Gavin Newsom is PANICKING — J.D. Vance Just Found It ALL

Welcome back to Explain America. This is

2028 presidential hopefuls just get a

large black eye on his record because JD

Vance isn't fooling around. He was

tapped as the head of a fraud task force

and what they found is absolutely

chilling. This is absolutely disgusting

what Gavin Newsome has been presiding

over in the state of California. And uh

well, it is quite a wreck uh what's

going on there and it is costing

taxpayers in California tens of billions

of dollars and this is a disaster. But

uh JD Vance, he has a big announcement

and we're going to break this down soon.

Somali fraud scandal in Minnesota, there

have been a lot of astute political

watchers and investigative journalists

pointing a finger at the Golden State of

California as the epicenter of massive

fraud in the United States. Now, the

state of California is a one party

state. Democrats have been running it

and running it into the ground for

decades there. Uh, the days of Ronald

Reagan being governor of California,

they are long gone. And so, uh, ever

since the Democrats got a strangle hold

on California, they have been looting it

absolutely shamelessly and they have

ransacked it for tens of billions, if

not hundreds of billions of dollars. And

one of the fraud scandals that JD

Vance's team has been able to hone in on

is hospice and Medicare, Medicaid fraud.

California targeting alleged healthc

care fraudsters. William Lines has more

from Coina, California. That's just east

of LA. Um, you've been on this story for

a while. What happened?

>> Uh, good morning, Dana. Yeah, this is

the first takedown for the new White

House fraud task force. Uh, they

arrested two owners of two hospices here

in greater Los Angeles. They're accused

of collectively stealing about $16

million from taxpayers. And this money

was intended, right, for compassionate

endof life care for the terminally ill.

Here's some video we shot earlier today

of the FBI making those arrests of a

husband and wife. He a doctor, she a

nurse, co-owners of the St. Francis

Pallet of Care Hospice in Glendale. And

what they were doing was this, admitting

people who are not qualified for

hospice, but build the government as if

they were about $30,000 per patient.

When the benefits ran out, they dropped

them. Here's the kicker. Nationally 80%

of adults admitted or people admitted to

hospice die usually in the first few

weeks. Here almost nobody died after

eight months. 97% left alive.

They've been booking the taxpayers for

over $7 million close to $8 million. And

it's toll all total fraudulent hospice

services. They were signing up people

who are not terminally terminally ill.

Uh they were forging the documents, the

medical records, and they were

collecting taxpayer dollars and uh

they've been charged and this morning

they were arrested.

Here's another arrest uh down in Topanga

Hospice. And here they were paying

kickbacks to the patients, giving them

$600 a month in an envelope. That's

because they were getting reimbursed

from the feds about $6,000 a month. Now

they are also paying marketers to find

seniors and take their Medicare card.

They built the government for about $8

million not eligible and they were not

terminally ill.

>> The name of this endeavor is you know

project never say die because the folks

who are in the nursing in the uh hospice

facilities owned by this couple and

their family don't seem to ever pass

away.

>> So the feds are here for a reason.

California is giving out thousands of

los hospice licenses to people who are

unqualified, no oversight, and of course

taxpayers been paying it for it ever

since. Dana.

>> Okay, we're going to follow this one.

>> And we're talking about fraudulent

licenses and a lack of due diligence

within California's government. So, if

you want to see the corruption of

California transplanted into the White

House, well, all you'd have to do is go

ahead and elect Gavin Newsome as the

next president of the United States

because that sociopath, he will loot the

US Treasury in ways that you can't even

believe. And California would be just a

warm-up act. And anybody who lives there

knows that tens, if not hundreds of

billions of dollars have been

squandered, looted in many fraudulent

ways. and the Democrat-run government

there. They couldn't care less. They

don't care about taxpayers. They do care

about illegal aliens who they bring in

by the millions. And also the homeless

people there, they use them as a type of

slush fund and a way of moneyaundering.

They say that they are doing things for

uh homeless people there. The problem

has never gotten any better. In fact,

it's gotten worse. They've incentivized

being homeless. So, they uh have gotten

more of it and they can't keep the

streets clean. They can't do anything

despite having a huge budget. Some of

the highest taxes in the country,

including gas taxes. I mean, do

California residents really need the

high gas taxes there. It's uh over 52

cents a gallon, I believe, on uh a

gallon of gas. And right now with the

high gas prices, it looks like

California politicians, they they don't

give a damn about anyone. They don't

they don't care about the voters. They

don't care about uh anything except

looting taxpayers and uh well flooding

the state with illegal aliens and mass

mailing balance that goes who's who

knows where. No signature checking uh of

any appreciable kind and uh it looks

like they are freaking out over the

possibility of the Save America Act.

They know the gig would be up there and

uh their days of running it like a third

world country, a banana republic would

be over. So this is just the tip of the

iceberg and JD Vance's fraud team, well

looks like they stumbled on a huge
