me
feeling like a piece of you know what,
even more so because she's she's around.
And even more so because I had made a
promise to my mom that I'll never touch
this stuff again. And I even put up on
my wall, mom's promise. I don't care
what I was doing back in the days. One
thing I valued was someone when you say
something, you do it. And I broke my
word. And I felt like crap. Anyone ever
gave their word and broke it and they
just just felt terrible,
ashamed, guilty, hate yourself?
My selfworth. So, I just kept taking
more and more because of how much I
wanted to drown myself. And so, it ended
up going for about 30 days, this whole
craziness, the relapse. And then I
remember this business, my brother kept
trying to get me into this online
business, online marketing, all this.
I'm like, "No, no, no, no, no. I don't
want to." And then I said, "You know
what? They were in a they were in
Melbourne and they were running an event
and they ended up inviting me to this
event, blah, blah, blah." And I casually
just said, "You know what?" to a friend
of mine, Wuhai,
on a Saturday. I'm like, "Let's just go.
Let's just go." Oh, we were bored. So, I
like get there late. And I enter this
room with about 5,000 people. Now, I
want you to imagine, I've never been in
a room like that before, by the way.
This the lights, the speakers, the
energy, the vibration. Yeah. There's
aura vibr. I get in there and I'm like,
"What is this place?" Sit down and a guy
named Larry gets up and starts speaking.
and his speech. I can't tell you the
whole speech, but I could remember one
part that I'm paraphrasing in my own
way. He was telling me off like, "How
dare you have so much potential
and you throw your life away?" And he
had so much charisma. Anybody ever heard
someone with so much charisma that the
message landed it wasn't just like
words? It was like impact. You ever
heard that type of speaker? That was him
for me. So, I was getting goosebumps. I
love writing. Like I used to write music
back in the days because I used to
that's one of the ways I used to let go
of my frustration and thoughts. So I
wrote down I'm writing down how I'm
going to change my life. Guys, I made a
commitment that day. Enough is enough.
I'm going to I'm going to be on that
stage. I'm going to do whatever I can.
Enough is enough. You know, sometimes
things have to get bad enough for you to
want to change. The pain has rise to an
extent where it's unbearable that
changing is less painful. And this was
the time for me. I said, you know what,
that's it. It's changing. So I started,
you know, going to events and trainings
and guys, I borrowed that shirt. That
shirt was my brother's shirt. I had worn
belts and and shoes, different colors. I
never knew you have to wear the same
color. And then four years later, I
ended up getting lifted up uh um for for
for building a multi-million dollar
business within this online marketing
company as well. Um and we're on the on
the wall of fame in their company in the
head office. And I started running
events myself. 4 years later, man, I was
on the same stage in Melbourne. In
Melbourne, running the same, man, I'm
I'm actually getting a little bit
emotional because four years from a
crackpipe
to on stage teaching and sharing with
people how they can change your life and
people coming up to ME TAKING, WHO AM I
taking photos with me? What are you what
are you people getting my autograph?
What the heck?
And so the reason why I share this with
you is because I'm not just an AI guy or
whatever that just came out of nowhere.
Let's run a business. Let's just teach
people. I'm like I'm a a guy that comes
from a a no silver spoon background.
Worked really hard in the online world.
I've been online for about um since 2012
and we've transitioned into coaching
full-time since 2021.
So um yeah, been on stages and and I
just fell in love with people. I was
around people so much helping them make
money. I've helped people make about $20
million online so far and we just
started giving away awards, awards,
awards, running galas and events and but
my biggest success honestly is having I
I have to take another photo cuz there's
only six here. We had another one in um
in December. Was it December or
November? I can't even remember, man.
I've got too many kids. Um but seven
kids now, thankfully. Uh but you know,
this was so that's that's the part of
the story. That's the part of the story
beforehand. But when I got into
coaching, you know, this was my business
before before AI manual. Who remembers
the manual stuff? You got to do
everything manually. I was doing Zoom
calls. I got into coaching. I was
running everything manually. I'm sending
people emails, by the way, manually,
following up manually, calling people.
Everything was manual. Actually, on
paper, too. Sometimes I still fun by the
way. Who still does some things on
paper? I think paper's pretty cool
sometimes. Like I write my weekly goals
on paper still. flyers, everything
manual, manual, manual.
But then I started transitioning and
then AI AI started coming in and my
brother told me, "Hey, have you heard
this chat GPT thing and I'm sure we've
heard at some stage we heard about AI
and we maybe dabbled with it, but we
thought, what's this weird thing?" And
we'll probably put it away and then you
you probably tested it again later on
and you're like, "Ah, that's cool." It
took me actually a few months to see
that this thing is this thing's pretty
cool.
And then I ended up building a program
with it. Uh it was called influence and
charisma. The whole course, the whole
booklet, the whole workbook, the whole
this all that stuff. And that's when my
mind blew. I said, you know what?
There's something behind this. So I
ended up building a brand, not just it's
not just an AI brand. We got a whole
business coaching suite with many things
that we do.
But I fell in love with using AI
intelligently. And that's what I'm going
to be taking you through today. I'm
talking about automations. I'm talking
about how you construct landing pages.
I'm talking about how you even set up
your SOPs and get AI to run and build
SOPs for you. Uh I'm talking about, you
know, how how to how to build and run
challenges, how to build and run master
classes with massive speed and every
aspect to do with it. Whether it's comes
down to the the automations behind it,
the idea formation behind it, everything
that you need to run an empire with AI.
Even when it comes down, if you can see
all this, the these are all my and I
probably have a couple more now. This is
all my uh GPTs. Anybody ever built a GPT
before?
A GPT? Yeah. So, we've got GPTs that do
practically I mean, some some people
have asked, why don't you have a GPT
that does does everything? I have
something called Coach Scale Genius,
which is my company's genius, but if you
overload one AI,
it it it loses its power. Okay? Okay?
Cuz you can only put so much into one AI
without without confusing it. So there's
other ways that you can make each GPT
extremely powerful. I'll give you some
ideas as we go along. Okay? These aren't
things that I, you know, ideas that I
heard on YouTube. This is actually what
I do on a day-to-day basis.
Um, and I mean,
oh, let's go back here for one second.
So GPT architecture, how you architect
the GPTs. But with the GPTs, some of you
might not get what I'm saying right now.
you will one day. They'll already if you
haven't built GPTs, you you'll pick up
on it. But GPTs aren't good enough on
their own. They have to also have files
that you drop into them. So, I like to
have a little bank for each GPT.
Okay? Because all the data that you feed
it, the 20 files, for example, those 20
files, it doesn't remember and read
through all of them. It just becomes
part of its, you know, quote unquote
subconscious mind. It can't pull out
word for word. It just learns how to
think. If that makes sense. You're
creating its its brain. But if you
wanted to have instant sentences that it
picks up on. What you could do, you can
leave something on your desktop, which
is a folder. It could be, you know, for
for example, mine. I have a content
bank. And what do I do? I'll give you
I'm going to give you some killer ideas
about how to build content with and stay
uniquely your voice. Who would like to
build content where people don't look at
it and think that's AI? I hate it when I
see AI content, man. It loses, if
anything, it loses trust these days.
You know, it loses trust. So, I I
actually went against writing with AI
until I figured one thing out that
sounded like me, fully like me, and all
I got to do is just go and clean it up
and change a couple things. I'm like,
that's what I said. That's what I said.
Who would like that? So, I'll share that
with with you as we go.
All right. So, yeah. Yeah. So, these are
my GPTs. These are the these are the um
these are some u some some projects on
the right. This is also
Claude is actually when it comes to
copyrightiting Claude by far
for me. If you have something better,
please message me, tell me. It took me
some time to actually really dive in.
This is when I, you know, you got to
date and you got to date first and you
got to, you know, become, you know,
can't really become boyfriend,
girlfriend with a with a with an AI. But
you know, you go on a date, you get a
little bit, you get a little bit closer.
Once I really got close to, you know,
Claude and Chat GPT, etc., etc., I
realized Claude is absolutely the
dominator when it comes to writing
website copy. Um, content copy, yes, but
when I teach you my GPT trick and the
the content bank trick, I think Chad GPT
can have an edge now. So, just wait for
that. I'm going to teach you how to do
that at the end.
But when it comes to copy and context
keeping, so for example, if you write
big landing copy, landing page copy,
what happens
is you want to change a certain
paragraph, you go back and you say, I
want to change a paragraph that says
this. It won't change anything else.
