Unboxing | Slingshot Slingwing V3, Hard Handle.

hey everybody slingshot V3 hard handle HH as you see right here the B3 slingshot

h8 we're gonna just got these I think about three days ago we're gonna open it up a little

too cold to actually go ride it but we're gonna go through the process of unbagging

this sucker and showing you what this is all about it's gonna follow along hope you like

got bad let's see what else we got in this guy got your leash

nice bag a little lightweight packs down good got your manuals here a little tag

you can actually flip that around put your name number address uh in any other contact

info hopefully get your wing back if you lost it at the beach all right

it's like get a repair kit too so that's cool get that width out so sorry that package

got intake in here gonna throw this down inside

then take here

that down you got your bars your handles

off you go

all right pumped up the V3 hard Handle by slingshot oh we definitely have the strap version

of the V3 we got all the different types we've got the strap the handle

and then we even got the boom which is the javelin so the slingshot's coming

with definitely a lot of options for Riders and wherever you want to go whether it's the Boom

the strap handle or the hard handle you're gonna find windy formula for you

the boom it's definitely going to be geared towards maybe traditional wind servers or people

that are looking for the ultimate direct contact and basically you can fly with one hand anywhere

you want to go on this thing this is really nice because unlimited amounts of options of where

you're going to be able to put your hands when you're doing your tax any jobs transitions jumps

this channel is going to allow you to have that and the shape's going to be a little flatter so

the sling Wings this will have the flatter profile between the two this will definitely like to go

fast and straight and it does have a little extra little detail here which is a little down hole

that actually secures the boom to the strut but as you pull on this strap this actually tightens

the leech for the the canopy so it creates a little more high-end performance on this wing

so everybody's familiar with the straps it's probably wondering who would want the strap so

who would want the straps people that are getting in the sport places where it's unforgivable up

and down winds Free Riders surf people looking for good downwind performance of locking because this

will be the lightest of all the three Wings in the slingshot lineup so that would be you

know something that the sling wing with the straps would be kind of more designed towards

as we get to the sling with the hard handles this is all about Direct Connect but a little

bit of the performance of the free ride and surf ability but also adding a little bit more of the

freestyle component into this so this is really going to allow you to have the direct connect of

the wing itself you'll be able to almost fly it with one hand in both cases so it's really going

to allow you to you know know where the wing is at all times and then it's you know Gusty

areas you are going to feel it through these hard handles because they just don't have the give or

the suspensions that the straps do that allow the wing to be a little more user friendly and those

really Gusty conditions one thing I notice on these straps we have these little rubber

bumpers so that's probably going to help protect the board if it hits the board or yourself and

then one thing I did notice it has this really nice almost like a pistol grip hand hold so when

you're flying or going down again you can really control it by this one front handle and not just

the strap up front by actually locked in you're actually going to be able to control it and hold

it so that's one unique thing that these handles are going to give you ah it's still a little hard

with no wind in it but definitely controllable with your wrist something that's going to be nice

if you're going down the line in a hard situation in a swell you're probably going to be able to

control this and pivot this a little bit easier to follow you while you're going down the line than
