Pastor Marlene Oestlund: Final lap - Oil press
全トランスクリプト
Okay. Lady Senette, will you please open
for us?
Good morning, Lady Melindy. Good
morning, everyone. Sure.
Lord God, we just want to honor you this
morning.
We just want to thank you
that we
are part
of you,
Lord. We honor you as our bridegroom.
Thank you, Lord. You know that each one
of us said yes to you. We said yes to
the calling. We said yes. We want to be
part of your bride. And this morning I
pray Lord that you will just take us
deeper
deeper into your intimacy into that
place where we become one with you
Lord and we declare that this is all
about you. We love you. We honor you. We
glorify you for you are the king of
kings
and you love each one of us deeply
and intimately.
You know each one of us. Lord.
Thank you for this beautiful privilege
to once again come and enter in. We say
yes Lord. We choose to enter in,
to come and sit with you and to dine
with you and to receive from you your
love and all the deep things of your
spirit.
We honor you, Lord.
Thank you for this opportunity. Thank
you, Holy Spirit.
We pray it in the beautiful name, the
name above all names, our king Jesus.
Amen.
Amen. Thank you very much. All right.
Good morning, Pastor Molen. Thank you
for your time this morning. Again, I'm
going to hand over to you and you're
welcome to start then.
>> Thank you very much. Good morning to you
all. Thank you, Lady Sunette, for this
powerful deep prayer. It just really
puts it in alignment of what we're going
to share today. And I just want to say
thank you for everybody who made the
effort to wear sporty clothing. It
definitely lets me feel I'm not in the
class or the office, but we're on the
tracks. And that's exactly where we need
to find ourselves.
>> Can I just say I think Lady Vanessa wins
um the dress up for today. I commend you
for going all out.
I see you now, Lady Vanessa. I think
that's how we need to gear because right
now where we going, that would be very
wise to get up like that protection.
Well done. Well done, woman.
Y So, I'm going to take off my helmet
now.
Wow. Oh, great. Great. Okay. So, I just
quickly want to recap. So, we know we
are busy with the final lap and lesson
one was about ready,
that readiness on the track. And today
we are doing ready and then it's steady.
And um recapping from lesson one was for
me profound that
from moving from operation
Christian to
a daughter that loves and adors and
waits for my bridegroom. Is there
anybody who would like to say anything
about uh lesson one?
Anything that stood out or anything that
walked with you through the week?
Okay, good. All right. So, we're going
to do now as you know in the athletics
in the tracks very sit. Now if you would
sit on the podium, you would think sit
is a is from the outward a very quiet
still movement
getting ready. You see the athletes are
warming up and doing exercise and the
numbers and everything and muscles
stretching and practicing and then they
come into the tracks. Now that set is
usually also the podium everybody's
asked to be quiet
and from the outward it looks like
nothing is happening and it is
rightfully so because everything
is happening deep internally
now in in the walk of Jesus Christ that
sit moment
is the moment of the oil press
and the moment of wait.
Does anybody know what is God's oil
press?
Has anyone Oh, let me see. You can just
lift up. Has any been somebody been in
the oil press of God?
Can you just
Okay. All right. Okay.
So the oil press if we take it
definitionually wise like they would do
the olive oil um that is a machine to
extract oil from the olives by applying
pressure to the olives right spiritually
seen it's an intense
sacrificial and transformative process
Um, it is from a deep instruction of the
true valuable that is actually inside of
you. And though it is extremely painful,
it is extremely intense,
it actually from that brings forth joy,
a deep joy. Um, like the olives, if you
eat them, I don't know if anybody ate
olives raw. Did anybody eat olives raw?
They extremely bitter.
And interesting enough, if you go and
research, I don't know, I can't remember
the biological name, but there is a
certain name that the olive have on
around them
for selfp protection.
And it was like so that the animals
won't just eat it and and people, you
know, if animals come to eat it, then it
is has a bitter taste to it. And I was
just thinking taking it prophetically,
spiritually, I think that our trying to
protect ourselves also creates this
bitterness. And so that olives just as
it is not tasteful, is not used.
Actually, it is only after it has been
pressured,
crushed,
pressed out that we get that beautiful
um utilities out of olive oil. And that
is exactly what we're going through. And
sitting here and talking about it, it's
like, oh,
but those who've gone through it, you
will understand. It's a very it's
pressing and crushing of many sides.
It's intense.
Um it is something in your whole being
just wants to escape from it or you just
want to fix it. So olives are pressed
the same olive is pressed three times.
The first time the pressing of the olive
is your best oil and that is what's used
for anointing oil.
Um, thank you for Yeah. I carb. Thank
you Melanie. Um,
so that is used for a sacrificial oil
and also
that oil is used for the lamps in the
temple in the old biblical times.
And that moment a deep re revelation
came for me. It's my opinion. It's not
something written. It's my opinion is
that I had this picture about the 10
virgin with the oil five. I just thought
okay must just always be ready. Just
walk always be obedient and everything.
And then I just came to me and I was
like no no no it's very costly. It is
having allowed God to press that oil so
that you have oil in the lamp
and also we say it often and so
how can I say like it's easy something
just happens without involvement of
oneself is that we always say new wine
can't go in old skin wine skin you know
how how it's how it's expanded and
renewed is like crushing it, crushing
those uh mindset limitations, crushing
us out of our comfort zones. So that is
that is what happens with the olive. So
the second time that they press out of
that is for healing. They use that oil
for healing and in different creams and
medication they put it in. The third
time they use it for soaps.
And what is so profound about that is
that Jesus Christ went also through
three times olive oil pressing.
So I want us somebody can somebody just
read for me uh Luke chapter 22. Somebody
can just open up for me there.
Good morning. I'm there. Which uh verse
do I read?
>> Um thank you so much. Um sir Roario, if