Whereas Chad GPT sometimes hallucinates
and starts giving you completely brand
new copy. who has experienced that and
got annoyed with that. Claude's the one
that you want to use when it comes to
that type of detail. It makes you money.
So
now I'm going to I'm going to show you
how to do the same. All right? Your
business is sitting there waiting to be
run easier with speed and multiplied.
Okay?
So I want you to stop thinking like a
solo operator and start thinking like an
architect as we said before with 10 high
performing teams because it's not a
tool. AI is not a tool. It's a team. It
if you treat it like a team, if you
treat different GPTs or or Claude like
the copywriter for example, um Google
Gemini like the researcher, which I do.
Yes, Kareema. It's it's a great
researcher. It really is. In fact, when
it comes to deep deep research,
Gemini might have an edge. Might have an
edge. Uh unless you you're looking at
per perplexity, you know, that's that's
another ball game as well. That is
phenomenal for that side of things. So
you can have a content writer, you can
have a sales trainer, you can have a
research analyst, you can have a
business strategist, you can have you
can have a client client support, you
can have you know allin-one
you you can have you can have a coach
who come on don't lie to me who has used
Chad Japeti as a friend or a coach in
some ways honestly gives great advice.
He gets phenomenal with voice and I'm
like last time I was talking to her and
like I was talking to her I'm like this
gave me great advice like why would I go
speak to a friend who would either laugh
or or judge me but in a in a funny way
like yeah I could I could just I can get
really good quick information but when I
need a human connection we'll never get
rid of that. We always need human con
connection but we also need speed and
accurate data and AI does really really
well. I saw I actually saw a meme the
other day.
It was actually quite funny. I'm going
to post it up on Facebook soon. They
said, "I feel very good today." And and
then the other person said, "Why?" And
then the person replied, "Because I
uploaded our argument to chat GBT and it
told me that I won."
And I started laughing because I'm sure
everybody at some point has uploaded,
"Hey, tell me the context of this. What
are your thoughts?"
You know what I mean? It's funny because
we some of us cringe like I'll never do
certain things or you know I'll never
have a chat with it about something but
man if you want speed if you want
accuracy if you want growth you know
it's a tool and tools can damage and
tools can do great things you know a you
know a knife can cut a beautiful you
know fruit fruit salad and it can cut
cut people unfortunately
so it's how we use it AI helps you build
clarity then exec executes on clarity.
This is what I love and I'm going to get
deep on in this because if you if you
don't have an idea of what you're
building, AI can't help you build it.
So, you can use AI to help you get
clarity
and then deepen the clarity
through conversations and prompting.
So, before maximizing AI, you need a
couple of things. Number one, you need a
clear offer.
Can you build an offer with with AI?
100%. We're going to get into some some
more things as we go. Clear positioning.
If you have clear positioning,
again, we're we're going to get into how
to do that. There's market research that
you can do.
Clear processes.
You need clear outcomes. Like, what's
the outcome? What are you trying to do
for these people? What's the target
market?
What's the result? So AI amplifies what
you already have and amplifying
confusion equals faster failure. Okay?
So if you don't have proper market
research and all these things, it's not
going to work as well. But you can do
it. You can do it with AI as well. So
let's let's start with part one. Okay.
This is the beginner level. Now some of
you are like this is too beginner for
me. That's fine. We're going to get into
into mastery level as we go.
But this is beginner AI. This how this
is getting started. The non-negotiables
that many coaches skip. Number one, free
AI does limit your growth. So if you've
only got free AI, I would upgrade to the
paid AI. Now, why would I do that?
Because when you have, for example,
Chad, the voice features and and a
couple of other features and the agent
features, the features that don't come I
can't remember what doesn't come with it
anymore, but paid gives you better
features, and those better features
don't limit you, and they actually
provide you so much value. They do.
Claude. I use Chord without the paid
version and I was like hesitant. Do I
just want to pay for another bloody app?
Who's ever felt that before? Another
thing, another thing, another and all
they all add up. They all add up. Cord
has made me hundreds of thousands of
dollars already. And I only started it,
you know, few months ago. Claude
probably July, August, around that time
frame.
Passive income opportunities,
recurring revenue, blah blah blah. We
Claude has helped me design those pages,
those offers, many things.
So, this is an investment that actually
does make you money. So, if you look at
it as you sold one offer for $1,000 and
you spent a few hundred that year, well,
now you've set up a business and you've
just sold an offer. I don't want you
guys making $1,000. I want you guys
making a lot more than $1,000, but you
get the point.
So
your your AI needs to know who you are.
There are some people that that are
against this, but I don't think you're
the clan for that. I think you guys want
to learn more about AI.
There's another party that's like, "Oh,
you don't want us to know about you
because there's going to be world
domination and all these things that
happen and if it knows more about you,
he's going to know more about this and
more about that more." probably true
but then you got to stop using Google
and Google maps and there you just shut
down the internet shut down your life
we live in a world of data you know and
it is growing at a very fast pace now
for me personally I have a family I have
goals I have ambitions I have a dream I
want to help people I want to do things
and you know I'm not going to restrict
myself and AI is a tool so the more it
knows about me the more it knows about
you, the more it knows about what you do
and what and who you serve, I'm telling
you, the more the more the more value
you're going to get from it, the more
impact, the the speedier it's going to
be, the more accurate the answers are
going to be.
You will be shocked if you structure AI
the way I'm teaching you
how quick you can grow a business, how
how much look, it's never going to be
easy. I think that's fake. Anyone that
says it's so easy to, you know, be rich
and so easy to build a great business,
it's easy. It's easier after it's
terribly hard,
right? It's like you eat glass, sure,
but once you graduate eating glass, then
you can get to the easier part, right?
Go through the scorpions and all these
things that it's always going to be a
hard patch, but it makes your life so
much easier.
So, who you serve, what you do, who you
are, your goals, your voice, your
parameters, how to hold you accountable,
because
let's be honest here.
You know, Chad PT is a bit of a people
pleaser, isn't it? I have to tell it
off. Like, listen, I need brutal truth.
In fact, I'm programming it to be
brutal. Like, tell me the truth. I want
you to be a consultant that I've hired
for 2 million a year. Whatever you want
to say that he's going to do this and
this and find my blind spots. Do not
people, please. Do not tickle my ears.
Tell me exactly what you see that I
don't see.
Instructed that way. We're not here to
be pleased. We're here for the truth.
And the truth does hurt sometimes, but
I'd rather know that because, you know,
gym hurts, but then you grow.
So, I'd rather know the blind spots. So,
how to hold you accountable, how to
speak to you directly. So, this is your
backend setup. This is just the basic
instructions that you put in the
instructions section of the settings
part of your AI. This is very basic
stuff. This is the lowest level of, you
know, beginning with with AI. So your AI
becomes your strategic consultants.
Now another thing is everything in one
place instantly accessible. This is
another thing that you want to do.
This is not directly AI but it helps
with your AI mission. What's that? So
having a a Google Drive organized Google
Drive. Okay. Folders easy to access
SOPs. Start building and stacking SOPs.
What are they for the ones that don't
know? They're just standard operational
procedures. What to don't you don't have
to have complex 30-page documents. You
can have a one-page document. You can
have a two-page document. Okay?
Something that says step one, step two,
step three, boom. The more you start
stacking these things that help you and
your team,
the the quicker you can start dropping
things into AI. Okay? As you build your
offer, boom, now you have an offer.
Great. Is it in a Google Drive and a
Google doc? Easy to find. Boom. Okay.
Put it all on the top bookmarks. Set up
your bookmarks in a way that is so easy
to access. It takes you 5 seconds to
click. D loads. Double click. Share. Put
it into AI. Build this for me. Do this.
Do that. You see what I'm saying here?
Scripts. Build them. The building part
is hard, but it's also fun. You know,
it's also fun. Just make sure you don't
forget about the money-making activity.
And the ones that are already making
money, of course, you already know that.
Okay. So you drop files into AI and it
builds things really quickly. Okay. So
and if you repeat it, SOP it. Ask AI to
create clear instructions for you. And
you want to voice note the process as
well and create simple play playbooks.
What does that mean? So instead of
getting AI to build the whole process,
what I do to genuinely make it as close
to what I want, I just voice note and I
say, "Okay, I wanted to do this. I
wanted to do that. I wanted to be simple
in this way and this way and this way."
And when it comes back to me, I'll just
iterate and I'll say, "No, I don't like
that. Wh why are you doing that?" I'll
actually have a conversation and and you
know, whether I tell it off, whatever it
may be, and just get it to do it
perfectly. Boom.
And then now you have this whole process
in a simple playbook.
