And hello everybody. Welcome back to the

0:02

channel. Happy St. George's Day. I hope

0:05

you all have a lovely day. See, it's not

0:08

that difficult to just say that. But

0:10

when it comes to Karma, the prime

0:11

minister, he has to make an ass of it.

0:14

Yes, he goes on and uses his St.

0:17

George's Day speech to talk about those

0:20

who apparently hijacked the flag in the

0:23

name of plastic patriotism as he marks

0:26

St. George's Day, talking about

0:28

division. And again, as always with

0:30

Karma wants to talk simply about hatred

0:34

and decency over division and telling us

0:38

what our values are. So essentially they

0:41

like to try and gaslight, right? So

0:43

they're saying that anybody that flies a

0:45

flag and that's patriotic in the United

0:47

Kingdom is there to divide. No, a lot of

0:50

people just have fed up with the way

0:52

that the country is a pit and of

0:55

course with the mass illegal immigration

0:57

that's constantly coming in. But of

0:58

course, Kama wants to gaslight everybody

1:01

and say that those individuals aren't

1:03

patriotic. They're not really English.

1:06

They are just hijacking quote unquote

1:09

our flag. He simply should have just

1:12

made the speech about just said happy

1:15

St. George's Day and that was it and

1:17

left it. But as always with Karma, he

1:20

has to try and push his progressive

1:22

point. Um but it doesn't really matter

1:24

cuz he's not going to be about for too

1:25

much longer. Let's have a watch of this

1:27

guys. You got plenty of reaction from

1:29

this as well, but a lot of people are

1:31

seriously seriously frustrated with the

1:33

way he has uh went about his speech. As

1:36

always guys, please hit the like button

1:38

and hit the subscribe button for more.

1:42

These are three very different stories

1:44

all in different parts of England, but

1:45

they're bound together by the same

1:47

values of service, of generosity, and of

1:50

respect. They are examples of people

1:53

stepping up for their communities when

1:55

frankly it would be easier in many cases

1:57

to step back, not to step up, but they

2:00

stepped up. They're exceptional stories.

2:02

Um, and yet in this country they feel

2:04

familiar because you'll find them in

2:06

every community across England and every

2:09

moment this country has been tested.

2:10

Look at the pandemic. Millions of people

2:13

signed up uh to volunteer showing their

2:16

support on the doorways. And I will

2:18

always take away from the pandemic the

2:20

fact that people simply went up the road

2:22

to neighbors they didn't know and

2:23

knocked on the door to simply say are

2:25

you all right? Is there anything I can

2:27

do for you? I think that is really

2:28

English. I think it's what we are. Um

2:30

and uh we should bottle that because

2:33

that is the true England. or when Russia

2:35

invaded Ukraine. Um many many people

2:38

opening their doors to um refugees and

2:40

of course the Ukrainian flag still

2:42

flying proudly on village halls and

2:44

churches uh and people's homes across

2:47

the country. Um and we're seeing it

2:49

again now across the country. Everyday

2:51

acts of volunteering in communities

2:53

bringing together those who need it most

2:55

in lots of different ways. Faith groups

2:58

reaching out to lend their support.

3:00

Quiet acts of kindness that go unseen.

3:03

Um but they're second nature to so many

3:05

people and when time and time again when

3:08

times get tough we pull each other

3:10

together and we pull each other up. Um,

3:14

and it's really important that we do

3:15

that because there's no getting around

3:17

the fact that there are voices both here

3:20

and abroad who would seek to divide us,

3:23

who want to set us apart from each

3:25

other, who want to pretend that in this

3:27

country what we really do is to

3:29

distinguish between people, to find the

3:31

points of difference, to have um the

3:33

sort of toxic culture of hatred between

3:35

different individuals, different groups,

3:37

different uh communities. Sadly, we've

3:39

seen it repeated um so many times,

3:42

including attacks on our synagogues, the

3:44

most recent rec recent of which was just

3:46

in the last um week. Um and similarly,

3:49

abhorrent attacks on our mosques.

