VOLLSTÄNDIGE ABSCHRIFT

0:03

We're not

0:18

back up. BACK UP. BACK UP.

0:24

Do you believe in the first

0:28

election? How many more red?

0:43

>> They thought America would fold. They

0:45

were wrong. The US government just

0:47

dropped the assimilation act, a bill

0:49

that would gut chain migration from

0:51

700,000 people a year all the way down

0:53

to 50,000 and rip up the roots of the

0:56

1965 heart seller act that made it all

0:59

possible. New York's Muslim mayor is

1:01

fighting back against federal

1:02

deportations. But with nearly 1 million

1:05

Muslims in that city alone, the pressure

1:07

coming from Washington is only getting

1:08

started. Because what government is

1:10

proposing next goes far beyond numbers.

1:13

the legal pathways millions of people

1:15

relied on gone. And what happens to

1:18

those already here? That's where this

1:20

gets brutal.

1:22

>> He is leading a new bill that would

1:23

reverse key portions of the Heart

1:25

Sellers Act. That's the 1965 immigration

1:28

act. It would shift it away from these

1:30

family sponsorships, family

1:31

reunification, and back toward answering

1:32

the essential question, when you come to

1:35

America, not only do you want to be an

1:36

American, but do you love America?

1:40

Now joining me is Congressman from

1:42

Tennessee, Republican Andy Ogles. Uh,

1:45

Congressman, it's great to have you on

1:46

the program. Seen a lot of what you've

1:48

been talking about, familiar with your

1:50

proposed bill. I think it's entitled the

1:52

Assimilation Act. Tell me why this has

1:54

been so important to you. This is a

1:56

cause that you almost single-handedly

1:58

have been fighting. Why?

2:00

Well, I mean, just look at our

2:01

communities and one of the things in

2:03

particular, I mean, obviously we see it

2:05

here at home, but we can look to Europe

2:07

to see what's coming down the pike,

2:09

what's on the horizon. So, you can look

2:10

at London, you can look at Paris, you

2:12

can look at Rome, where in Rome, roughly

2:15

70 to 80% of sex crimes are illegals.

2:17

Again, when you look at Paris and you

2:19

look at London, the same types of 50 to

2:21

60% of sex crimes are illegals or these

2:24

migrants. And so, now we've got to get

2:26

serious. Islamic leaders, not fringe

2:28

figures, not anonymous accounts, actual

2:31

imams and community spokespeople on

2:33

camera in the United States, have said

2:35

openly that Sharia law will replace

2:37

American law. Not someday, inevitably.

2:40

They call it a promise from God. They

2:42

say patience is all that's required. And

2:44

they've been quietly building the

2:46

infrastructure to make it happen.

2:47

Mosques, schools, political campaigns,

2:49

nonprofit networks. Meanwhile, the

2:52

American people are waking up. A

2:54

congressman from Tennessee just

2:56

introduced a bill that would gut chain

2:58

migration entirely and forced the

3:00

question that immigration policy hasn't

3:02

asked in 60 years. Do you actually love

3:05

this country? Texas's attorney general

3:08

just killed a plan to plant a city of

3:10

20,000 foreign nationals on Texas soil

3:14

under Sharia governance. And across

3:16

America, taxpayers, veterans, and

3:18

parents are saying enough. Here's why

3:20

this matters to you. Once a political

3:23

ideology controls your streets, your

3:25

elections, and your courts, your

3:27

freedoms go with them. The push back is

3:29

coming from every direction. Congress,

3:31

the courts, and the street. A Republican

3:34

congressman from Tennessee has

3:36

introduced what could be the most

3:37

consequential immigration overhaul of

3:39

this generation. It's called the

3:41

Assimilation Act, and it forces the

3:43

question every functioning immigration

3:45

system should ask, but hasn't asked

3:47

since 1965.