Don't do it three times without
documenting it once.
Too many people are repeating the same
thing and you are cognitively stressing
yourself out and stretching the amount
of willpower that you need to be using
every single day. So if you imagine
there's a bar an energy bar every single
day, you want to find as many ways to
reduce that energy bar as much as
possible.
Honestly, one of the ways that I just
bought my wife a really cool um robot
vacuum. I had no idea they became that
good. And she's saved 10 hours a week
and I saved one whole big day of
cleaning downstairs cuz I used to help
her do the the big clean. Um, you know,
got cleaners and got people that come
and do the yard and people that come and
clean my car at home and people that
will come and fill up petrol if I want
them to that. So, h you don't have to go
to that extent, but what I'm saying is
repeating things and doing things that
are not money-making activity and just
having to put time into things that drag
your energy down that energy bar. Find
ways as you grow to restrict how much
you let that bar go down every single
day.
Context switching. Try to limit it.
How many times you have to think that
process through?
Limit it. Because look, it's it's
obviously hard to win in a big big way
for most people. Let's be real. you
know, 90% of people don't win um in in a
big way. You know, maybe I think it was
87% of coaches that start don't actually
become successful.
And it's a painful number for for many,
but it's not for the ones that say, you
know what, that's not me. You
automatically decide that's obviously
not me. I'm part of that 13% or if
you're already in in the top 5%, 3%,
great. But we we have to also continue
paying rent in a way every single day.
Because otherwise with AI someone else
can come and and overdo us somehow. So
we still have to maintain that that
productivity level.
So every process becomes a system and
every system scales. Systems stand for
save yourself serious time, energy,
money and stress.
So organization is the price of scale.
Now by the way this is learned stuff.
This is not my my personality type is
not the most organized person. I am not
like I had to learn this stuff.
But now I've learned that if I just get
organized once, like if I get my garage
organized once and I section it and I
put a title, which is what I what I've
done, put a title of this is for these
power tools, this is for this, this is
for that sticky tapes and then I can
just maintain it. It's easier to
maintain than to rebuild.
Okay. So, organize yourself.
Now, this is the this is a level two.
This is part two, intermediate AI. This
is where you start doing projects.
Projects means on chat, there's a
section that you can create projects for
different things. And also, I'm going to
teach you some structure here as well.
So, this is where you level up.
Now
what you could do here now this is
optional but it is effective in chat GPT
I'm not sure if some other AIS have
something similar but in chat GPT you
can actually create different projects
one could be for your coaching business
growth
one could be for your clients
one could be for your health goals
one project could be for your family one
pro project could be for your wealth,
your investments.
So you can have multiple projects and
you don't have to context switch
as much as you used to because context
switching, you know, it becomes
draining. It does.
So each project can actually be trained
inside of each project. you can actually
train at the top and you can drop files
in that project which now that project
will remember those things. So if you've
got investment documents and you you
you're on a certain project, you just
put them in there and it helps keep that
context within that project and then
when you want to start a new chat, you
can start a chat inside of that project.
Okay? You don't have to explain who you
are, what the goals are 50 times because
that that that gets quite annoying.
Now
this is my combo by the way. This is my
combo. I I want you to you know Jim Ran
if you guys know Jim Ran he says be a
student not a follower.
Okay so just take the idea from this. I
use Claude and Chad [ __ ] mostly. I do use
others for certain reasons but mine is
Claude and Chad. I just find that those
two combinations are phenomenal. Now
this is something that I do. I use both
especially when I'm doing landing pages
and new offers and you know I'm working
with a client and we're trying to
perfect something.
So you can compare results with both and
Claude can actually be trained. You
could drop documents and and start
projects and again same thing it it
creates context that it remembers even
with brand new chats that it that you
create.
So
I call it I call this the wrestling
strategy.
Now, why do I call it that? Because I
actually allow the AIS to compete
for the best output.
So, one might say something and then
I'll send it to the other one and say,
"What are your thoughts on this?" And
they're both pre-trained.
And this one will say, "I love this, but
I think this part is not good
psychologically. This won't impact
people. This might be a little bit too
pushy. This is obvious that it's this."
And I say, "Okay, I I copy that and I
put it back into the other one." I say,
"Okay, this is what Chat GPT said. What
do you think of this?" But I don't agree
with And it's the funniest thing when
they start fighting.
They actually start fighting sometimes.
Look, no, I totally don't agree with
this. I think this is ridiculous. Not
ridiculous. Actually, Gemini recently
were talking about it was Gemini and and
and Chad GBT. They actually had a fight.
Like I I went to my wife and I was like,
"Babe, you won't believe it." I went
downstairs half an hour late. I was
doing something really important. We're
dealing with numbers. It was it was it
was something we're doing. And I was
just like I was shocked. It was like,
"Do not do that. Did this is a bad idea.
If you do that, blah blah blah blah. If
you follow that, there's um you know,
compliance issues with this. Do not do
this." I'm like, "Whoa, man." And I'll
put it back and it's like, "No, this is
not true. This is true. That's not true.
Don't listen to this." I'm like, "Whoa."
Okay. Which one's right? Which one? I
had to actually get to the documents and
start looking at the documents myself to
see the compliance anyway. But when it
comes to this, it it really, you know,
how you know the saying iron sharpens
iron
and you're the architect.
So as they're going at it, as you've
provided the context, as you've provided
all these things, you've provided the
essential materials
and then you've allowed this genius
brain to go and then I'll I'll prompt
it. I want you to I want the psychology
to be like this. I want to make sure
this is this sells them psychologically,
but without without making it obvious. I
don't want to be p too pushy. I want to
inspire. I want to encourage whatever
you want to say like that. And then
boom. I'm telling you,
man, the results that you can get here
are phenomenal.
Absolutely phenomenal. Please try this
and and message me. I want to know.
Now, again, you know, I'm sure there's
other apps that AIs that would do would
do a great job. Um, so just just test
test for yourself, see what you like,
and uh would love to know your feedback.
So,
What used to take two weeks now takes
two hours. This is actually true. It
really It really is true. You know,
right now, actually, before we got on
this call, I hope she's done it by now.
I'm okay. I'm done creating the land.
Yeah. Okay. There you go. There you go.
So, I came up with an idea really
quickly just before the call, like an
hour before the call. So, I call up my
um my my landing page builder, my my
just backend person, and um and I'm
like, Bianca, you know, I've got I've
got an idea. I need to I need to show
this on the call. Could you build this
page really quickly? She's like, yes.
And so, I went back to AI. I'm like I
went back to the chat that already knows
the conversation real quick. Sent it to
her. Done. She just sent me a message.
It's done. I even put the link at the
end of this master class before it was
done. Why? Because AI we we can we trust
now speed that would have taken way
longer. I just got a whole thing built.
I don't even know how it looks by the
way. I have not even looked at it.
I have that time. I'm on this call
anyway. So, and that's by the way
another lesson for everybody here is,
you know, do things before they're
perfect. I think too many of us are
perfectionists. We're waiting and
waiting and waiting. But the funny truth
is that even the people winning and even
the people building and making money and
doing really well and they're constantly
iterating anyway. They're still
changing. They're like, "Oh, wait, hold
on. No, no, you know what? I want to
adjust this and do this. Okay, why don't
we do this payment plan instead of that
payment plan?" Everyone's adjusting, but
so many people are adjusting before
they're even making money. So, I would
say I I tell people just go out there
and put the offer out there and just
start making money. And once you start
collecting it'll put you in a position
where you have to go and build XY Z.
So so action you know action proceed it
just it's more important than everything
else. And interestingly this is just a
bit of a mindset thing and I I I'd have
this tattooed on my forehead if if you
know I didn't want to look weird.
Doubt takes you out of action.
Action takes you out of doubt.
Huh.
So simple, so powerful.
So if you want to get away from all the
doubts that you're going through, just
take action.
And now you can take action way quicker
than ever before. So you can build full
coaching programs, landing pages, email
sequences
built in one afternoon. What do you mean
one afternoon? I literally just sent
her, she did the email sequence, she did
the landing page, she did the form, she
did all that really quickly. So speed
without clarity is chaos though. Clarity
with AI, you could build an absolute
empire and you can just be certain. Your
level of certainty increases to a whole
new level because you know the
capabilities and the capacity and and
the speed that you have behind you. you
you have a team that in fact
we're we're at a point right now where
we're looking at hiring not graphic
designers cuz we've got graphic
designers that do certain things and
they're very valuable
but we're looking at people that know AI
more now. We're looking at people that
know because if you know AI you'll be
able to do graphics anyway. So AI is
becoming so powerful that you
unfortunately you don't need as many
people but at the same time that's
fortunate
it because sometimes people could be
unreliable. Let's let's be real.