3:52

They're not just senseless acts of

3:55

abuse. They're acts of violence designed

3:57

to send a message to the Jewish and

4:00

Muslim communities of this country that

4:02

they are not safe. That's what they're

4:03

designed to do. That they're not

4:05

welcome. an attempt to rip up the bonds

4:08

uh that tie our communities together.

4:11

And make no mistake, we must be clear,

4:12

we will not let them do this. We reject

4:15

their division completely. And we will

4:18

fly our flag proudly. It's our flag. It

4:21

belongs to us and we will fly it for the

4:23

values that we believe in and they're

4:25

the values of the people I've named in

4:27

this room tonight. The people who step

4:29

up for their communities, who want to

4:30

bring people together, who reject the

4:33

division that others want to inflict on

4:35

us. They are English values. Service,

4:38

generosity, and respect. And that's why

4:41

I love this country so much because that

4:43

is us. That is our values. That is what

4:45

we fight for. That is what the flag

4:47

truly represents. Uh and when we stand

4:50

together, united in our communities. We

4:52

are stronger than any challenge that is

4:54

thrown at us. So, thank you for being

4:56

here tonight. There's fantastic

4:58

showcases. There's fantastic food. You

5:00

can smell it in all different parts uh

5:03

of the room. Um, thank you for being

5:05

here um tonight. Enjoy all the wonderful

5:08

showcases uh around the room and happy

5:11

St. George's Day. Have a good evening.

5:16

>> Yeah, insert the plants that clamp that

5:18

speech. What a what another shampolic

5:21

speech really. You know, you just can't

5:23

forgive this guy. And um yeah, just why

5:27

just say happy St. George's Day. Here's

5:28

some more reaction. I wasn't the only

5:30

one that was angry.

5:31

>> What the heck? You know, look, just say

5:34

happy St. George's Day everyone and my

5:37

St. George's flag is flying proudly from

5:39

number 10 and every other government

5:41

building that we can hoist it on today.

5:44

There was no need for that. That was

5:47

asinine. That was precisely what they

5:51

accused. They on the left accuse the

5:53

right of being. That was mind my

5:56

language. Bleep it out if you need to.

5:58

stirring. That's what that was.

6:01

Well, my apologize apologies to our

6:03

viewers and listeners for the language,

6:04

but I think it's understandable,

6:06

Isabelle. It's so ironic, isn't it, that

6:08

the progressive left talk about hate and

6:10

the division. They're the ones stirring

6:12

it. They're the one behind it. Because

6:14

if you think about things like open

6:15

borders or telling people to hate their

6:18

country, that's what division is.

6:21

>> Why would you do that as prime minister?

6:23

Why would you do that? except to play to

6:26

the lowest common denominator of your

6:29

support except to wind people up. There

6:33

was no need for that. They continually

6:36

go on with their moral high ground,

6:38

sanctimonious harping about politics of

6:41

division and we stand for unity and none

6:44

of this hate. Well, and then they just

6:46

literally pedal it out there on a

6:49

Thursday morning for no reason

6:51

whatsoever. and it's made my day start

6:54

quite grumpy and I'm normally pretty

6:56

happy.

6:57

>> Yes, I'm I'm I'm honestly so astonished

6:59

about this. A very simple post wishing

7:02

everyone in England a happy St. George's

7:04

Day. Maybe with you know Star a pint of

7:06

Timothy Taylor landlord ale something

7:09

like that is not complicated. It's not

7:11

actually that difficult to be prime

7:13

minister but my goodness man is making a

7:16

meal of it. Isabelle it's clear that the

7:19

prime minister is not in great shape

7:21

politically. there isn't an obvious

7:23

figure that the party can unite around

7:25

to replace him. So, where does this

7:27

leave us, do you think, in the weeks

7:29

ahead?

7:30

>> Can I just add to what you said there?

7:32

You said it's he, you know, it's not

7:33

particularly difficult to to say the

7:35

right thing on St. George's Day. You

7:37

know what he's doing? He's making this

7:39

really easy for his political opponents,

7:42

you know.

7:42

>> Yes.

7:43

>> Whatever other party it may be, it's not
