talk about ICD10 CM for the next um I

guess six or seven more weeks and then

we're going to move on to CPT. So, let's

pace yourself and you can know like,

to give you tips on how to navigate your

course and point out key guidelines.

That is the purpose of this course

class.

order. First, you'll need the official

CPC. I'm you'll need the official ICD10

CM guidelines, right? And we give it to

the step bucks step-by-step medical

coding textbook only the textbook. You

can click here for it. We recommend not

getting the new one to save money. So,

2023 through 2026. It's your preference.

Also, the ICD10 CM professional or

hospital. We recommend The Hospital by

Optum. And I'm going to show you why.

Again, we recommend Hospital by Optum.

Those two books are the same. The

biggest difference are is the hospital

has specific indicators that are going

to help you whether you're taking the

facility or the professional exam. And

I'm going to show you in a moment. You

just click here. And we are allowing

we're allowed to give you all our um

Optum promo code. They gave us

Yes, they are more less expensive,

much less in my opinion. You can also

get the CPT manual for the reduced rate.

you can get your hickpicks level two and

AMCI MCG manual. No, there there isn't a

discount. The biggest diff discount

would be if you got the previous year.

If you get 2025, there is a a discount

of course because 2026 is more um and

there is there are some changes, but if

you already have the MCG, do not

purchase it. Don't save if you need to

save money, you know, don't purchase it.

If you can spare the extra, go ahead and

purchase it. We did make updates and

changes, but if you want to save money,

you can do the updates yourself. Okay.

Okay. So, someone said, "Is the optimum

better than AAPC?" Hey, if anyone has an

AAPC manual, let me know because I'm

going to ask you if you have a specific

indicator when we come across it today.

So, I can't say it's better. I can say

it's better than the 2025 because it

AAPC had not made those adjustments. But

if they do then, you know, hey, we can,

you know, stick with AAPC. But, um, I'm