Sometimes people can let you down. Some
sometimes people won't show up.
Sometimes people quit. So it's just nice
to have that kind of security behind
you. So this is the next level
guys. Ready for the next level? This is
prolevel AI. Okay. Now custom GPTs.
These are your trained AI employees.
This is where you separate yourself from
the amateurs.
I I think every business owner needs to
have a a GPT for a couple of parts of
their business.
At least your own brain, your company
brain. Mine is coach scale genius. And
then I have another one for my clients.
when we're actually onboarding our
clients or we're building things for
them, we have a GPT that handles all the
workflow process. So, anyone that I hire
and on board can just use that AI and
they'll be instructed by the GPT on what
to do. Step one, do this. Step two, do
this. And it actually even has links
inside the GPT. So, when the AI replies,
it'll just hyperlink the link and you
just click on it. And it's so cool.
So these are specifically trained AIs
for one task. Content GBT, sales GBT,
client delivery GBT. Each one is a
specialist.
Now
you can feed it 20 files in each GPT.
You can go on on chat GPT and and look
at GPT section and click on my GPTs
and you can feed it 20 files and trade
on your methodology. But what is very
important is the instructions that you
put in it. I think it's 800 words. You
have to be very very
strategic on what you put in that
section because that's the main section
that is that that that trains the whole
thing. the 20 files.
Some of you might be shocked to hear
this by the way because I I mean when I
when I found that I was shocked about it
too. Gpts do not actually read every
single file in there. It becomes a
subconscious mind of it. It just becomes
part of what it knows how to you know
you know how we sometimes things pop up
for us as experiences in our
subconscious mind. We be we become
behaviorally we we change in a behavior
way. So these files kind of act like
that subconscious behavior changes but
it can't pull specific sentences word
for word
but it's still very powerful and there's
a way to counter that and that's just to
have you know other files that you can
drop in at any time just to get its
brain okay yeah I see everything now
so clarity on offer marketing sales
systems clear instructions equals GPT
superpower we have 13 plus actually we
have 13 that we give away to our teams
uh GPTs that do everything everything
that you you would possibly think about
for for your company.
So this is what every company owner
needs as I mentioned before your own
internal GPT. This is for you and your
business. This is your brain. And then
the second one is going to be for your
clients. It could be for them as well so
they can get coaching when you're not
there. Now imagine downloading all your
philosophies, all your contents, all
your stuff in there
and then allowing this to be the system
that can answer things when you're not
around.
Cuz the goal is a little bit more
freedom, right? That's that's the goal
of business. It's it's more freedom.
It's to be part of a mission and a
purpose for sure, but it's also to have
some freedom.
So one runs your business
But one one runs your delivery, helps
with your delivery.
Okay. Now, this is email. This is AI for
email sequences. You can do you can
automate follow-ups, nurture, nurture on
autopilot. You can feed your voice, your
tone, your your past emails.
And then AI can maintain your voice. So,
if you've got past emails, what you can
do, you can just drop those in there.
You as as I said, you can have a little
folder bank where you just drop files
quickly
and then now the AI just just knows what
to do, knows the tone.
Okay, even for testimonials, what you
could do, you can have a bunch of
testimonials there.
You can even make a whole GPT for this
for sure, but you I think you should
also have a bank of testimonials, like a
little folder, and then you just drop as
many files as you want in there.
and then it'll just pull the best
stories for that specific email or you
know landing page that you're building.
So now you've got stories there.
Okay, you can you can pull
transformational stories from Slack,
from emails, from feedback forms,
whatever you want. Landing pages, okay,
funnel building. Who who who who builds
funnels for themselves or who has a
funnel or websites?
It is insane how quick these things have
become. It's become way easier than it's
ever been.
Now, obviously the um the copywriting is
still very important, but if you just
take my take my tip about the wrestling
idea and the prompting idea and just
knowing your offer, knowing the outcome,
knowing the avatar, knowing the niche,
knowing all that stuff, and then, you
know, just just having the the
background instructions in place and
then just going back and wrestling with
two different AIs, you your copywriting
skills will be beyond many experts.
Okay,
thank you pages, upsell pages. You just
feed your voice plus your your offer
plus voice and then AI builds your
pages. What I love to do is I love to
add my voice in there as well. So you if
you were watching me, you'll hear me
talking to myself a lot of the times,
but I'm not talking to myself. I'm
talking to AI and I just instruct and I
just share my idea. Sometimes I sound so
I'm brain dumping in a big way. Like I
might not make sense to any of you, but
AI understands what I'm trying to say.
I've got this weird relationship with
it. I can sound strange and weird and
say all these things like, "Yep, I get
it. I get exactly what you're trying to
say.
So it doesn't replace your genius. It
just executes it."
Now, here's the next part.
This is world class AI. By the way, are
you getting much out of this? I'm
genuinely curious. Are you getting much
out of this?
Yes, you guys are getting something out
of this. Okay, cool. I was going to shut
the call down if you want. I'm like,
just get off and get Grace to finish
this off. Grace, would you be up for it?
I'll send you the slide. You can finish.
All right, so this is feedback loops and
mastery. All right, this is this is very
strategic stuff. So elite coaches or
elite business owners in general use AI
as a brutal mirror. Now what does that
mean to use AI as a brutal mirror?
So for sales,
who wants to get better at sales?
Anyone?
I do. I I want to keep on I just bought
10 new books on sales and marketing and
I wanted to get everything from Dan
Kennedy. Who knows Dan Kennedy? I'm
like, you know what? Screw. I'm just
going to download all I'm going to
become a professor in every single topic
on all these guys. I'm just devour every
I wish I had more time to read
everything. Love reading.
But who wants to get better at sales
without having to read everything all
the time? Like you want to continuously
have every opportunity to get better at
sales. So what you do, you record calls
on something like Fathom.
There's many others. I like Fathom
personally. I'm pretty biased because I
probably haven't used anything else. I
think you used one other thing, but
yeah, it wasn't as Yeah, just Fathom was
good. So, record the calls and then what
you do with these certain AIs that
record calls, you also can
copy the transcript.
So, now you copy the transcript, you
dump it into the AI, and you get instant
feedback. Now, what's cooler is if
you've built a GPT that is trained on
high ticket sales psychology.
Are you guys with me here? So, if you
prompt it on how a high ticket sales
conversation should go, the upsells, the
down cells, the rapport building, the
the discovery section, all of that. Then
every time you dump this conversation in
there, you get it to rate you from 1 to
10 and find your blind spots and find
the opportunities where you could have
closed in the same scenario in the
future. And I am telling you
that's a mirror. This is this is
mastery.
Okay.
So you you'll end up turning a 6 out of
10 sales call into a 9 out of 10 sales
call in a week. And some of you probably
don't even realize, wow, I just I used
all this NLP stuff and maybe you've
never even studied NLP. How did I do
that? How did I do this? And you start
doing all these methods that are mastery
level as long as you you have feedback.
And it's better to have a GPT that's
trained on this stuff. And it's not that
hard to do it. I mean, if you did deep
research and you said high ticket sales
calls for coaching industries for health
coaching and you did all this research
and you brought it and you and you just
created an instruction list to put into
the GPT, you could pull it off. Better
to have it from experts, but you could
probably do it with deep research.
Now, AI offer content and master
classes. I'm going to give you something
pretty powerful.
So
when you do master classes, when you do
challenges and all these things,
whatever event that you run, you also
put it in there and you get feedback.
Okay, that's one thing because what it
does, it eliminates delusion. Sometimes
we think our presentations are powerful,
but you probably overgave or undergave.
Okay, we who wants to give so much? We I
like to give. I want I want my stuff to
be as valuable as free stuff. And I've
said this to people before. People have
come to my VIPs and like with such cheap
like your price. I've been able to get
more value. Maybe some of you have heard
this before in my VIPs. I've I've gotten
more value than paid programs.
I love to give. At the same time, we do
run a business.
So there has to still be some how-tos
and how-tos and how-tos and how-tos in
the background where you teach people in
the background. So you give give give as
much as you can, but you're not going to
give 30 hours on a call. You just can't.
There's only so much that we can do. So
this teaches you what you know if you if
you're over giving in a certain section,
if you're overexlaining in a certain
section, if you're doing this too much
in this section, if you're not doing
enough of that in this section, and just
these little gaps here will end up
making you a lot of money.
