Hover Air X1 Pro Max Review – Best Self-Flying Drone?
完整文本记录
The fact that you just somehow avoided
all of that was absolutely
insane. Holy
Uh yeah.
Wow.
They always say that the best camera you
have is the camera you have with you and
I couldn't agree more with that. And as
a solo content creator, having the most
minimal bag with me is the best thing
possible.
And what if your drone didn't need a
controller, a pilot, and followed you
like its own flying cameraman? Also, it
fit into your sling.
This [snorts] is the Hover Air Pro Max
and it is an 8K self-flying camera that
completely has revolutionized the way
that I've been able to create content.
And for solo content creators, this
thing is an absolute must.
>> [music]
>> All right, you're probably asking
yourself, why is this one of the most
important things in my kit? And it's
because it is definitely a self-flying
cameraman. I primarily film electric
skateboards, EUCs, e-scooters, e-bikes.
So, for me, asking one of my friends to
come out with me is always a hassle and
setting up a shot on a camera tripod or
having something that's magnetically
mounted to a sign and riding past it and
having to go back and grab it, it
[music] just became a a bit tedious and
wasn't getting the shot that I wanted.
This flying cameraman literally has
completely revolutionized everything
that I've been able to do for my
channel, for my content. As far as
traveling, family photos, even just
simple wanting to go ahead and throw
this in the bag and have like your day
at the park filmed, this is something
that's incredibly easy to use, doesn't
have any complex accessories or anything
like that, can literally be controlled
just by taking it off and flying it
around. But, if you do want a little bit
more control, Hover Air thought of that
as well, too, and that is where they
came out with the Beacon and the Joy
Controller. This is also a an incredible
addition to the system. Completely
stand-alone, you don't have to use this
[music] with this, but this gives you a
lot more creative features. Built-in
microphone, the ability to fly farther
and use it like a regular drone
controller even with your phone as well,
too, which is a very nice accessory, in
my opinion, and one that I truly welcome
because there were certain moments that
I wanted to maybe capture a wider scene
or get a little farther out than the
standard 50-ish [music] to 70 ft that I
was able to fly away with my manual on
the phone. This gives you that option to
be able to control it and write it a
regular drone, which is perfect. All
right, so
what is it? The Hover Air Pro Max is
basically a self-flying camera drone
designed for creators who don't want to
deal with complex setups, no big
controller required, no giant case, no
intimidating launch process. It unfolds,
it powers on, it locks onto you, and it
flies.
The Beacon and the joysticks, though,
changes everything in that sense. The
Beacon extends the tracking range, it
gives you a live preview screen on
there, and improves subject tracking.
Also adds the manual control for the
joysticks as well, too.
So, it's part autonomous drone, part
regular traditional like FPV style
drone. There's a whole kind of gray area
with the two of this. It blends a lot of
it together, but again, you can buy just
this and have the best experience
possible. Here are a few clips that I
want to demonstrate with the Beacon and
the joystick combination. So, I am
manually placing the drone in the air
where I want it to be. Then, as I
continue to ride forward, I'm having the
drone do this arching sweep motion where
it actually is panning out in front of
me, and you could not be able to do this
with any other drone as easily as
possible with this setup. I truly think
that it's just a game-changer when it
comes to content creation for solo
content creators. I would have had to
rely on someone to be able to, you know,
fly the drone, be able to have that
skill and that ability to do it. I'm
able to do it on my own, quick, up,
back, and done. I'm very happy with it.
And I'm able to get these incredible
cinematic style shots that, again,
wouldn't be able to do on my own with
any other situation than this drone. So,
again, the drone is now circling me as
I'm able to go ahead and ride and get
these just, again, incredible shots that
would be really hard to obtain any other
way. So, being able to carve back and
forth, control it with the controller in
one hand, my remote control for my
electric skateboard in the other hand,
you're just getting a much different
perspective than you would outside of
just into 360 series look or GoPro style
look.
Let us talk about the actual different
features that are available just on the
drone alone, like a zoom out and zoom in
feature,
>> [music]
>> follow feature, dolly zoom, orbit,
spiral. There are so many different
things available on this drone. There's
actually 15 [music] different flight
modes available just on the drone alone.
So, you don't actually have to use the
controller or anything along those lines
that way.
Even as something as simple as just
hovering in place and being able to get
this shot [music] that I wouldn't be
able to get unless I climbed a tree,
it's just fun.
Other features are like follow close
where, basically, [music] in wooded
trails or areas, it stays very locked in
on what you are doing. Another
incredible feature is using the Beacon
with microphone. This is demoing just
using the microphone here and being able
to hear crystal-clear audio while riding
and be able to record like I'm talking
to someone that is following behind me,
just amazing.
It's borrowed [music] similarities from
other companies, but at that point
created its own and made it something
that is just beautiful to ride,
beautiful to look at,
>> [music]
>> and just
unrelentless when it comes to the power.
Ready to ride 13 mph and go.
>> [music]
>> Another thing I wanted to talk about is
that the drone flies up to 26 mph, but
can burst above [music] speeds of 30
mph, just like in this video here. I'm
able to hit 37 mph and this drone is
able to keep right up with me.
Being able to just kind of hammer down
and still feel incredibly stable at
speeds here.
Please control speed to avoid [music]
losing track.
That was hella fun.
Here's where [music] this thing truly
shines. If you are a solo content
creator that is an extreme sports
person, downhill biker, skier, surfer,
anything along those lines that way,
Hover Air really does have [music] an
insane amount of lineup for you. Tripods
don't move, friends get tired of filming
you, and traditional drones require you
to actually have two hands and a lot of
This literally launches from your palm,
you start riding, and it just follows
you. The tracking is surprisingly sticky
and even especially with the Beacon
active as well, too, because it just
locks in on that as well, too. And
because it's lightweight and enclosed,
it feels [music] way less intimidating
flying near you compared to like the
bigger drones.
Now, let's talk image quality. The Hover
Air offers an 8K resolution, a [music]
