2026’s Must-Have Tech for Filming-Hoverair X1 Pro Max Camera Review

Hey there shoppers, it's Amy and today I

am giving you the inside scoop on how I

get some of my best shots and that's

because I am using the Hover Air X1.

This is the Pro Max version and you guys

know that I have been using Hover Air

for a couple years now, but this is the

newest, latest, and greatest version.

And there's a few big upgrades that I

want to talk to you about. But first of

all, let's talk about this. The OG

flying camera. This is so much more than

just a drone because it actually has

autoflight. And with the Pro Max

version, you are going to get 15

built-in autoflight modes. So things

like dolly tracking, things like follow,

things like going straight up in the air

or doing that orbit, and I'm going to

show you those throughout the video, how

you can get some spectacular shots and

especially especially some action shots.

So one thing about the Promax is that it

will fly faster. it will follow you. So,

if you are doing outdoor sports, if you

are um skiing, if you're running, if you

are mountain biking, whatever it might

be, this is an absolutely incredible

tool to get all of those shots in real

time. And you're not just going to get

the shot, you are going to get a

beautiful, beautiful 8K picture. I mean,

that is absolutely incredible. And think

about it, you have a drone that is

super, super lightweight, literally fits

in the palm of your hand, and is

foldable. You can take this with you

anywhere and get some really insane

cinematic footage. It is so easy to use.

And in this video, I'm going to focus on

a couple of my favorite modes to use

this in and also tell you about some of

the accessories that will allow you to

level up your game. This is totally

beginner friendly. Like I said, it's got

your autoflight modes. All you have to

do is push a button and we're about to

see that in a second. But if you do want

to level up and have options for one

hand, two-hand, or no hand control,

you've got all of that with this

incredible, incredible version. Let's go

ahead and get started. Okay, so in case

you've never seen this in action, I'm

just going to do a quick demonstration

to see show you how easy this is. So,

first off, it's going to be all folded

up. Really super lightweight. All you

have to do is unfold and turn on. Place

in the palm of your hand. And then you

can see right here on the new and

improved screen that it's going to have

all of your built-in modes. So, this can

kind of give you a little bit of an idea

of what you're working with. You've got

ski mode,

>> cycling mode,

>> cycling mode,

>> indoor follow,

>> indoor follow, which is incredible

because um the previous versions of your

flying cameras were not supposed to be

used indoors, but you can actually use

this one indoors as well, which I love.

>> You've got 360in

>> that that's your orbit, your 360 spin.

zoom out, and that's what I'm going to

show you guys right now. I'm going to

try to get this to where you can

actually see it moving, but I'm going to

press zoom out.

>> Zoom out.

It's finding my face. And as soon as it

does, I see the recording screen go red.

Now I want to show you. It's all the way

up there

and it's coming back towards me

and it lands right in the palm of my

hand. How cool is that? And we'll show

you guys a picturein picture so you can

see what the um camera was seeing um and

you can guys also can get an idea of how

this maneuvers and flies around. So,

next up, I want to talk about my two

favorite modes. I mean, obviously, this

is so great for everything from skiing

to cycling and a little bit of

everything in between. You can really

get some insane cinematic shots. You can

get that dolly mode, you can get that

follow, etc., etc. So many fun things.

But for me personally, I use this mostly

for two different modes. First, I'm

going to show you right here is the

orbit mode. So, in orbit mode, that's

the one where you get that 360 shot.

That's kind of what almost you do with

the Glambot at the Grammys or you see um

in really busy public places in your

favorite cities, they have that camera

that will go and do a 360° spin around

you. Well, I've seen those places

charging 50, 75, $100 just to get one

video to share to your TikTok. Well,

this I can do unlimited numbers of 360

fun orbits and get really, really fun

shots. Fun shots of crowds, fun shots of

my friends.

>> So, all I have to do pressing orbit and

now I'm going to go out here

>> and you'll be able [music] to see it

spinning around me. And I'll also show

you a picture of picture so you can see

um what the camera is um kind of seeing

and get an idea of the types of shots

and films that you can make. So, it's

spinning around me. We're going to wave.

We're going to say hello. [laughter]

You can see it flying all around and it

goes back to the exact same spot. Now

it's going to zoom back in. I'm going to

put it on my hand

and it's going to land perfectly every

single time. So that is number one to

show you how that works. Number two, I'm

going to show you guys a bunch of bike

footage. So, you guys know on my channel

I do a ton of ebike reviews and one of

my favorite things to do is to

>> take this around

>> ski mode. Cycling mode.

>> Go to cycling mode. I can do we doing

mid, redoing flat, whichever mode that

you want to do, you can choose that and

then you can have this follow you on

your bike and it goes fast. I believe

it's up to 26 mph and then um for most

of the time, but if you do have like a

burst of speed or something, you're

going downhill or you're accelerating,

it will actually shortterm go up to 37

mph. So, really, really fast and able to

get you some incredible shots of you

doing all of your favorite activities.

Next up, I just want to talk about the

app and why it is so great for creators.

um you're going to be able to very very

easily connect your Hover Air to the app

and you're going to be able to um export

all of that video footage that you took,

all of those incredible shots, um and be

able to see them all in your app. Um

there's also a lot of different ways

that you can connect with other creators

and you can find inspiration. This is

definitely a company that is designed

for anyone that is a bit creative, a bit

adventurous, and definitely those that

want to share their creativity with the

world and be inspired. So, definitely do

not sleep on the Hover Air app. It's

going to give you so many tips, tricks,

the ability to kind of go above and

beyond and really um choose next level

options for getting different um types

of shots and being even more creative um

and give you inspiration from

like-minded people in the Hover Air

community because they are serving

creators with again this really really

incredible next level um flying camera

that is really going to set you apart

from other creators in 2026.

And one quick note about these advanced

accessories. This right here is the

actually have more control over how you