Now, here's the really powerful thing
that I want to teach you guys. Remember
recently I said Claude was very good for
content ideas
and help you with with content ideas.
Well, recently I did something that has
been on my mind for a while. Who's ever
had something that's been on their mind
for a while and you just put it off a
little? Put it off cuz you just got this
like 100 things that you need to do and
this wasn't at the top of the list but I
wanted to do it. And so what I wanted to
do was I wanted to go to all my YouTube
videos. cuz I've got a lot on private
from master classes and and and
challenges and like this is going to go
on YouTube for a day and then I'm going
to put on private but I still have it.
So I transcribed every one of my
trainings that I had on there and I even
transcribed some of the trainings that I
had on stage where I showed you in you
know those big stages. I I transcribed
those and I I pulled all the information
and I put it into chat GPT and I said,
"I want you to get my DNA, my my voice
DNA. I want you to get my I want you to
pick up on all the patterns, my repeated
phrases, my repeated words. I want you
to pick up on my mindset, the flow, and
and when I tell you, I picked up on
things that were unbelievable."
I was like, "Wait, what?" And so I ended
up really just fixing it, fixing it,
fixing it, fixing it. And then I built
this incredible instructions list and I
created the GPT with it. And then I had
that bank
of masterclass transcripts and all the
transcripts in on my desktop. So I can
every time I start this GPT chat, even
though I did upload all the 20 files in
there, I did, but I also had all the
other files still there to drop. So
every time I start a new chat, I put all
my trainings in there. So I'm like, what
can we speak about today?
Oh my god, do do but it stings what I've
said.
What have I said about something with
AI? We've got an AI event coming next
week. What kind of AI stuff can we speak
about? Boom. And it starts quoting
things that I actually said on the
calls.
So now all all I need to do is I can
just start voice noting. Okay, you know
what? That's a good idea. and I'll just
start speaking. But because I'm speaking
to myself in a way, it's it's picking up
on my language and now it's curating and
fixing up a whole post and it sounds
like me
and and I do I do always change
something, you know, something I might
change it up a little bit, but I can
instruct it to change it for me as well.
So I can now change this. That doesn't
sound like you're trying too hard.
You know, you now you're trying to sound
like me too much. Like, relax.
So, so, but it is incredible.
The amount of content I can put out
there is overwhelming.
Who likes this idea?
Now, I was I was, you know, the the guy
don't, by the way, I've even trained it.
No M dashes. Make mistakes sometimes.
Like for example, if he says don't, you
don't have to put the the every line
perfectly. No, no, no, no. Some
sentences start them without capital.
Without a capital and it does it all.
So now I'm like, "Oh, wow. This this is
incredible cuz one of the one of the
things that gives it away is M dashes
and and the way that ready to dive
deeper like all this stuff with question
mark all this. It's like you sound too
AI."
So, I trained my AI to sound like me and
absolutely don't give away AI vibes.
So, just have a look at what AI vibes
sound like for you from your experience
and just train it against that. Is this
good stuff or good stuff? Which one? I
mean, this is good stuff
because at least at the very least even
if you because it's is it authentically
your voice? Yes. Because it's things
that you've trained before. It's things
that you've said before. It could be
your private coaching calls.
You could pull out all your com
conversations because if you're
recording on Fathom, it'll know your
name. It'll say Steve. Steve said this
and this said this, said this, said
this. Okay, pull up everything that
Steve said. Boom. Put that in the
transcript.
And now it starts pulling what Steve
said.
So it's it's good stuff. I'm It's really
good stuff. So AI extracts the best
sound bites, quotes, and teaching
moments. Now I want to give you another
another golden nugget nugget here. See,
now I'm doing a training. I should have
charged for this event. So I'm doing a
training right now.
And as I'm doing a training,
I'm also creating about 20 to 30 reels.
Right now, I'm creating 20 to 30 reels.
This you might hear in a real how on my
Zoom I've set it up that it records in
multiple places. I've even got a camera
set up on my side, but I got to get it
fixed. Something something went wrong.
It shut down a couple of times. It's a
brand new camera. I don't know why why
it's doing that. So, there's going to be
a camera. I'm probably going to connect
it to my roof where it's going to record
me from my side as well as I'm doing the
thing anyway. I'm already recording. I'm
already doing a training. So, the thing
that I'm already doing,
I'm already recording through through
Zoom. So, I just might have another
couple of angles as I go along. This is
just an expert tip for you. Then I go
into my Zoom
and I upload the recording of just me,
not everybody else because there's
different views in Zoom of just me. And
I'll upload it to something called Opus,
Opus.
An opus is an AI that pulls
clips on its own.
So now within minutes, you've got about
10, 20, 30 reels without even doing
anything extra.
So now all of a sudden you've got and
you can also tell the opus catch the
hooks.
Make make sure that whatever you pull
makes sense. It's coherent.
Don't start in the middle of points.
Make sure all points are completed
except you can you could prompt it and
and then you can save the prompt in your
notes. So every time you put up a new
video you just copy paste a prompt put
it in opus
and so
well I did that and then we started
doing VIP calls and then we had Nick.
Nick you were on a call with me and we
you shared a testimonial about how you
started making money with me after one
session working together. You started
making you know thousands of dollars and
now you've made more which is great. But
we caught that. We caught Nick as a
testimonial. So I posted that as well.
Posted all these things. Who thinks
that's a good idea? If you're running
something anyway,
pull all these clips from it. So now you
have a content bank with written posts
and then you've got stories you can post
and little hook, little little, you
know, reels that you can put up without
trying too hard.
Who thinks it's exhausting to have all
these things that we need to do? It is
exhausting. That's the truth. I mean,
it's still a little bit exhausting for
me to have to prepare my team to do all
my reels. I don't do it now anymore. All
I do now is I just drop it into Opus and
that's still exhausting for me. I'm I'm
trying to find out, can someone else do
that, too? Can they log into my Zoom?
They probably can cuz I don't want to do
that either. I try to do as little as I
can so I can impact as much as I can.
That's that's that's how we should be.
So my team takes it into Cap Cut and
improves with AI improves the quality of
the of the image, puts captions, put all
the all these good things and it's done.
Now that it might not be the most
amazing reels.
If if it was a prepared reel, it might
be a little bit better. Like a fully
prepared reel and you you you did the
hook and everything perfectly, it might
be better. Those type of reels I just
told you about are good for visibility.
It's like Deborah's always there.
Deborah's, by the way, Deborah, I love
your energy. Deborah is always there.
She's always there. She's always there.
Okay. Oh, yeah. Deborah's said this in a
in a real. She said that in a in a
story. So, all of a sudden, many people
are buying from you before they buy from
you. They're pre-elling themselves. Is
this the person I'd want to listen to?
Is this a person I'd want to get
training from? Because people are
looking for leaders. They're not just
looking for just knowledge. They want to
feel your vibe as well. So there's a
difference between just writing and
actually sharing through voice and
through, you know, mannerisms and and
body language. It's that's why I like to
have a bit of both.
Okay.
I mean, maybe that slide was worth the
whole master card. Seriously, because I
heard that tip and I was like, what?
That's that's incredible. There's a
thing called Opus that does that
and I'm already doing all these master
classes. Are you telling me I can just
do do what I'm doing and just have all
this extra content? Amazing.
Now, what you could do as well have AI
as your brutal mirror. Get it to to
score you from 1 to 10 based on
everything that you know about me. What
are my strengths and what are my
weaknesses?
Surprisingly, surprisingly, it can be
pretty accurate.
Sometimes it can be pretty stupid,
but you know, a lot of the times it can
be pretty accurate. It can you can get
some things wrong. It's not perfect. But
in many cases, if you ask specific
questions, you can you have a bit of a
mirror on yourself.
This is in my opinion the most powerful
way to build programs. Now, today,
let's let's assume you don't have all
your offer and everything, you know,
created in the background and like all
these extra SOPs. Let's assume that
you're still kind of in a beginning
stages and you want to build a new
offer.
Well, the best way to do it is to voice
dump your methodology
and then AI structures it. So, what I
what I do, well, I don't really do this
as much anymore. Um cuz I've just got so
much so much documents that that I just
bounce off. Um and I've even got like
future ideas, future and I just stack
them somewhere.
