Claude Just Changed Content Creation Forever (Full System)
完整文本记录
So, this is my content studio, a system
that I built with Cloud Code that
automates 80% of my content creation
workflow from researching the best ideas
to writing scripts, generating
thumbnails, creating shorts, repurposing
across platforms, and publishing.
Everything basically from one dashboard.
And in this video, I'll walk you through
the whole system, every tab, how it
works, and what it can do. And at the
end, I'll show you how you can get the
exact same system installed in one
click. So, here's how this works. Over
time, I built skills for Cloud Code.
Think of a skill as a recipe. It
basically tells Cloud exactly how to do
a specific task, how to research a
topic, for example, or how to write a
script in my voice, how to generate a
title, etc. So, each skill was refined
over weeks until it worked exactly the
way I wanted. Then, Cloud Code took all
those skills and built them into a
dashboard. The instructions, the logic,
the voice rules, all baked directly into
the app. So, when I open the dashboard
and click a button, it just works. No
Cloud Code needed at runtime. Cloud Code
was just the builder, okay? It built the
app, and now this app, the dashboard, is
the product. So, let me walk you through
each tab one by one. The first tab is
the overview. It pulls my YouTube
channel stats, shows my latest videos,
and lists any content that I have in
progress. Nothing fancy, it's just a
command center, let's say. You know, I
just want to know the state of my
channel at a glance. Let me show you
what it looks like. So, this is just a
very basic overview. I've got a number
of subscribers for my channel. I've got
total views for my channel, latest
videos that I already published, and
upcoming content that I've scheduled to
be published. Now, if I go to video
creation, here I can create my script,
title, and basically research what can
be done for that particular topic. So,
let's give it a topic just to create a
new project. SOPs are dead, skills for
Cloud Code replaced them. So, this is
the idea to research. I've selected
target length for the video, let's say
15 minutes, and content pillar. It is on
my topics. I'll just keep auto detect,
and then I click create video project.
So, now project is created. The research
is done. Let's check the results. So,
Cloud Code space is dominated by tool
comparison content and technical
tutorials, but there is a major gap in
business-focused transformation content.
Most creators focus on developer tools
and coding workflows. While both are can
own the business process automation
angle by showing practical SOP to skills
migration strategies. Sounds good to me.
This is actually what my content and my
channel is about, so that's why it knows
it. It knows my goals, it knows my
style. Blue Ocean angle, both are should
position as the business transformation
expert who shows exactly how to replace
rigid SOPs with adaptive Cloud skills
that evolve with your business, focusing
on practical implementation rather than
tool comparisons. And this is what I
want to do. Content gaps, practical
business SOP to Cloud skills migration
guide, rate limit workarounds and
optimization strategies,
industry-specific Cloud skills
templates, ROI comparison between
traditional SOPs versus Cloud skills,
etc. Top competitors, and I have a few
videos that performed really well. I can
see the number of views for those
videos. So, for example, we have this is
why I quit Cursor and switched to Cloud
Code. We have Cloud Code builder full AI
marketing team, agents plus Cloud
skills. Here's one from Mark, friend of
mine, Entropic's full Cloud skills guide
in 22 minutes. So, I can just check them
out, understand what they are talking
about, and see what performs, what
doesn't. Viewer pain points, recommended
hooks. I spent 3 months covering my
entire business from traditional SOPs to
Cloud skills. Then we have ideas to
explore. Here I can basically brainstorm
these ideas with my AI agent, so I can
elaborate on those topics, I can explore
angles, etc. So, let's say I like the
idea of solving hands-on tutorial how to
replace a specific SOP with a Cloud Code
skill. So, let's understand which kind
of SOP would be the most universal and
applicable to most businesses that I can
show, and then I will create the skill
showing live in my video. So, I will
just send this off, and it is going to
process my prompt, process my question.
Based on that research and based on LLM
processing, it will provide me with more
ideas, more hooks, etc. And now it gave
me the output. So, it says, "Most
universal SOP for Cloud Code skill
tutorial. Based on your research and
business needs analysis, here's the most
universally applicable SOP for your
demonstration." It thinks it's customer
support response SOP. Why this SOP is
perfect, 100% universal, every business
with customers needs this, high pain
points, clear before after, etc.
Traditional SOP problems you solve,
Cloud Code skill advantages, etc. So,
basically, I can go back and forth to
brainstorm my ideas to understand which
kind of direction you want to take. And
then I just say, "Okay, all right,
sounds good. Now, let's draft a script,
prepare a good intro, then the whole
outline for the video, and outro. It
should be no fluff, very hands-on, and
practical." I click generate script.
Again, usually, of course, I would put
more effort into it. I would pretty much
describe my ideas and thoughts, and it
would return a a structured outline for
my video. So, when it comes to
conducting research and writing scripts
and titles, it's almost like doing this
with ChatGPT directly or Cloud directly,
but the difference is that I've trained
it with my actual scripts. It knows my
style, it knows my goals, it knows how I
usually deliver content, and then it
provides the fine-tuned result based on
everything that I fed to it while
building those skills. So, here we go.
Hook options, full script, so I can
basically revise, review, and iterate on
it. And after I have the script ready, I
can say, "All right, now let's generate
title options to see which ones are most
applicable to my audience." Stupid
prompt, but anyway, let's just generate
this title. All right, the title options
are ready. So, I've got three options
here. How I replaced 47 SOPs with Cloud
skills, three X efficiency in 90 days.
Stop writing SOPs in 2024, while it's
2026. So, basically, it needs to be
updated. Build Cloud skills instead,
complete guide. Why I killed all 47 SOPs
for Cloud skills, team efficiency
tripled. I have some kind of rating for
each skill. According to Cloud, I've got
thumbnail ideas. So, for this one, for
example, I've got split screen showing
cluttered SOP documents versus clean
Cloud skills interface with three X
overlay. Opens with specific pain
points, 47 SOPs that viewers relate to.
Promises concrete transformation with
measurable results and timeframe. Sounds
good. So, that's the video creation tab.
Once the script and titles are ready,
the next tab is thumbnails. So, this one
runs on Gemini instead of Cloud because
Gemini's image generation model, Nano
Banana, is better for this job, as you
know. I basically have a skill that
takes a text prompt describing the
concept of my thumbnail, then optional
reference thumbnails for style, and my
headshot. It passes it all to Gemini,
you know, as style examples, so the
output matches my visual language. And
then it generates multiple variations
for me to review. Let me actually show
you how it works. For thumbnail
creation, as I said, it is using Nano
Banana under the hood. We can describe
the thumbnail concept here. We can
attach reference image. We can select