3:49

>> Because, like you said, we've had these

3:50

terrorist attacks. You had the shooting

3:52

in Virginia, the shooting in Texas. You

3:54

had the the attempted bombing in New

3:56

York. You had the car ramming in

3:58

Michigan. And all of these individuals

4:01

hate America. They don't like who we

4:03

are, what we believe in, they don't love

4:05

this country. And quite frankly, this

4:08

idea that you can come here, this chain

4:10

migration, because look, annually under

4:12

chain migration, this family migration,

4:14

it's roughly 700,000 people. My bill

4:17

will take that down to 50,000 people. So

4:20

you actually have to have a reason to be

4:22

here and you actually have to be the

4:23

immediate family, not some distant

4:25

cousin, uncle, whatever. And so this is

4:27

a pragmatic approach. And so before

4:29

1965, before Hart's seller, we had a

4:32

reasonable uh migration immigration

4:35

program. After 1965, you've seen it

4:38

being passed. Then you have this

4:40

floodgate.

4:41

>> 700,000 people a year entering under

4:43

chain migration. an uncle here, a

4:45

distant cousin there, relatives who've

4:47

never set foot in America and have no

4:48

intention of becoming American.

4:50

Congressman Ogles wants to cut that to

4:51

50,000. That's not harsh. That's a

4:54

functioning country defending itself.

4:55

And Europe isn't abstract anymore. It's

4:57

a preview. London, Paris, Rome, cities

5:00

that were once the crown jewels of

5:01

Western civilization, now watching

5:03

violent crime statistics get dominated

5:05

by recent arrivals who have no

5:07

attachment to the culture that built

5:08

those cities. The other half of his

5:11

argument is intent because this isn't

5:13

only about managing numbers. It's about

5:15

what people believe when they arrive and

5:17

what they're planning when they stay.

5:20

The Heartellar Act of 1965, the law Ogul

5:23

wants to reverse, shifted America's

5:25

immigration framework away from merit

5:28

and cultural assimilation toward

5:29

unlimited family chains. The downstream

5:32

effect is communities that have no real

5:34

connection to American history, American

5:37

values, or American law. And some of

5:39

those communities aren't quiet about it.

5:41

They are saying directly what they want.

5:44

Which makes the job of anyone paying

5:45

attention very simple. Believe them.

5:48

Now, Texas has been named by the people

5:50

doing it ground zero for a long-term

5:52

civilizational push. Over 300 mosques,

5:55

hundreds of Islamic nonprofits, and

5:57

reportedly more than $4 billion in

5:59

taxpayer funds routed to Islamic

6:01

entities since 2017. And it nearly got

6:05

significantly worse. Texas almost hosted

6:07

something that should never exist on

6:09

American soil.

6:36

We have enough authority and we have

6:38

enough power. We are obliged as Muslims

6:41

to take the authority away from the

6:42

people who have it and implement the

6:44

Sharia. Now, I hope that can come in a

6:46

very peaceful way. I hope that we can do

6:48

that in a way, you know, where there's

6:49

no bloodshed. The messenger Muhammad

6:51

sallallahu alaihi wasallam said that you

6:53

know if the people if the Muslims have

6:55

authority and they have the ability to

6:57

remove oppression they must remove the

6:59

oppression. So we believe man-made law

7:01

is oppression.

7:02

>> So you believe America, Great Britain,

7:04

all of Europe will be Islamic states

7:07

living under Sharia.

7:08

>> Inevitably, inevitably this will happen.

7:09

This is the promise of God.

7:11

>> You're confident it's going to happen.

7:12

>> I I I'm not confident. I am convinced.

7:14

I'm 100%, you know, certain that the

7:16

Sharia will be implemented in America in

7:18

America. And

7:19

>> Ken Paxton stopped it. That is a

7:21

documented concrete win. 20,000 foreign

7:24

nationals governed under Sharia law on

7:26

Texas soil. That project is finished.

7:29

The people behind it didn't expect

7:31

accountability. They expected the same

7:33

institutional silence that's let similar

7:35

projects metastasize in Europe. They

7:37

miscalculated. That's what it looks like

7:40

when someone in public office actually

7:41

uses their authority. But to understand

7:44

why any of this matters, you have to

7:46

hear what these leaders are actually

7:47

saying, not what the press tells you

7:49

they're saying. Because the corporate

7:51

media version of this story and the

7:53

version coming out of these communities

7:54

own mouths are not the same story. The