But this is something that I did a lot
of in the beginning. I I'd go in my
notes just my phone notes and I just
write down this is the program I want to
teach this. I want to teach this. I want
to see I'd take dot points and just like
think in that way just you know old
thinking
and then I might put module one module
two I don't build full programs before I
start I just get the idea of what what
the program is because if I'm going to
sell something I want to be passionate
about it I want to sell it even before
it's built but I want to know what the
what the outcome is and when I see what
I'm teaching what what they're going to
what they're going to learn I can
believe in it more who understands what
I'm saying I don't want to just say hey
this is the most amazing program in the
world and not know what's in it. So, I
just put dot points. I might play around
module one, module two. And then once I
do that, could be a couple hours that it
takes me to really go through it. I'll
just do a 10-minute voice dump and if if
it locks out at 10 minutes, as you know,
JD doesn't let you talk for more than 10
minutes, um I'll just I'll let it load
and then I'll copy it. I'll put it in my
notes and I'll just continue to record
and then I'll just like glue the the 10
minutes and the other 10 minutes
together.
all the copy all the all the text
together. Anyway, so you just voice dump
and you explain every dot point. You
explain everything that you were meaning
to explain in a little bit more depth
and you'll come up with one of the most
incredible layouts that actually sounds
like you. Anyone can go on Chad PT right
now and say build me a mindset program.
I mean
it will but is it you?
Is it your methodology? I like to be
uncopyable. I don't want Yeah, sure some
people can copy some things but not
exactly the DNA and the blueprint behind
the like some some of your experiences
are your experiences. Some of the titles
are your titles.
So I just I like to be uncopyable.
Now why why voice matters? This is this
is how you keep it authentically you not
generic AI slop. It's your methodology.
It's your voice. It's your genius.
And here's something extremely extremely
powerful. Some of you will use it, but
if you're not using it, I want to I want
to try to, you know, convince you to use
this.
And if you're using it already, maybe
you could use it more. I do this every
day.
Every day.
So, it's called AI advanced voice. You
know how you can talk to AI and it talks
back? You can you can actually talk back
and forth. You know, the AI button, the
the blue button. You know what I'm
talking about. Who doesn't know what I'm
talking about?
Okay. You Okay, give one second.
One second.
Hey, I'm just on a master class. Uh, do
you want to just say hello quickly?
>> Absolutely. Hello everyone. Hope you're
all having a fantastic time on the
master class. It's great to be here and
I'm looking forward to sharing some
awesome insights with you all.
>> Yeah, it's actually an AI master class.
I'm teaching him now how to do voice
dumping and and going back and forth on
on uh advanced voice to to figure out
ideas and and to kind of go back and
forth and wrestle with things and expand
their thoughts and bounce ideas while
driving and walking and vacuuming and
you know you I could be vacuuming.
Actually, how I built a challenge with
you while I was vacuuming before I got
my robot vacuum. Um, everything's
robotic these days, but so many things
have been built going back and forth,
haven't they?
>> Yeah, absolutely. That's the beauty of
it. I mean, it's pretty amazing how you
can just be doing everyday stuff,
vacuuming, walking, whatever, and at the
same time have these conversations that
spark ideas. So, yeah, just like you
built that challenge, man, vacuum, you
can do a ton of creative work on the
fly. It's awesome to see everyone here
exploring that. The thing I love about
this is that the the fact that you might
not have a completed idea in your mind,
but just going back and forth with an AI
that do I call you an AI or do I give
you a name? I'm I'm still confused about
that. But anyway, another topic. So, the
fact that you can go back and forth with
AI and expand your idea and make
something more realistic and and just
kind of get it. Sometimes I get ideas
more and I I come up with a full
framework just by bouncing things off
you.
>> Yeah, exactly. That's the beauty of it.
And you can totally just call me
whatever works for you, AI or a name if
you want to. But the main thing is like
you said, you don't have to start with a
fully formed idea. You're just going to
toss things back and forth and
eventually you get to that framework
that clicks. So it's a fun process. And
then let's just say I have a I have a
full conversation guys like that with AI
and it's about this program. What time
is the best for a challenge in America?
What what about this? Yeah, but what if
I do this on day one? The origin story
has to be here. Well, hold on. And it'll
come back and say something. I'll say
something else.
So the whole formation of the idea
expands and then at the end of that chat
what I'll do I'll just go back and I'll
I'll get out of that chat and I'll just
voice record it normally and I'll say I
want you to create a whole list of
everything we just discussed.
Done. Okay. Now I want you to create a
checklist so we can start this plan
tomorrow. Done. Execution done. who
loves to get things done better than
ever before. I'm telling you, if you
just do things like that, you follow
this training here, you can build an
empire. It's just the action. You just
got to execute. There's so many things
that you can get done if you just use
it. If you just use it. And that's one
great way of using it because sometimes
I'm unclear about certain things. And
you you know another way another really
good way to do voice back and forth is
to do who who who's ever done deep
research before
deep research you've you've you've
gotten all this data and then you can
grab all that data put it in there and
just say for example what are the
biggest dot points and it bring you all
these dot points and then you start a
voice chat after that. Okay, so the
research here, what about this? What are
the prices here? How many hours would I
have to put in per week to do this and
charge this much? What about that? Now
you're basing off actual market
research. If it's not enough, go to
Gemini, make market research. Go to Gro
market research. Go to Deep Seek market
research. Go to every AI, do market
research, and then come back,
collaborate all of them, and say which
one's right, which one's not right. You
can do this.
Is this helping?
Believe me, this is this is everyday
stuff for me. And I know I follow big
players. What do you think they do? It
might not be exactly, but it's similar.
We're using things in the way they're
built to be used. Speed, accuracy,
volume.
in your pocket, you've got this
intelligent conversation you can have
with an AI. I mean, it's incredible.
So, another way to put this is when
you're going back and forth forth with
the with the voice AI, it's like
marinating your mind, you're expanding
your thinking, you're testing concepts
in real time.
Okay? So, as I said before, at the end,
you can say to the chat, give me the
full breakdown of our conversation.
Okay.
So, instant action plan. Everything
organized, ready to build.
Okay.
Now, you can go and just just take it
off. Take it off. Take it off. And you
know, for for us, I we have a VA agency
as well. So, I tell people if you could
do if you could become the architect and
then you could just delegate things. So,
that's what I do now. That's why we get
things in speed. Why? because I do that
and then I'll have a team that can
create the graphics for this. I'll have
a team that can go and do the lead gen.
I'll have a team that can go and build
the landing page. So, one day, two days,
I can have a brand new offer up there.
It's being sold. I'm just marketing. I'm
doing an event. This is cool stuff,
guys. There's never been a better,
easier time to build than now. And it's
still going to be only 5 to 10% of
people that succeed. So why don't we
just become more of the 5%
because now we've got an elevator rather
than stairs
if there's never been a better time.
So this is another thing that you could
do. You can analyze your time blocks.
Get more time back. You can do this. I'm
just very systematic. I don't really
need to do this. Um you know by by by
10:00 a.m. I've done my gym. I've done
I've done my cuz I've got kids, man.
Like I have to be so who who's got kids?
You have to have the you have to be
routine focused. Yes. With seven I don't
know if anyone's got seven here. We have
to be like by the hour. You got to do
this. You got to do this. This is this.
People come to my house like what the
heck. Like this is like a company. Yes.
It's like a company. This is bedtime.
This is shower time. This is this time.
This is food time. Everything's like
boom. Otherwise you will lose our minds.
I mean we've already lost our mountains
minds. We don't want to lose it even
more. So you can get more time back by
sharing your calendar and what you do
and you know if you're wasting time here
and wasting time there. You can identify
where you're wasting time on low low
values low value tasks. And I would say
delegate. Delegate as quickly as you
can. You shouldn't be doing $10 tasks.
You want to know what you're worth.
Usually you know you look at what you're
making per year or what you were making
in your previous company or career
and you divide that by 2,000 hours. So,
if it's $100,000 divided by 2,000 hours,
what's that? Is that $50 an hour? One
second.
$100,000
divided by 2,000 hours. Yeah, that's
$50. That's 50 bucks. We If you're worth
$50 an hour, you should not be doing $10
tasks. Hire someone from the Philippines
or if you're in America, maybe there's
some other places in the world. Um, but
yeah, delegate. Okay. How are we doing
for time, by the way? Okay. Okay. Okay.
All right.
Yeah. I might go maybe 5 minutes, 10
minutes over if that's okay. So, just to
complete it all. Now, AI for hiring and
training. So, you can have training
docs, onboarding sequences, built-in
minutes. So, we have a we even have a
GPT for hiring as well. So, you can turn
your process into repeatable systems for
your team. I have SOPs for whenever we
onboard people in our team. But you
know, AI AI amplifies everything. It
amplifies your voice. It doesn't replace
it. Yeah. That's that's the main thing
that I want you to hear about all of
this training. And I believe this is the
last point. Deep research and agents
mode.
