massaging gently massaging your

shoulders
now I'm going to add just a little bit
more
pressure to your
shoulders I'm going to add a little bit
more pressure now okay
and I'm going to just
slightly feather across your
clavicle like
so and right underneath your clavicle
there's a
spot that I'm going to
press that
helps that helps activate the immune
system so I'm going to lightly press
down underneath the clavical bone to try
to reach that pressure
point you let me know if that hurts at
all okay
now I'm going to gently massage
underneath the clavical bone
now I'm going to feather my hands down
your
arms
just ever so
lightly and I'm going to make my way
back up your
arms and back down your
arms going to do that one more time I'm
going to go up your arms
and back down your
arms now I'm going to go ahead and work
on this
arm going to gently squeeze your arms
here with light pressure
and on my way back up I'm going
to add a little bit more
pressure going go ahead and do that
again very light pressure going down the
arm all the way down to the wrist
spend a little time on the wrist
here now I'm going to go ahead and make
my way back up the
arm with light to medium pressure all
the way up to the
shoulder I'm going to take both hands
and really get into this shoulder
here going to add a lot of pressure
okay deep
breaths if
necessary inhale
peace exhale stress
now I'm going to make my way back down
to your
wrist spend a little more time here on
the wrist and then I'm going to go and
massage the fanges the fingers one by
one
I'm just gently
Feathering your
hand getting it prepared for the
massage massaging one finger at a time
putting just enough
pressure where I can feel your carpal
bones add a little pressure on the
hand we don't realize how useful are our
hands are and how important it is to
massage our
hands now I'm going to just flex your
wrists back like that okay and please
let me know if it's if it's too much

okay now I'm going to go ahead and do
the other arm
okay we're going to do the same exact
thing on this
side and let me know if anything hurts
or if you'd like more pressure or less
pressure now I'm just going to feather
down this
arm and on my way
up I'm going to add a little bit more

your
wrist spend a little time on the wrist
here I'm going to make my way back up to
the shoulder going to add quite a bit of
pressure here
relieve
any stress that we may hold in our arms
let that energy
flow adding more pressure

back down to your

going to make my way back up to your
shoulder going to use two hands to
really get into the shoulder
here I'm going to be using a lot of
pressure let me know that's too much

the fanges the fingers one by
one each finger needs love and
attention just like every inch of our
bodies needs every bit of
attention now I'm going to flex the
wrist back like I did on the other side

blade going to really put my back into

here I'm going to put a lot of
pressure going to really dig my
thumbs to your shoulders
here we tend to hold a lot
of a lot of stress and a lot of tension
in our
shoulders sometimes
we we have these El ments that we don't
quite understand where where they came
from you know sometimes our shoulder
hurts or our knees hurt or our back
hurts that's our body's way of saying
hey I need to release some
pressure so getting regular massages
done really
helps to relieve all those
all those knots that we accumulate
through the days the weeks the
years you'd be
surprised how many
times I get people that have never had a
massage in their entire life and some of
these people
are are older and it just
baffles
me because if they would have started
taking care of their body
sooner they
wouldn't have all of these
issues so it's really
important to get weekly or monthly
massages
would you like me to karate chop your
arms a lot of you Rave about my karate
chops so would you you like me to go
ahead and do that for
you okay we just have a few more minutes
