questions. We want to review what you

should already know.

We want to give you tips on how to

navigate your course. and we're going to

point out key guidelines.

here and basically you should complete

the enrollment form and

the syllabus download the syllabus

and that's it you're in and to attend

these classes on your syllabus you'll

see these RSVP links right now we're in

week five if you click on it you should

have landed here and then I would click

on this notify button then you don't

have to rely on you just rely on YouTube

to remind you when of class time. All

your course books are also on your

syllabus. For this class, you do need

the ICD10 CM manual and your MCG. If you

don't have an MCG, it's okay. All right.

MCG just helps simplify guidelines. All

Vital Source. If you've purchased the

MCG or any book on Vital Source, as you

see, we have a CPT manual. And right

now, I'm just really focusing on this

MCG. So, if you've purchased it, there

are some resources in the ebook. The

ebook platform is called vital source.

So let's say you want to go in there.

All right. So it looks like this. The

this is an example or yeah it's a

screenshot of the um

MCG.

I it used to be called flip portion but

these are the guidelines for the um

hypertension section. Now this these um

guidelines can be converted into flashc

cards. Yeah, that's a feature inside of

vital source. So how you do it? You

essentially just highlight the section.

If you look over here to the right,

highlight the section that you want to

be a part of the flashc card like this.

So I want to highlight for cases of

hypertension with heart or kidney

involvement. Then I'm going to click on

create flashc card. Then I'm going to

paste it right here in the front. Then

I'm going to go back and I'm going to

highlight the other part for the back

because it's actually, you know, a

complete um

a complete um card. So the first part is

the front, the second part is the back.

I'm going to paste it in there. Then I'm

going to click save. And then I'm going

to click study. And boom, I got a flash

card.

What? And also that vital source is

great, too, because it could even read

for you. So if you have books in there

that you just don't feel like reading,

just press the button and let it read

for you. So my advice is to um use it if

it works for you. So you don't need to

use Quizlet. You got your own and you

can make your own. All right. So, um

just want to let you know that we do

have uh playbacks for this session and

all sessions. They will be placed in

your it's on your syllabus and I'll show

you. Okay. But this is what the playback

looks like. It has the same image as the

class. All right. And also I feel like

I've skipped over something. For some