If you get good at just doing deep
research whenever you need it,
AI will go through the whole internet
and even agents mode will go through the
whole internet and find whatever you
need. I needed something recently. It
was magnetic
um signs for my garage to sit on
different shelvings and I just did my
head in finding them. So I just went on
an agent AI agent. I said find me this
and this and this that can fit there and
magnetic and I can write with the with a
marker. It found me one and all I had to
do is just pay done
it. I don't I don't know how I would
have found that website. It was one of
those really old looking websites like a
commercial one you know they they
probably do sell to other businesses. So
use deep research. Use use agents mode.
This is fortune 500 level intelligence.
It really is.
You can use all these chip claw gemini
gro.
And then you compile all the research if
you want to be more accurate. And what I
do is I compile I say is there any
nuances? Is there anything different?
Anything clashing here?
For example, I was looking at Dan
Kennedy's books. So, I've got a couple
of his books, but I' I've been, you
know, the more I read, the more I see
people quoting, oh, I learned everything
from Dan Kennedy, everything. I'm like,
screw this. I'm going to buy everything
from him. So, so I went into a deep
research and I went to another one, deep
research and then agents mode and I just
pulled up the list and I'm like, are we
missing any books here? You know what I
mean? And it'll tell you, okay, this
book is missing. This other AI found
another book. So, you could just compile
them all together.
You want to do some research, find every
successful coaching company in niche.
Find out what they're selling, how much
they're selling for, what the guarantees
are, what the systems are, what the
pricing is, what the point of difference
are, and you can get it in a
spreadsheet. AI agents can actually do
that for you.
Now, AI opens multiple browsers as well.
If you have AI, the uh what do you call
it? AI chat GPT. Can't remember the
name. They've got a new browser and it
actually goes and does its own research.
You can open 10 windows and it just do
itself. Actually, you could even do it
on Google. You just go in agents mode
and just start researching on its own.
Okay, so you're the architect and AI.
You've got AI as a worker.
Now, these are the strengths as we're
coming closer to the end. This is these
are the strengths that I've noticed.
JPT, it's just good for general
intelligence, GPTs, agents mode, and now
it's got Atlas. That was the name I was
searching be before. Just have a bit of
water. Claude is good for long form
writing. So copyrightiting
strategic thinking
actually coding too. I just don't do
coding at this point. Gemini is good for
analytical work.
And for Kareema,
she loves Gemini. Photo creation. My
goodness. Gemini is the best. I mean,
the best really. I was just playing
around with it and and
I showed my graphic designer. He's like,
"Bro, this would have taken me three
hours. It took me way less than three
hours." So, I fired him. No, I was just
joking. He's still with us.
Anyway, so the next thing is Grock. So,
this is real time Twitter research.
So, you've got many tools, many, many
different tools. The right tool for the
right job equals unstoppable output.
Now, this is becoming a world-class AI
commander. I'll go through this a little
bit quicker. So, you're you're you're
the architect. Start new chats to avoid
sluggish performance, by the way. So, if
you see sluggish performance, start new
chats. Threat an AI sometimes like you
are an idiot. Stop doing that. I told
like seriously, you got to speak to it
sometimes in that way so it starts
listening. I do show respect. I say
thank you. But when it's doing my head
in, I say stop doing my head in. You've
repeated yourself. And I told you I have
to treat it like my child sometimes.
and it tries to people please you. So,
so do it and it'll listen.
Now, use AI to teach you better
prompting. So, if you're not that good
with prompting, you can get a prompt and
say, "How do I make this prompt even
better?" Okay, even better than that,
take it to take it to, you know, Claude
and see how you can make it a better
prompt and go back and forth, wrestle.
Okay, get results from a deep chat. So
what you could do here, let's just say
remember I said you have you can have a
very deep chat chat with voice AI and
then get it to break everything down
that you spoke about. You can create a
little SOP from that too or you can
create a prompt so that you can very
quickly get back to that framework or or
speak to another AI very quickly. So say
make a prompt that will catch up another
AI very quickly just based off this
whole conversation
prompt prompter save it in your notes
Google drive boom or AI prompts folder
boom you see what I'm saying get
organized and you'll just
one year from now man you'll be
surprised where you are
when chat when chat gets sluggish don't
lose your work this is one way that you
do it ask AI to write you a complete
prompt prompt for the next chat
as well. Instant training. It's kind of
like what I just said before, but you
can start another chat and and and like
you landing page chat. Boom. Really
quickly, you just take off where you
left off.
Now, don't let it mold your personality.
Sometimes people just let AI take over.
I would just let it speed you up, speed
up what you already have.
Okay?
And in now nowadays, look, everyone
should be using AI. So let clients know
that you use AI for speed. If someone's
like, "Oh, is this AI built?" Everyone's
needs to be using AI for speed, not
replacement.
If we're building without some sort of
AI in the background, I mean, we're
going to be left behind. So my biggest
encouragement is find a way to remain
human while using AI as well. Okay? So
you you can avoid the AI slop content,
but maintain authenticity. I think what
people are missing these days, guys,
authenticity. People want realness. They
really do. I decided to do way more
master classes and events now. Why?
Because I want that human connection. I
want people to meet me. I want people I
want, you know, it's just normal content
written. We don't feel it as much. I
mean, it's nice, but it's nice to
connect. Who agrees? It's nice to
connect.
So now, yeah. So now you have a smart
partner to do research. You have a smart
partner to do everything. Sound more
educated, more research, more
authoritative.
So AI is a builder, but you're the
brain. You are the architect. You're the
brain. Without your vision, AI builds
nothing. And with with it, AI builds
anything that you want.
Now, this you don't have to take this
exactly morning, evening, but just get
the get the concept behind this. If you
want AI to help you throughout the day,
in the morning, you can use AI to
clarify your main priorities. Hey, this
is my to-do list. What should be the
main priority? What's the biggest
money-making activity here? What's the
bear that I need to, you know, take on?
Okay. Throughout the day, voice chat for
idea expansion. You're about to before
the call, I had a couple of different
chats with AI cuz I had some ideas for
the call. Boom. I changed a slide. I
changed this. I changed that.
Evening, ask AI to analyze your day.
Share what you did. Share how much money
you made. Share how many calls you did.
Share the week and it'll tell you, "Yep,
you you weren't profitable because of
this. You need to be doing more of this.
You need to be doing more of that.
And then, as I said, you could even dump
your client work in there, get feedback,
and refine systems for them as well.
Now, here are some very quick tools. I
did say we're not going to go too much
into tools. It's more of the mindset,
how to use it, the architecture. But
here are some things I think everybody,
most people should have. Cap, Fathom or
similar. Descript is really good. Canva,
you've got Zoom with all the, you know,
AI stuff these days as well. CHP Atlas.
If you want to take a screenshot, take
it real quick. This is not as important.
Main the main thing from today is just
the mindset of how to use everything AI
based. Okay? And if you need these, you
miss this, you want to, you know, we can
send it to you. All right? So AI doesn't
replace coaches. Just remember that. But
coaches who use AI will replace those
who don't. That is the truth. The
coaches who use AI will replace the
others. Now, everyone here has seen the
blueprint, but knowing isn't building.
That that's the truth. knowing isn't
building. That's not enough. And most
coaches, they try to do things, they,
you know, DIY, do it yourself,
but they end up staying stuck. And the
reason the reason for that is because
they don't have organized SOPs, they
don't have architected GPTs. And
honestly, this is just AI stuff I'm
talking about, but offers, marketing
systems, sales systems, you know, the
systems that run all the stuff behind
the scenes, the relationship building,
the authority building, the influence
that you develop in the marketplace.
They don't have a lot of that. They
don't have clarity on what to build. So
AI amplifies what you have. But if you
have confusion, it amplifies that as
well. And right now having a community
and mark my words, this is a new model.
This is this is going to become if if
you catch this, you you're going to grow
a lot more. I'm a big believer in
one-on-one stuff. I am. But I'm also a
big believer in community because now
with more AI stuff, people are just sick
and tired. These days you have to just
sometimes you this becomes so real some
videos on YouTube I look at some stuff
birds and birds having an egg at
someone's balcony and my kids are
watching like oh go can you go in the
comments for a second okay that's AI man
it's AI that's AI so we want realness so
so so community and support that's more
than that's more important than ever
before some people don't even want to
don't even need the strategies to make
money with you these days or to to do
health, you know, they can train on
their own, they can have fitness on
their own, but they're just sick and
tired of the fake world out there that
they just want to be a part of a
community as well. So, if you're
building a program, it's I like
oneonone, but I also like hybrid. So,
we've actually just done something and
we've moved towards a bit of a hybrid
model.
