I Survived 100 Days on a LAKE in Minecraft Hardcore

I'm going to spend the next 100 days

transforming this lake into the ultimate

survival base, all in hardcore

Minecraft. But of course, our adventure

begins right here on day one. And by the

looks of it, we spawned in some type of

savannah biome. The savannah is cool,

but not exactly where I want to build

our base. So, let's just say hi to this

little armadillo over here and punch our

very first tree. There we go. Got

ourselves our first log. And let's just

cut down the rest of this tree. Now that

we got ourselves some wood, you already

guessed we're going to turn all of those

into planks. And now that we got some

planks, we can make our crafting table.

Let's chuck this down and then do a 360

for some style points. And then we can

make ourselves some sticks. And now that

we have those, let's make ourselves a

pickaxe and a regular axe. And I'm just

going to use this axe to get ourselves a

little bit of extra wood. 11 extra log

should be pretty good. I'm happy with

that. And I did spot a little mini cave

right beside our crafting table. So,

let's head down here and get ourselves a

little bit of cobble. Just going to get

ourselves enough for some basic tools as

well as a furnace. All right, sweet. We

got plenty of cobble now. So, let's make

ourselves a few more sticks. And now

that we have those, we can make

ourselves a better pickaxe, a better

axe, a shovel, as well as a sword. And

we got to remember to make our furnace,

too. All righty. But let's pick up our

crafting table and one of these acacia

saplings. Maybe maybe a few of them. But

our next objective now is to get

ourselves some food as well as some wool

so that we can make a bed. I think I see

some sheep over there in the distance.

But before we head over, let's just get

ourselves a little bit of sugar cane.

All right, little sheepies. I'm sorry to

do it, but I need some wool for a bed.

So, uh, goodbye and goodbye. But of

course, that only gave us two wool. We

got to find another sheep. There are so

many animals over here, though. So,

let's just kill all of these guys and

stockpile a bunch of food. For how many

animals there are, there's still no more

sheep, which is a little bit unfortunate

because we still need more wool to make

a bed. And the sun is already setting.

You know what? We don't even need a

sheep. Oh, wait. Is there a sheep here

anyways? Okay, I was going to say we

don't even need a sheep because look

what I just spotted. There's a village

over here. Yeah, forget killing sheep.

We can just steal one of these villager

beds. Thank you very much. Good night.

Kicking off day two. We are pretty

hungry, so let's get some of this food

smelted up. And while we wait for that

to do its thing, let's place down our

crafting table and make ourselves a few

more sticks. And then using these, I

want to make ourselves a hoe. Using this

thing, we can grab all of these hay

bales, which are going to be super

useful as both food as well as to breed

animals. Moving along, let's loot the

rest of this village. We got ourselves,

okay, a leather tunic. I guess that's uh

some early game armor. What about on

this side here? Okay, some cauldrons.

I'll I'll take those. You know, why not?

This village is lowkey bigger than I

thought it was going to be. We got

another chest here with some food and

some seeds and some saplings. And I

mean, if we do have some bread now, we

might as well just go ahead and eat

this. Yeah, another house over here to

loot with uh Okay, wait, a bucket. Let's

go. Might as well just fill this up with

some water. It might save our life

later. There's even more hay bales over

here. So, you already know I'm going to

pick all of these up. And there's even

some melons. I definitely want some

melons. So, give me these, please. I'm

trying to see if there's any other crop

types hiding in these farms. I would

love to get some potatoes and some

carrots. I'm not having any luck so far,

but you know what? That's all right.

This village is so much bigger than I

thought it was. It has so many houses.

And this one right here has our very

first emeralds. Not exactly part of the

village, but I did just spot some coal

over here in the cliff side. So, we

should definitely pick this up. All of

the villagers are gathering around this

bell, but I want it. So, sorry guys, but

it's mine now. I think it would also be

a good idea to take out this golem. So,

let's just pill her up and punch this

guy. Really hoping this guy will drop a

decent amount of iron. Oh my goodness.

Wait, is my inventory already full? No

way. I guess I don't need this short

grass or this egg. And how much iron did

we get? Okay, three. We didn't get a

whole lot, but it is enough to make

ourselves an iron pick. So, let's go

ahead and do that. And I think the sun

is already setting again. Are you

kidding me? Uh, villager, get out of the

bed, please. I want to use it. I think

there's just a few more houses for us to

check out. And let's see what this one

right here has. Oh my goodness, a

bundle. That is actually perfect timing

because our inventory is getting super

full. This is going to be super helpful.

Going to grab these last few hay bales

because I can't help myself. But after

that, we should be ready to continue our

adventure. Oh yeah, I guess I should

grab our cooked chicken as well as the

actual furnace. I almost completely

forgot about this stuff. And for that

matter, let's grab our crafting table

back as well. I want to do a lot of

building over the next 100 days. So, I

think we should try to find a suitable

lake for our base as soon as possible so

we can get started right away. I mean, I

will grab anything cool that I see along

the way, like these wild flowers, but we

really got to lock in. Wait a minute. I

just spotted some dark oak trees over

here, which is one of my favorite wood

types. So, we should definitely grab

some of these saplings. I am playing on

a completely random seed, so I don't

know how long it's going to take. Oh my

goodness. My my axe just broke. Let's go

ahead and make ourselves a new axe. But

what I was trying to say is that I'm

playing on a completely random seed. So

hopefully finding a good lake for our

base isn't too difficult. I think we'll

figure it out. But let's just get

ourselves a few more saplings and then

we can carry on. Got ourselves 12

saplings now. So operation find a lake

continues. Looks like there's something

here. Is this a lake? Uh more of like a

river. I'm really trying not to get too

distracted, but look what I just spotted

at the very top of this hill. That is a

spruce tree. So, let's get ourselves up

there because I for sure want some of

those saplings, too. Oh, wait. No way.

An emerald. What? I cannot believe we

just found an emerald like that out in

the open, but I'll take it. Well, let's

not get too distracted and cut down this

spruce tree. And I think it's like the

only spruce tree in this area. So,

hopefully it drops some saplings. I feel

like we should be able to get at least

one, but now that I'm saying it, I'm

probably going to jinx it. Or maybe not,

because look at that, we just got

ourselves a spruce sapling. This is also

a good vantage point to look for a lake.

There is this one over here, but I think

it's a little bit too big. So, we got to

keep searching. I'm sure we'll find a

good one. It's just a matter of time.

And I'm thinking it might be a little

bit easier to search on the water. So,

let's go ahead and make ourselves a

boat. Grab our crafting table back.

Place that down. And let's go. I really

want an area like this. You know, a nice

large lake with some land all around it,

but this is just way too big. I

seriously thought it was going to be so

much easier to find a lake, but this

might be a little bit more tricky than I