So, if anyone here is ready to build
their empire,
I mentioned this in December. I'm sure
some of you are on the call. Um, we're
launching something. I'm not selling
anything on the call today, but what I'm
doing, I'm announcing what we're doing
moving forward. Okay, anyone ready?
Jesse, I had a bit of a combo with you
about this. So, we mainly do we we do a
lot of business coaching, business
strategy. We have a VA service as well.
We've got um the whole service uh that
that takes people from offer creation
all the way to marketing and uh sales
structure and and accountability and
helping people make money and get past
10K to 20K and beyond. But what we what
we wanted to do is introduce something
brand new that's actually our cheapest
offer interestingly
but it is not cheap. It's so valuable.
But the reason why we're able to do it
at a lower price is actually the first
offer that's in the hundreds. Everything
else that we have is in the thousands.
Okay. So, I am introducing Coach Scale
Alliance. Okay. This is a brand new
model when it's not out yet. So, if
anyone's like anyone likes some of the
stuff that we've shared and if you don't
like enough yet, you can come next week
and come next week after that. Come see
if you like us. But we're doing
something so special in the marketplace.
We're creating an empire with partners,
okay? An alliance with people. So,
there's a couple things here. So, we're
going to have weekly calls with Don't
worry about the timing, but I wanted to
do something suitable for USA and
Australia
and partly Europe. We we'll figure
something else out for for Europe as
well, but mainly it's, you know, in
Australia, it's going to be possibly
between 10 and 12. haven't locked this
in fully, but it is um yeah, it's it's
it's most likely going to be during the
day. Uh we're going to have scoreboards,
coaching, hot seats, weekly commitments.
We have um systems that we've built that
monitor productivity per day, and we
make sure people are hitting their goals
per week. No like crazy pressure, but
just to make sure people are hitting the
numbers so they could be making money
every single week. And then we're
iterating every single week. There's a
structure of what we're speaking about
from offers to pipeline to sales to
analyzing sales calls to, you know,
clarity for for people's offers and
improving closing and and objections.
There's going to be more information in
a page that I can show you in a second.
templates, tools, softwares, everything
that we have, including my team support
doing hot seat, sorry, doing doing like
office hours and helping people with
their tech and helping people with their
branding and graphics and all that. I
wanted to bring something that I can
support more people in a community. We
still have one-on-one stuff that we do.
We do, okay, but we're also now doing
hybrid as well. So, people can go
oneonone with me, but they'll still have
this, okay? And another thing that we're
introducing that I actually so love, if
you remember in the beginning of my my
training, I showed a lot of crystals and
awards. I've given away over 2,000
awards in my in my career. So, we said,
you know what, screw it. We're going to
we're going to make people we're going
to spoil people with so many awards um
that are productivity based and uh you
know, financial based. So, when people
crack a certain amount, they they get
this. When people do other other things,
they get that. And then we're going to
have a hub where people partner up for
podcasts, for collaborations, for stage
presence. So I'm going to be running
calls and then every maybe a couple of
months uh we introduce people that are
in the community to come and present
with us so they can the whole concept of
this is to elevate together and raise
everyone's influence together and then
bring other coaches into the community,
train and start all these different
alliances. Um this is really cool. I
can't explain everything to you until
the time is right. Uh, but all I know is
that this is going to be so special.
There's a reason why we chose alliance
because I I'm I'm building allies. It's
not easy to win by yourself, guys. It
really isn't. Even if you're making
money, it's not easy to win by yourself
anyway. It gets a little bit lonely,
doesn't it? So, we wanted to build
something that's that's affordable
enough, valuable enough, and you're just
going to get smack. Like in fact the
things that I'm giving extras, free
software, go high level, all these free
things, they're probably worth the fee
anyway.
So if you want to register your
interest, this is the QR code or the
link. You can register your interest.
That's all we're doing right now. We're
not selling nothing right now. All we're
doing is getting interest. We want to
know who's interested and then we'll
have a chat with you and let you know
what what exactly is going to be in
there. And then from there, we'll just
reach out to you. This is launched in
March.
So, right now it's about a month and a
bit away. So, the full value stack will
come as we go along. Although although I
I should have written this in there, but
I'll just say it. The first 10 people
that lock in their their interest.
What's going to happen is we're going to
we're going to collect a smaller
deposit,
they're going to have a founders price,
which is going to be cheaper, okay, for
certain for a certain period of time.
So, if you are genuinely interested, put
take this, you know, screenshot,
you know, register yourself in there and
we'll contact you and we'll let you know
what to do from there. Is that cool?
And if you don't like us, by the way,
we've got we're going to have a policy
which is really cool. Love it or leave
it. In 30 days, you get your money back.
Love it or leave it. Love it or leave
it. You just got to show up to a couple
of calls. You can't just ditch us and
say, "Hey, I don't like you guys. Um, I
don't know exactly what the terms are,
but I'm going to make it easy for people
to get in and get out if they want
because I'd rather someone out if they
don't enjoy it. You understand what I'm
saying? So, we're making it easy, but
again, we're building an empire.
Remember this name and I don't say this
out of arrogance whatsoever. I I
promise. I'm saying this because you
know the do or die concept. I'm I'm at a
like with my with got so many kids and
so much dreams.
It's either you're going to see me on
the top of the mountain with my crew or
you're going to see us dead on the side
for what we got eaten by a bear. But we
are not stopping. I'll tell you right
now. And you know, we've got we've got
some protection gear with us anyway. So,
we're not going to die. God, God forbid.
But that's, you know, we got such a
insatiable hunger. We really want to
make this happen in a big big way. I've
made a million dollars organically in 18
months of doing coaching. Okay? Now, I I
don't say that to brag. I did have
influence when I got in. Sure. I made
50,000 in my first 30 days. However,
after 7 months of building and I made
about 3 350K, I hit a wall and I that
wall was painful and I went to zero. And
it turns out cuz I was certifying people
as a master trainer. It turns out you
can't certify people more than once.
It's a bit weird to do that. Once
they're certified, they're certified.
So, I had to learn organic marketing,
finding new people, warming people up,
ads, everything that I've learned in my
experience is going to come here. Now,
last thing, and thank you if you've
still stayed here till now. Last thing
I'm going to do is if anyone wants a
little bit more details and you are
serious, please. This is only if you're
serious. I'm running this call. Uh
Deborah, if you got to go, that's okay.
Yeah. If you're serious, I'm running a
growth game plan call for people that
want to know a little bit more about
what I do. Take a screenshot of this.
Um, just I, you know, I need to know
that you're serious about this or you're
considering uh more information about
the the group stuff or even one-on-one
stuff. I do a lot of stuff from VA
services to uh one-on-one coaching and
then the hybrid. Grace will send this to
everyone on the private group anyway.
All right, Grace, you can send that
because I don't want to keep everybody
too long. But guys, I appreciate you.
Thank you for staying here. We we don't
we we want to implement. We want to help
people make money and actually build
real businesses here. This is not about
vibes. It's not just not just about
culture. We we love culture, but we want
culture plus people winning and making
money. So, we're designing and
engineering and and architecting this
whole thing to make it so exciting for
you to do that with us. Okay? So, I'm
here to stay longterm and and build a
powerful tribe.
Thank you guys for investing 90 minutes
or actually probably like 100 minutes
now. Appreciate you. You have a
recording for 24 hours after this call.
All righty. Take care guys. By the way,
before before you go, before you go,
pause, pause, pause, pause before you
go. 30 seconds. I have a training next
week
and one of the biggest things right now
that you could do is build a personal
brand. What are the biggest things that
you could do is build a personal brand?
So, I'm running something next week on
Thursday. And do we have any Americans
here on the call? Anyone from USA at
all? Okay. I know Janaki, you're from
you're from USA. For the first time,
we're running two calls. One at 11:00
a.m. my time, which is 400 p.m. um
America or 7:00 p.m. depending where you
are, and then another one in the
evening. So, here are the links. take a
screenshot of this. We're having two
events every single week from now on
because uh some of my American buddies
don't make it live. They register, a lot
of them register and I just felt like,
you know what, at 2026, we should
probably just release a time suitable
for them. For my Australian buddies,
feel free to come to both or one. It
doesn't matter.
Okay. Now, for some of you that have
been attending my events for a while,
you're probably probably excited about
this. We get a little bit more time
together. But that is it, my friends.
You guys take care and I will see you
next week. Okay. Get yourself
